KEEP IN MIND THE PROS AND CONS OF SAMSUNG GALAXY S21 ULTRA 5G SM-G998U 128GB WORLD SMARTPHONE - FULLY UNLOCKED
Pros
The best camera zoom
Mesmerizing design
S Pen support
Cons
Expensive at any level
No microSD card slot
Just 128GB of storage to start
When we wrote this Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5g Sm-G998u 128gb World Smartphone - Fully Unlocked review, it was the company's new ‘everything phone’ with more cameras, beefier specs, and even S Pen compatibility to eclipse the very likable Note 20 Ultra. If you're dismayed about rumors of the end of Note series, just try the S21 Ultra. Having been replaced by the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra in 2022, it's no longer the company's benchmark for a true premium smartphone, but it's still a worthy purchase.
This is Samsung’s vision of smartphone excess for 2021: five cameras led by a 108MP sensor, two telephoto cameras, 100x zoom and 40MP selfies, plus 5G, all-day battery life and up to 16GB of RAM – all packed into an Android phone with a 6.8-inch 120Hz Quad HD display and an upgraded in-screen fingerprint sensor that has a 1.7x larger surface area than the one on last year’s phone.
It was one of the first new smartphones we tested in 2021, along with the Samsung Galaxy S21 and Samsung Galaxy S21 Plus, and it set the bar high – much higher than last year’s problematic ‘Ultra’ phone. Samsung has retooled its main camera with lasers – yes, lasers – to remedy the autofocus issues on the Galaxy S20 Ultra, and also upgraded the specs to keep up with the demands of processing those large 108MP photos, 40MP selfies, and 8K video without as much as a hiccup.
Photos look sharp, dynamic range is impressive and Samsung's ‘tripod lock’ software feature steadies the 30x and 100x zoom levels on subjects to prevent the viewfinder image from jumping around. It’s much easier to pull off the 100x 'Space Zoom' now, although punching in 100x is limited to being a neat party trick due to grainy images, while 30x is passable in the right light.
It’s the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5g Sm-G998u 128gb World Smartphone - Fully Unlocked 10x and 3x optical zoom levels that nailed the photos we wanted every time – more than any other smartphone telephoto camera. Our side-by-side comparisons with the iPhone 12 Pro Max, which tops out at a 2.5x optical zoom, bore that out. Apple’s main camera captures cleaner photos in some low-light situations, but Samsung’s night mode has improved enough to almost close that gap after sunset or when you’re snapping away indoors – and its default camera app is more feature-packed and easier to use than Apple’s.

I'm so pissed that Samsung is not releasing a new Galaxy Note device this year. My four-year-old Galaxy Note8 is already begging to be replaced, but I am a hardcore Galaxy Note user who uses the S Pen a lot.
You might think Galaxy Note product placement in kdrama is absurd when the characters use the S Pen but I use Smart Select, Screen Write, Translate, and Screen-Off Memo a lot. LIKE. A. LOT.
I started using Galaxy Note3 thanks to Erica Griffin, The Technology Nerd Who Likes to Film Stuff, and upgraded every other year to Galaxy Note5, and this Galaxy Note8.
The Galaxy Note10 was the first generation of Samsung Galaxy Note series to feature a punch hole which is a big NO-NO for me, but what really put me off is the absence of LED notification light. So I have been putting off replacing my Note8 until now.
Samsung tried to justify the removal of LED notification light by putting Always-On-Display (AOD) but I much prefer the ability of looking at my phone from across the room to see if I have any notification at all and you cannot see AOD from across the room.
It's so frustrating because my phone is already dying. Even the system has started to bug a lot as is the case with any electronics devices heavily relying on coding.
But I can only be satisfied with a Galaxy Note device. Some argue the Galaxy S21 Ultra with S Pen support is essentially the Galaxy Note21 but as a hardcore Galaxy Note device user, I KNOW better that devices SUPPORTING S Pen is not the same as devices with the S Pen BAKED INTO THE SYSTEM.
I know, because my Galaxy Tab S4 comes with S Pen support, but it is so handicapped compared to my Galaxy Note8. Both devices were released in the same year.
