Just thinking about all the blessings I have despite the long to-do list I have to complete. My adventurous day now means my body physically is in a lot of pain. So I’ll spend the evening resting (and likely complaining to my hubby). . But even in the times of needing to recuperate, I can still watch my kids play, listen to my hubby’s stories, and type away at my homework that is currently piled up. . In all the hardships, I can say I’m truly blessed to have the family I do. My husband is such a trooper through all our adventures and unknowns. My littles ones make my heart smile daily. They keep me humble. And they remind me no matter what happens in our life, I’ll always have them to keep each other safe, healthy, and blessed. . So friends, always remember to count your blessings not your worries. Lifetime story How often do you sit at home and wish someone would ring you and suggest, well anything rather than these 4 walls? How many of you have had a night out planned, or arranged coffee with friends and suddenly "these 4 walls" seem the only safe haven because it's the only place you don't have to pretend you are ok, so you cancel. Or when you are invited out you tell them how terribly sorry you are but you're already booked up that weekend, when you are actually just really busy holding it together in your safe box. And so the first problem starts, all by itself , people stop asking you and the isolation that at first wasn't true becomes your only truth. Please don't give up on your friends, ring them, go round, even when they don't want you too, because they really do they just don't know how to say it. Puuursome nighty night huggies 😘😘😘 let me start this last day of this shitty shifting year with a beautiful memory from its over 9 years ago 😁😁😁 it's needed me over 4 years therapie, depression burn out narc stuff to find my own path way back out of hell . I was down on the edge and get myself back to who I was long ago and I'm blessed and thankful for all the ppl and sure music stand with me even when they not know me this much but one thing they know from the beginning they never had to doubt my loyalty and respect even when I not see them anymore they know who I am. Und plötzlich wird es still. .. Jeder von uns had eine andere Geschichte auch Rucksack genannt. Jeder von uns had andere Erlebnisse gehabt auch sind es dieselben menschen gewest. Es ist nicht so das menschen sich nicht ändern können oder wollen, es ist mehr das es welche unter uns gibt die so gut sind in Masken tragen manche um sich zu schützen aber andere wiederum um nicht erkannt zu werden wie sie wirklich sind. ..
