fun technology my universe has for handwaving physics purposes
a stellar sustainer, a device powered by a muno crystal [basically magic] which can make a star last billions of years longer than it should have [specifically for drekols home star which has a maximum natural lifespan of one billion years]
habitation/EC suit, a suit that can be either designed for a specific species or adaptive for any species which lets carbon based life survive in boron compatible environments and vice versa
planetary EC, a large satellite like machine which in 48 hours of charging can adjust the compatibility of a planet
planetary sustainer, a device which can keep a planets core from cooling down [specifically for ath which is a rogue planet]
A-speed engine, a device which turns light years travel distance into a few minutes to days
quasi-glass, a sheet of a semi-solid glass like substance which appears to make a "hologram" screen possible

hello. idk if you're still active or not, but im still asking after all since im really really curious. i wanna know your opinion about the difference skill between Miyoshi and Kaminaga, like their strength and weakness. i hope you read and answer this omg please. thank you!
Sorry, for the late reply, when I'm on holiday I've hard time accessing to my pc...
As for your question... hum... it's a bit difficult to figure out the differences in abilities between Kaminaga and Miyoshi as everyone's main abilities aren't specifically referred, nor they're compared.
D Agency clearly gave them all the same preparation, although it's reasonable to assume as each of them is a different person, they probably have strongest and weakest points.
I can give you my headcanons for them based on what the anime, the manga and the novel seemed to focus on, but I've really no way to know if those are their stronger or weakest points.
I tend to think Miyoshi is the best at D Agency at using guns (with Sakuma being the best at using Katana) due to the following official image (though the image's purpose might be just to repreaent the clash between the two of them, Sakuma tall and broad in uniform and with a traditional Japanese sword, Miyoshi, much smaller, in a suit and with a modern gun).

I also assume Miyoshi also has a deep knowledge of arts, not just because he played the role of an art dealer in "Coffin" but also because he looked at Millais' Ophelia on an art book and, according to the movie he was born in Paris and raised in Venice, both cities of art.
Both him and Kaminaga are pretty good at swimming.

I can't really tell if Miyoshi and Jitsui got there before Kaminaga and Amari or viceversa but I'll place them in the group of the 4 fastest swimmers.
Miyoshi, Amari and Fukumoto are the three who're best at dancing.

As far as my headcanon go Kaminaga is good at fencing (along with Tazaki)...

...resistant to drugs and good at acting he can make up the most outrageous things.

He likes litterature (Yuuki gives him a book and the reference to vampires is possibly tied to Bram Stoker's "Dracula"). He's good with a camera and with machinaries.
One of the official cards for JG implied Kaminaga likes to drink and behave in a not appropriate manner when he does. Considering though how he can handle well being drugged and his characterization in the drama cd I think it's more than Kaminaga has fun pretending he loses control while he's drunk than that he actually loses it.
Miyoshi instead likes to remain always calm and collected.
The drama cd implied Kaminaga is more popular with girls than Miyoshi (and very prone at flirting).
The drama cd depicts a younger Kaminaga who was more prone at believing at things than Miyoshi, so it's possible to speculate that while Miyoshi is and was always a cynical person, Kaminaga merely became a realist growing up. Miyoshi cures his own person much more (he's canonically stated as a narcissist, with scenes in whcih he fusses over his hair and his waistcoat is a more elegant model than Kaminaga's), while Kaminaga is canonically more mischievous.
While in Joker Game vests are always a colour slightly different from the suit (it’s usually slightly darker), in Kaminaga’s case this is much more obvious as his suit is brown but his vest is yellow. A suit with an unmatched vest was considered a rare and more casual look.
A manga cover implied both Kaminaga and Miyoshi like to play billiard (the settei for the anime showed there was meant to be a billard in D Agency).

...and official info said they're both willing to take leadership of the other D Agency members.
In a drama cd, when the cast is divided in two teams, Sakuma’s team which has Sakuma, Fukumoto, Odagiri and Hatano is defined as far superior in terms of physical strength and unity to Miyoshi’s team which has Miyoshi, Kaminaga, Jitsui and Amari. While it’s hard to exactly establish how strong Kaminaga and Miyoshi are just with this, this might mean strength isn’t their strongest point.
In the movie Kaminaga is Yuuki's secretary while Miwa Shiro speculated Kaminaga would become the new D Agency boss after Yuuki (though as Miyoshi by then is dead this doesn't tell us if Kaminaga is better than him or not).
Overall, I think they're mean to be more or less evenly matched and most is left to headcanons and speculations so it's hard to say for sure which are their real strenght and weaknesses therefore, as I said, most of what I listed is based on my headcanons.