Yes, I'm a hardcore Samsung device user. I bought the Galaxy Gear S3 before upgrading to Galaxy Watch, bought Galaxy Tab S before my current tablet, had the Galaxy S4 before buying into the Galaxy Note series, my first smart device after the old Nokia was limited-edition Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus running Android Honeycomb, pre-ordered Samsung Smart Monitor M5 27", and bought Samsung other appliances in the house.
But the recent direction of Samsung smartphones since TM Roh replaced DJ Koh as President of Samsung Mobile has been nothing but a MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT.
I am FRUSTRATED. But I'm stuck with Samsung until there is a competitor offering a smartphone with good stylus integration.

Here are the best Phone LCD parts near you
so we're just going to go ahead and set it up see how quick it does scan pretty good so far let's go ahead and skip through this samsung account stuff i'll do that later i just want to explore the galaxy really quickly here now with the 1ui 4 and android 12 you do have more of these matching colors now so it's a lot more customized to your flavor i really do like that and then you do have more permissions you can do and they'll show you these tips i'm going to talk more about all these feature sets in my full review of this phone but right now i just want to go ahead and just get right into the device and let's go ahead and finish here. so we're now in the galaxy s21 fe and think of this phone as like the last the ending of the s21 they're gonna go to the s22 but you don't have to spring for a premium phone because they launched this one for you for those of you.
Motorola parts search, Motorola replacement parts.
who just don't want to pay that price really nice about this phone is it still comes with a 120 hertz display so it remains to be a smooth phone just like the s20 fe was that's good that they kept that and you don't got to pay a grand like you would have to do for some other phones to get a 120 hertz panel right here now this is not going to be your super high resolution this is going to be just a 1080p like panel so you can expect something like 2400 by 1080 but still that's gonna make out for 411 ppi across a 6.4 inch screen and what's really neat about this screen is that this phone is not you know that common the 6.4 inch size is not really common anymore so if you like that sweet spot of a size but you think like something like a 6.1 is too small something like a 6.7 is too large this might be the perfect size for you this is not very common 6.4 inches so very nice now one thing i will say is the weight of this phone actually feels quite nice as well let me bring out my scale really quickly here.
Tumblr media
Motorola parts online shop
Motorola cell phone parts for sale
Motorola parts search
And i will go ahead and just measure this quickly just to see what we're getting now i'm seeing weight measurements around 177 grams and it's right about there you can just round it up is exactly 177 grams so what does that mean that means for the size it's going to feel pretty lightweight and very easy to manage day-to-day you're not going to be getting hand cramps and stuff inside of this one let's get out of google news really quickly here but you know just another samsung phone but definitely up to date here getting that zoom camera if you don't want to pay for a premium to your Cell phone parts to get that zoomed camera so that's the galaxy s 21 fe i will say one thing though that you might not like this phone does no longer support expandable storage so if you want a card slot you're gonna have to pass on that because you're not getting it here you're gonna have to go with the storage level you want you can get the 128 gigabyte of storage or you can go ahead and get a 256 gig model so make sure that when you buy this phone that you do get the amount of storage that does suit your needs for me i want 128 gig.
Motorola replacement parts
Motorola Screen replacement parts
Motorola Solutions parts
i thought i needed 256 but i remembered my s21 ultra i only got to use i only used about probably i'm gonna say about 70 gigs so just kind of know what you use and then get the phone that matches your usage so out of the box it comes with one ui4 and android 12. so it's way up to date right out of the box and this one also has a snapdragon 888 cpu it has eight gigabytes of ram which is very nice you can get six gigs of ram i think if you get the lowest tier model on this Mobile parts but that's still going to be enough because samsung has been optimizing the os and it's been a lot more smooth here on their one ui software so it's not really going to be a major deal i found the s20 fe to be pretty good performer as well even though it didn't have the highest end stuff inside in terms of ram and things like that i want to go ahead and take a look at this phone in terms of these cases that they include really quick i'm not going to use that strap right now i'm just going to go ahead and put it in this case and man that is clean i'm not going to lie that looks pretty clean on this case right here that is going to be the strap cover case you can get this thing and they come in different colors depending on.

