What’s your overall opinion about kacy now that the season is over. Do you feel like the angst was well played out?

I might have answered something along these lines, but not exactly this question. Actually, of course I answered some general asks after the finale but the closest thing would be this from right before the finale.
In terms of a postmortem, my feelings haven't changed, I'm still quite satisfied. I suppose if I could change one thing about the finale, it'd be getting a longer talk between Lucy and Kate at the end, but there's plenty of time for that later and I'm glad we got the scenes between Kate and Ernie and even Kate and Alina, to indicate where her head was at. And as I said, what Lucy and Kate really needed to cover they already have, this was more Lucy needing to decide if she could forgive Kate enough to be in a relationship.

I know 5B of S19 was a drag but I will say that I really did enjoy bits and pieces of the stuff that wasn’t about the donor (that 5x17 scene was one for the books) and I’m sure I’m in the minority here but I’m actually very excited to see streaks of that ruthless Maya back in S6. Her character is so fascinating to me and I love that she’s so vulnerable with Carina but blackmails the chief at work lol. I read a past ask of yours and you’re right - the chemistry IS the ship!
Hmm, hmm. The thing is, I wouldn't mind seeing that side of Maya, but I fear it'll be used mostly to make her the bad guy. It really depends how they'll frame it. Is she going to be the bad guy, will she be seen as doing something wrong but still sympathetic, or will she be seen as doing something justified? Given the show will prioritize Sullivan and Andy ahead of her, in that order, I think the second option is the most we can hope for.
