Madam Yoga
Yoga is basically an ancient knowledge of body which originated from
Indians and it is more than 500 years old. The basic word of yoga is
originated from a Sanskrit word “yuj” which means to unite or to integrate
two things. Yoga is exercised and practiced to unite your body with your
spirit or you can make it easier and say that the reunion of person’s own
consciousness and universal consciousness is achieved through yoga.
Ancient people, who practiced yoga, believed in the fact that in order to
achieve internal peace, a person must integrate and unite his mind, body
and spirit. Without this reunion, person can never achieve internal peace.
This is very dense and difficult process to unite all three of the above
because you need extraordinary control over your emotions, intelligence
and actions. Yugis developed some easy and short cut ways to achieve
balance between intelligence, emotions and actions and this balance was
dependent upon three basic things that were exercise, breathing and
meditation. These three things are thought to be the pillars of yoga.
Exercise
Human body is treated with lots of respect and care in yoga and this allows
the yoga exercises to be very friendly and calming for body structure. Once
you start practicing these exercises, then, you will see that there is no twist
Fitness very important

Unani Medicines - A Brief Introduction
Unani or Yuen plasters are natural medicines obtained from the Unani river found in the mountains of India and China. Unani or Yai medicine is also known as Persian traditional medical science as practiced in Muslim civilization in South Asia and in modern day Central Asia. Herbal medicine or Unani is another name for herbal products containing plants of medicinal value used for general wellbeing and curing various diseases. Herbal medicine is a natural, non-toxic treatment for all forms of diseases. Herbal products containing plant extracts for use as medicines are called herbal medicines.
Tumblr media
Herbal medicines of various categories are available to fight different diseases like respiratory tract infection, diabetes, hepatitis, leukemia, kidney and heart diseases, cancer, skin problems, herpes, meningitis, encephalitis, ear infections, gastric and digestion problems, and viral rashes. There are several viruses that cause deadly diseases; these include the etiologic agent of AIDS/HIV, hepatitis B virus, and cytomegalovirus. Therefore, all those people who have not been tested for the Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) should take precautionary measures by using the herbal products of unani medicines.
Benefits of Herbal Medicine:
Herbal medicines of the three main categories are commonly used as cures for all kinds of diseases. The Ayurveda medicines or the conventional Ayurveda medicines are effective in treating all sorts of diseases. These include fever, chronic fatigue, kidney and heart diseases, inflammation, allergies, gout, headache, migraines, backache, indigestion, toothaches, pains in the bones, sexual dysfunction, menstrual disorders, stress, sinusitis, and others. Ayurveda formulations which can be used to treat all these conditions are: Triphala Guggulu, Yograj-Guggulu, Medohar Guggulu, Chandraprabha-Vati, Maha-Manjishthadi-Qadha, Saarivadi-Churna, Panch-Tikta-Ghrut-Guggulu, Trayodashang-Guggulu, Amalaki (Emblica officinalis), Haritaki (Terminalia chebula), Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia), Punarnava (Boerhaavia diffusa), Amalaki, and Gokshur (Tribulus terrestris).
These Ayurveda formulations are useful for treating all age groups. But it is always better to consult an Ayurveda doctor before taking any medicine. There are several advantages in consulting a qualified Ayurveda doctor or practitioner. An Ayurveda doctor can identify the exact cause of the unani medicines for any individual. He can also determine the side effects of the medicines and the precautions to be taken before or after using any particular medicine.
The ingredients in every unani medicine are chosen based on the requirements of the patient. Generally, all the ingredients used in unani medicines are chosen after carrying out a thorough analysis of the patient's health history. The various components that are used to manufacture a unani medicine are: plant extracts, minerals, amino acids, and herbs. Ayurveda formulations are prepared from the blend of these key components.
A unani system includes a number of different medicines, which are used to treat a wide variety of diseases including chronic hepatitis, cancer, urinary tract infection, rheumatism, stress, insomnia, nausea, constipation, skin problems, fertility problems, nervous system disorders, etc. Each of the main plant part is used individually or in combination with other plant parts in the preparation of an Ayurveda medicine. Ayurveda formulations are prepared by blending the finest quality plant material available. The combinations that result from these medicines are valuable in improving the overall health of the human body.
Remedies of Herbal Medicine:
All kinds of unani medicines can be bought online, and you will also find many online stores that sell Ayurveda medicines. There are many advantages of buying a unani product online. If you choose to buy a unani medicine online, you are sure to get a good discount, which is a percentage of the cost of manufacturing the medicine. Most of these online stores also offer free shipping to their customers, so they save on the cost of marketing and stocking the product.
Tumblr media
Ayurveda medicines work on the basis of the matching of the medicinal power of the ingredients with the power of the human body. For example, if the human body is weak due to some reason, it should be treated with a medicine that increases the strength of the constitution. Similarly, if the constitution of the body is strong due to some reason, then it should be treated with a medicine that increases the vigor of the constitution. Thus, all kinds of unani medicines are designed keeping this principle in mind. They are made by blending the most appropriate and useful plant extracts and herbs together, so that they can make positive changes in the constitution of the person taking them.