The United States has access to Motorola Samsung mobile phone parts online
I'm just kidding but I'm really not all right I'm really not you're better than them all right remember that you spent 1200 bucks you're better than them nevertheless you're gonna feel great emotionally because you're gonna know you got the top of the food chain and like I said this look right here buy it in phantom black all right do yourself a favor buy it in phantom black the silver one looks nice too but buy it in phantom black next opening up the phone now this is important alright this is important opening up the phone there's a bunch of different ways you can open up your phone now you can swipe up put in your pattern or your pin now that's one of the things if you see my um my iPhone review that I didn't like opening up your phone parts you only got two choices you got face unlock and if you're wearing your coronavirus mask you can't use that you kid jerry rig a version of using that but basically you're not going to be able to really use that.
Motorola parts search, Motorola replacement parts.
Tumblr media
And then you got to put in your your your numerical pin all right numerical pin I don't like that I don't like only having two options to be able to open up the phone I don't like that with your galaxy s21 ultra five gangster like I said you could swipe up put in your numerical pin if you want and then you also have patterns all right I like using a pattern instead of using you know somebody over your shoulder it's easy for me right now to just go like this and then I can easily change that later but as far as somebody right over your shoulder and they watching you put in your your numerical pin they have to keep changing those now I'm speaking on um for scumbag status but I just don't like that I don't like being limited I don't like put it like that I don't like being limited so with your galaxy you can swipe up put in your pattern your pin you got face unlock which works super fast now I disable face unlock because I'm basically wearing a mask all the time so I don't really need it not to mention one of the reasons why I disable face unlock is because of these beautiful live lock screen wallpapers now.
Motorola parts online shop, Motorola cell phone parts for sale, Motorola parts search, Motorola replacement parts, Motorola Screen replacement parts, Motorola Solutions parts.
I'll leave a link matter of fact right now I'm gonna leave a little annotation in the video right now if you like these lock screens and you want to learn how to get them these look sick I look at this this is part of the reason why I disable face unlock because if you got face unlock you're not gonna be able to play the whole video watch this one let's see which one I got on this one okay with this one check this out got the statue of liberty watch the freedom tower pop up in the background oh here it goes there comes there you're gonna bond there it is right there right there sick all right now this is a good way if you want to stun on your friends that have phone lcd parts  right you you know you know any iPhone peasants out there.

The Best Android Phones for Holiday 2021 for Battery Life and More
Google
Happy Holidays! This article is part of our Holiday 2021 Gift Guide where you can find the best-of-the-best recommendations from How-To Geek, LifeSavvy, and Review Geek to help you pick the perfect gift for everyone on your list!
Update, 10/26/21: We’ve reviewed our recommendations, and have replaced our best camera phone pick with the new Google Pixel 6 Pro.
How to Shop For an Android Phone in 2021
There’s arguably never been a better time to buy an Android phone. There are great options at every price point, as you’ll see below. But how do you know which is right for you?
There are a lot of things to consider when buying a phone. If you’re here, you’re already considering Android, so that’s one big decision out of the way. Android devices offer more flexibility than iPhones (with Apple’s closed ecosystem), and there are many, many more phones to choose from.
We’ll be throwing a lot of technical jargon at you in this list. Processors, RAM, megapixels, refresh rates, and more are mentioned in this list. The good news is you don’t necessarily need to worry about all the tech specifications. There’s not one single “spec” that makes or breaks a phone.
The whole smartphone package is what matters, and that’s how we’ve approached this list.
Which Android phone is for you, though? We’ve broken down our guide into several handy categories that should fit your budget and interests. There’s truly an Android phone out there for everyone, it just depends on what matters most to you.
Jack Skeens/Shutterstock
Pros
✓ Excellent display
✓ Nice middle-ground size
✓ Powerful processor
✓ 4 years of software support
Cons
✗ Not as many cameras as Ultra model
✗ Still relatively expensive
It’s hard to pick a single Android phone that will be perfect for everyone, but the Samsung Galaxy S21 gets the closest. It’s big without being ridiculously big, powerful enough to handle anything, and has plenty of cameras to get the best shot.
