The time for the IRS investigation was years ago when he registered Mpc as American company with charity, non profit status but the company was led first by non US citizen, giving to US charity partners. One of reasons US resident AN needed to be officer, then EDF was listed as charity 3 years ago, because US base. Then Feeding America, now the tree organization. All of these changes is due in part to trouble with tax code. Still why is Great Glen, US based, not Sco based, taxes, that's why.

But as I wrote a while ago, when I decide to join an organization for their charity, I first investigate and want to have some insights on how my contribution is spend. I do understand perfectly that not all can go to charity, that there are employees and other expenses that needs to be covered. But I do like transparency in this before I join and contribute. And that is exactly what is lacking here, and with this last move even more.

Now that is all how I personally take my decisions, and anybody else is free to make their own decisions based on what they find important. No offense. 

But let me say, this is just a little foretaste of the grounds my doubts are based on. Something I am putting a post about together and will publish when ready.