FATHER AS A CAREER COACH
Parents play a huge role in our lives. Since the day we are born, they become the most influential people to us. They provide us nurture and structure. They provide us the best education they can and help us with career-related decisions. We all have been taught this in our schools that parents are our first teachers and it is true because the person we become in the future is because of them. Parents are our biggest career coaches. We have seen and heard stories about many successful people who pursued their career under the guidance of their mother or father. Yuvraj Singh is also one of those people who became successful and famous only because of his career coach- his father.
Yuvraj Singh is a former Indian cricketer who played internationally in all forms of the game and he is the son of former Indian fast bowler and Punjabi actor Yograj Singh. Yograj Singh was the only career coach Yuvraj Singh had. Yograj Singh didn’t gain the fame his son did but he trained him very harshly and with full force and that’s the major reason behind the success of Yuvraj Singh. He made a gym at his home and also destroyed their beautiful garden to transform it into a pitch. He once mentioned in an interview that he used to break his son’s skates and tennis racquets because Yuvraj loved playing with them and didn’t use to practice cricket. Yograj Singh once said, "Yuvraj was six when I took him to Sector 16 Stadium, where I used to train. There used to a pace academy and I would tell Yuvraj to practice without helmet. Yuvi hated cricket and I made him love cricket, which is also his life now. The whole world knows what he has achieved”.
His father used to train ruthlessly him all day but all that paid off well. He used to wake his son up early in the morning for practice and made him play till the evening, sometimes when he couldn’t wake up, his father used to pour a bucket of cold water on him. Yograj Singh once mentioned, “I always felt that something different had to be done. Yes, Yuvi was pushed hard for fitness, running twenty rounds at the age of eight. But I still believe that what I did was right and it has been proven as well”. The whole world now knows of the name Yuvraj Singh and it’s true that parenting and parental coaching can be very harsh and strict but it is what builds us and help us grow.
Parental support and guidance are the most vital elements of our future and they also get reflected in our upbringing and what we are. Our parents never want us to fall down in life. They are our well-wishers, our teachers, our mentors, etc. Their ways might be ruthless but that is only because they want us to be sturdy, mature and self-reliant.

Indian Cricketer Yuvraj Singh
Biography
Yuvraj Singh was born to a Punjabi Sikh family in Chandigarh, India on December 1981. His father was a retired Indian cricketer. From a tender age, he was active in roller skating and won the National Under-14 Roller Skating Championship. Under pressure from his father, Yuvraj started training for cricket.
Yuvraj started his cricket career at the age of 12 years in 1996 November from the Punjab Under-12s. Yuvraj started playing international cricket in 2000 for the Indian cricket team. His debut came soon after in late 2003. From then on, it was upstream for the professional cricket player: in fact, he became the second cricketer to be chosen for Yorkshire County Cricket Club. He will forever be remembered for single-handedly leading India to two Word Cup wins (2007 and 2011 World Cup). In 2011, he thrived in both ball and bat and secured India their first 50-over World Cup in 28 years. He also managed a 30-ball 70 in the semi-final against Australia and a 16-ball 58 against the England team.

Yuvraj is considered to be a better batsman against fast bowling than spin bowling. He is a left-handed batsman who can bowl left arm orthodox spin. Over the years he has achieved multiple awards including the Arjuna Award by the Indian President in 2012, Padma Shri Award and FICCI in 2014 and a Porsche 911 by India’s Vice President in 2007.
Yuvraj was diagnosed with a carcinogenic tumor in his left lung that forced him to withdraw from the ODI series. He underwent chemotherapy treatment in the United States where his mother was with him for support. India showed support for their star by praying and sending donations. In 2012, Yuvraj was discharged and made a large comeback to his home country. He then quickly went back into playing cricket to date.
Yuvraj publicly announced his engagement to Hazel Keech in April 2016. Later that year, Yuvraj wed his bride in a grand Punjabi wedding in Goa that was attended by former and current professional Indian cricketer.
Aside from cricket, Yuvraj has other major achievements under his belts. He has been selected as a brand ambassador of many international brands like Sports365, Ulysse Nardin and Microsoft’s Xbox Cricket video game. He now runs YouWeCan which is a charity that is devoted to diagnosing and treating thousands of cancer patients.