The Galaxy S21 has a 6.2-inch display—which sounds huge—but the bezels around it are minimal. The display is 1080p, OLED, and has a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. In short, it’s a beautiful screen.
Powering it is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 and 8 or 12 GB of RAM. This is not officially a “gaming” phone, but it can certainly handle any game you want to play.
There are three cameras on the Galaxy S21. It has a 12MP front camera and a 12MP ultra-wide and 64MP main camera on the rear. The 64MP camera is capable of 8K video recording and allows for pretty good optical zoom.
Galaxy phones run an Android skin called “One UI,” and while it can feel a bit bloated at times, Samsung’s support is great. You’ll get four years of software updates, which is more than even Google offers.
The Samsung Galaxy S21 usually goes for around $800, which isn’t super cheap, but it’s a lot more affordable than the premium Galaxy S21 Ultra.
Best Overall
Tumblr media
Samsung Galaxy S21
A solid, well-rounded device that hits all the major things you could want without going overboard.
Amazon

Motorola
Pros
✓ Big display
✓ 3GB of RAM is good at this price
✓ Clean software
✓ Only $150
The days of crappy cheap Android phones are (mostly) behind us. There are a lot of great options out there now, many of which go for under $200. The best budget Android phone we like the most is the Moto G Play (2021).
You won’t be sacrificing screen size for a low price here, as the Moto G Play has a 6.5-inch 720p display. It does suffer a little in direct sunlight, but at this price point, you generally have to accept little downgrades like this.
The area where you’ll feel the price the most, however, is with the processor. Motorola has equipped the Moto G Play with the Snapdragon 460 and 3GB of RAM. That’s a solid combo for typical daily tasks, but try to do any serious gaming and the Moto G Play won’t be able to keep up.
The Moto G Play has a basic camera setup of one 13MP camera on the back and a small 2MP camera on the front. You’ll get fine photos in well-lit conditions, but low-light will suffer.
Motorola uses a light version of Android without much bloat, which is important for a budget device. You can usually grab a Moto G Play (2021) for around $150, which makes it one of the cheapest phones around.
Best Budget
Tumblr media
Moto G Play (2021)
A capable phone that can handle your daily tasks while costing less than $200.
Justin Duino
Pros
✓ Excellent cameras
✓ Fast software updates
✓ Solid RAM and processor for the price
Cons
✗ Average battery life
✗ Not fully water resistant
The Pixel 5a hits a sweet spot on the edge of mid-range and budget. For under $500 you get the same camera experience and many other specs as the more expensive Pixel 5.
That’s right, Pixel 5a has the same main 12.2MP and 16MP wide-angle cameras as the Pixel 5. And since this is a Pixel phone, you also get Google’s great portrait mode, Night Sight, Astrophotography, and one of the best camera apps out there.
The Pixel 5a hits the lower price tag with a few small changes. First of all, the Pixel 5a’s 6.34-inch display has a refresh rate of 60Hz, whereas the Pixel 5’s is at 90Hz. That’s probably not a big deal to most people. The 5a also has 6GB of RAM, compared to the 8GB on the Pixel 5. One big win is they both have the Snapdragon 765G processor.
Google Pixel phones may not be the beasts of the Android world in terms of raw specs and performance, but they make up for it with refined software and fast updates. So you’re not getting IP68 water resistance or wireless charging, but you are getting great cameras. All of that for $450 sounds like a pretty sweet deal.
Mr.Mikla/Shutterstock
Pros
✓ Big, beautiful display
✓ Tons of power
✓ Five total cameras
✓ 4 years of software support
✓ It just has everything.
Cons
✗ Big size might not be for everyone
If price is no issue and you want the best Android device that money can buy, you should get the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. It’s a bigger phone with all the bells and whistles you could ever need.
The Galaxy S21 Ultra has a 6.8-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It has a higher resolution than the standard Galaxy S21. This is a big phone, but big is what you get with premium.
It’s powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 and 12GB of RAM. That’s a powerful combination that will handle even the most resource-intensive games and multitasking sessions. You really can use it for everything.