History
Evolution (before Year -150,000): The mechagnomes are created by Watcher Mimiron in Uldaman many years before the first recorded date to perform as caretakers. In the year -15,000, Old God Yogg-Saron created the Curse of Flesh to turn the immortal titanic races into creatures made of flesh and subject to mortality. Mechagnomes therefore became gnomes when the curse reached them in Year -3,000, leading them to leave Uldaman for Dun Morogh, largely forgetting where they came from. Three other races descend from them: Leper gnomes being a product of exposure to radiation; Sand gnomes that mysteriously occupy the Bone Wastes in Terokkar Forest; and while not technically their own race, Undead gnomes possess a unique appearance. 
Small But Mighty (~Year -2,680): Indus, a member of the Council of Tirisfal, is the first gnome to have a detailed recorded history. She was a skilled mage, but due to her people’s talent for tinkering, she was also known as "the inventor" in Dalaran.     
Guardian - Activate! (Year 2,610): Indus, along with other members of the Council, empower the Guardian of Tirisfal, a half-elf named Alodi. 
Next! (~Year 2,610 - Year -823): Somewhere between the two dates, Erbag follows Indus in representing the gnomish people in the Council.
At Last, Someone Shorter Than Me (Year -2,500): Dwarves awaken in Uldaman, moving west and founding Khaz Modan. They build the city of Ironforge and help the nearby gnomes in founding their own city of Gnomeregan.
Home Arrest (Year 5): The Horde conquers Khaz Modan and traps the dwarves within Ironforge and the gnomes within Gnomeregan.
Freedom! (Year 6): Alliance forces liberate Khaz Modan and both dwarves and gnomes join their cause.
We Just Got Our City Back... (Year 25): Sicco Thermaplugg convinces Gelbin Mekkatorque to release lethal radiation in the city, irradiating invading troggs and most of the gnome population as well. The dwarves grant the gnomes refuge and allow them to establish Tinker Town.
Short in Height, Big on Bravery (Year 27): Mekkatorque and his gnomes retake Gnomeregan's surface.
Wanted: Missing Gnomes (Year 33):  A group of gnomes lived in Boralus on Kul Tiras, however they all went missing. Their machinary can still be found within the Abandoned Junkheap in Tiragarde Sound. Parin Tinklocket decided to investigate the disappearances, leading him toa long lost city called Mechagon where gnomes were being converted into cyborgs by King Mechagon.
Physical Traits
Life expectancy: Gnomish life spans are up for speculation. They tend to be considered adults when they are older than 22 however some gnomes like Erbag can live centuries (with him being inducted into the Council for 844 years before the Battle of Mount Hyjal). However, it isn’t known if this is a gnomish trait or if his magical ability extended his life.
Height: Gnomes tend to be around 3 foot on average.
Eye colour: They can have eye colours ranging from green shades to browns, as well as blues and even yellow.
Cosmetics: Gnomes can have naturally vibrant hair in shades of white, pink, green, blue as well as more neutral colours such as brown or blonde. As well as this, an interest note that although they have five toes on each foot like humans, they only have three fingers and a thumb on each hand. To add, their heads are larger than proportionate to their bodies and male gnomes possess large, rounded ears.
Personality traits
Better To Be Small In Height Than Have Small Dreams: Gnomes are known to be highly ambitious in all that they do, particularly when creating new inventions or making advances in science. This can lead to certain degrees of what other races may assume to be an “evil genius” trait, for example Millhouse Manastorm seems obsessed with the idea of becoming the world’s most powerful mage of all time.
Future Thinking: Gnomes have a general philosophy about considering the future rather than focusing on the past. Part of their tinkering and inventing is in the hopes of making the future a time where science makes tasks easier to perform and accessible for all.
Other races: A strong bond with their Ironforge dwarf cousins have remained in fact over time, both happy to aid the other when in need. Due to the Alliance intervention that overthrew their “home arrest” and the gnomish forces fighting alongside the humans in return, their people are welcome in Stormwind City. Gnomes are generally a loving and forgiving race, even being known to be open to giving orcs a second chance and uncomfortable with holding grudges.
Other creatures: Because of their advances in technology, gnomes have been able to make working animatronics of creatures, therefore don’t require to form bonds with organic animals. Their racial mount is Mechanostrider.
Culture
Languages: They speak Gnomish and Common, as well as Goblin.
Government: Mekkatorque is the current elected High Tinker of Gnomeregan, also known as "King of Gnomes", actively leading around Year 3, just before the Second War. Prior to him, the gnomes hadn’t had a king or queen for 400 years, though no previous leaders are mentioned. Between Year 25 and Year 27, Thermaplugg usurped him using the radiation but was eventually killed.
Military: They don’t have an official military force but are known for their weaponary inventions such as flying machines that are able to defend their home.
Religion: They are able to become priests, however only use it generally for the practical healing ability, favouring a scientific approach. A few female gnomes formed the Sisters of Steel that have shown abilities to turn their flesh to stone or steel.
