luke, what do we think about the trailer?

If I had to sum it up? Boring.

If the trailers did a good job in throwing in some hype then I could try the volume, but as it is, nope. Especially with Ruby still on her “we gotta save mantle!” when Salem is literally there and ready to kill everyone if the writers had her do anything but sit on that fucking whale all volume, and Jaune being like “uwu let’s do both uwu” like okay?

How? How are these buncha kids gonna REALISTICALLY get Amity running AND evacuate Mantle out of the grimm infested city when the immortal witch is right there, ALONG with both CINDER AND TYRIAN, both who want to get back at Ruby. Both Ruby and Oscar should be in danger here but the trailer fails to capitalise on that. 

Salem’s gonna go after Oscar, and a bit in the trailer shows that Oscar is grabbed by a flying gorilla grimm, but given that all his development previously has happened offscreen, I’m not holding hope for Farm Boi.