The Ultra model also has tons of cameras to use for the best picture. The main camera is 108MP and it’s joined by a 12MP ultra-wide, 10MP 3X telephoto, and a 10MP 10X telephoto. Essentially, whether the subject is right up close or super far away, you’ll be able to capture it.
The Galaxy S21 Ultra runs One UI, and Samsung offers four years of software updates, one year more than Google offers on Pixel devices. That’s bang for your buck.
Speaking of bucks, the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra goes for around $1,200. Premium does mean premium price tag, too. You get what you pay for.

ASUS
Pros
✓ High-end processor and RAM pairing
✓ Huge battery
✓ 144Hz display refresh rate
✓ RGB lights are fun
Cons
✗ Cameras are just okay
✗ It’s a big, heavy phone
Gaming phones are a relatively new device category, and they aren’t only for gaming. That is, however, the intended purpose of our pick, the ASUS ROG Phone 5. One look at this phone, and you know what it’s for.
The ROG Phone 5 has a big 6.78-inch display with a 144Hz refresh rate and a touch sampling rate of 300Hz. Those things make games look great, and the dual front-facing speakers make them sound great, too.
Power is important when it comes to gaming, and the ROG Phone 5 ticks all the boxes. It has the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 with up to 16GB of RAM. There’s also a beefy 6,000mAh battery making sure you can game for hours.
Cameras are not what you might care about when it comes to gaming phones, but the ROG Phone 5 doesn’t skimp here. It has 64MP, 13MP, and 5MP cameras on the back with a 24MP camera upfront.
To add to the gaming aesthetic, the ROG Phone 5 has programmable RGB lights that make it really stand out. There are several gaming accessories you can add to it as well. This is essentially another premium smartphone, but with more of a gaming focus.
The specs are off the charts, but the price is actually reasonable. You can grab a ROG Phone 5 for around $700. That’s a great price when you consider it has many of the same specs as our premium pick.

ASUS ROG Phone 5
A beast of a phone that can handle any game you throw at it, plus it’s reasonably priced.
Google
Pros
✓ Three great cameras on the back
✓ Giant high-res display
✓ Excellent battery life
✓ Clean software
Cons
✗ 3 years of updates is shorter than Samsung
✗ Expensive
For the most part, any phone in this list is going to take good photos, but the Pixel 6 Pro stands above the crowd. Not only is it a great camera phone, but it’s also a very good phone overall, too.
The Pixel 6 Pro has a massive 6.7-inch display with 1440 x 3120 resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. It’s certainly a large phone, but that big size comes with a lot of extra benefits.
For starters, you get a big 5,000mAh battery that should be plenty to get you through a day with juice to spare. It also has Google’s own Tensor processor and 12GB of storage. Extra goodies include wireless charging and water resistance.
Let’s get to the most important part, the cameras. The main camera is 50MP, it’s joined by a 12MP ultra-wide camera and a 48MP telephoto camera with 4x optical zoom. These cameras make sure you are equipped for any situation you should come across. Whether it’s far-away subjects, group shots, or anything else, it’s all good on the Pixel 6 Pro.
The Pixel 6 Pro costs $900 and it comes with 3 years of Android updates. You’re always going to get those updates first, and the software is the cleanest version of Android you can find.
Motorola
Pros
✓ Can get up to 3 days of battery life
✓ Big 6.4-inch display for the price
✓ Costs around $200
Cons
✗ Cameras aren’t great
✗ Low powered
When you’re looking for a phone with great battery life, it’s usually a good sign when “Power” is in the name. The Moto G Power (2021) will do the job, and it only costs around $200.
The Moto G Power has a 5,000mAh battery, but that alone isn’t what makes for great battery life. The combination of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 processor and 6.4-inch 1080p display is great for battery life since it’s not pushing all the pixels of a giant 4K screen.
Camera quality is not the selling point of this phone, but the Moto G Power does have a respectable 48MP camera and a 2MP macro camera on the back. The selfie camera is 8MP. Just don’t expect any amazing phones in low-light.
Like our budget pick, the Moto G Power runs a clean version of Android. That also helps with the battery life! You can snag the Moto G Power (2021) for around $200 and never worry about battery life on your next weekend excursion.
