Okay so. They are Tired. So jot that down

Nagant and Hawks make fun of Mera cuz he still works at the HC while they are finally free. I guess there is also some sympathy, but mostly they laugh at his situation (for shits and giggles, imagine a kid stuck in detention while his classmates laugh at him through the window)

Mera and Nagant (sorta one-sided) Hostility!! She doesn't like him and he doesn't like that, only because he hasn't done anything and he's too tired for this shit. I think anything or anyone still involved with the HC would anger Nagant and make her cautious, thanks to the trauma and all. Even if it's just this one guy trying to do his work, she still doesn't trust him. The fact Mera is now temporarily at the top makes this worse too - she doesn't have a good history with chairmans

But I guess somewhere along the way, Hostility becomes Solidarity. Like I said before, they are Tired. And maybe she doesn't immediately soften like she did when she met Hawks and sympathized ("They must have made you do bad things too."), especially because Mera has never done anything like that, but they get there. Now she's indifferent/fond of him and he's indifferent/thankful-she's-not-trying-to-kill-him-anymore

Yeah so she kinda tries to kill him at one point. Smthg smthg almost repeating history because of distrust. But then she doesn't (Probably cause she realizes he's not doing things like the chairman's did and/or his Some Guy-ness) and it becomes barely a threat rather than actual intent. But that's during the Hostility part, so it doesn't happen after Solidarity

Mera and Nagant are the same height but I tend to think Mera hunches his back enough that she just looks tall in comparison. Hawks is taller than both of them, canonically, and this makes me laugh. By only a centimeter but still

I imagine Hawks and Nagant would talk about their experiences with the HC. Nagant, about all the people she killed, and Hawks at least talking about what he went through with Twice (and additionally Toga, yknow, cuz he let her clone stab him)

Just to point out, I'm not sure whether Mera would have been involved with either of them in the past (Keigo freshly taken in by HC, or Nagant when she was a hero). I tend to think Mera only knew Nagant through glimpses at her surface persona around the HC and from public perspective, and so doesn't know she killed the chairman because of his manipulation until years later, and he only knew about Keigo's training through small bits of info around the agency

I'm kind of flexible with that thinking though? I just go with whatever I think adds more tension to the circumstance when I think about them. Also it entirely depends on when Mera actually started working at the HC. But until Hori reveals any Mera Lore, we're making it up as we go lol

That's kind of all I have for now. I don't have many, but I mostly just like thinking about them in Situations hehe
