God you know what if we aren’t going to get flashbacks of Ahsoka and Sabine’s early years as master and padawan, I guess I’ll write it myself

Don’t know if that post was an invitation to comment, so if not, my apologies. Gotta say I’m really into #2 though, something about it…
YESSS I love hearing what people think & want from fics, so I really appreciate you!! 💖 I agree that option 2 definitely has a WolfWren feel- I actually started writing a scene opener for that before I left for vacation! Here’s what I have for the second option so far 🎉
Warnings: obsessive behaviour, biting, spoilers for Ahsoka episode 3-4
The Eye of Sion’s journey through hyperspace is not an instant one. The map between galaxies may have been exact, but the act of getting to the destination is not quite as simple.
96 Standard Hours. The countdown to their arrival sparkles green as it ticks down, the shifting green sand of the hologram ominously sitting in the corner of the cockpit. Four days. Four days they would have to kill in hyperdrive. Together.
“I’ll leave you in charge of our guest,” Baylan says finally, breaking the silence to pin Shin with a serious but knowing look. The don’t severely injury or kill heavily implied. Elation fills Shin, the realization she gets to play with her food sending chills up her spin. Scenario after scenario rolls through Shin’s head faster than she can process; Sabine and Shin locked in saber battle, them covered in sweat and blood, them gripping at each other snarling, then biting at each other’s flesh-
“Shin.” Baylan sighs with fond exasperation, motioning his head at the exits for the two of them to leave the cockpit.
Nodding giddily, Shin pulls at Sabine’s arm, half dragging her towards Shin’s favourite sparring room.
**** Sabine stood in the center of the sparring room woodenly for the first few minutes, but the Mandalorian appears to be just as desperate to take her mind off of real world events.
Sabine leans into the anger and passion burning through her chest, focusing on the combat instead of the sliver of dread resting between her ribs.
Shin has been thinking about nothing but Sabine since they first meet, the conflicting emotions and urges itching under her skin as they spar hand to hand.
Sabine is still a captive to her grief and the ship alike, but the fighting itself is some kind of respite for them both.
No chrono is displayed in the room and neither opts to keep track of time, but soon they are bother breathless and sweaty. Sabine is so close to beating Shin, but her legs are swept out from under her. Gripping at anything she can reach, Shin ends up straddling Sabine’s hips, hands holding Sabine’s wrists tight above her head.
Frustration once again spikes within Sabine; she’s mad at this situation, mad at Ahsoka, mad at Huyang, mad at herself, mad at everything. She kicks out but can’t buck Shin, so instead she glares daggers at the blonde, venom oozing off her force signature.
“Fuck you,” Sabine rasps out, vibrating with rage, “I fucking hate you so mu-”
Suddenly the space between them is gone, Shin leaning down to slot their lips together. Sabine is shocked into silence for a heartbeat, but immediately bites at the lips pressing against her own.
Sabine licks into the kiss, but the anger burning under her skin takes on a new form. Frustration boils over into forbidden desire, red hot want eclipsing every other emotion warring within her.
The kiss is sloppy and inexperienced, but Sabine can’t bring herself to hate the feeling. Darting out her tongue to trace the marks her own teeth left behind, Sabine pulls a shaky moan out of the woman straddling her.
“I still hate you,” Sabine says against Shin’s parted lips, no longer hesitating to press back into the touch.
“Good.”
