Hey does your gravity falls oc have a backstory or anything? Sorry if this has been asked before, I’m just curious! (Great artwork by the way)

She does! She's a creation of the Axolotl, you can say that she's some kind of keeper, unlike the Oracle, Nemu interacts with the dimensions in an indirect way to maintain everything in order. She had what others say the misfortune of meeting Bill, which only led to many fights between them, which mostly are Bill pushing her into her limits because of their nature of being complete opposites, She's the responsible for Bill being half blind as response of self-defense. At some point they both find some interest in the other and slowly stop the often fights, however they stand firm in their own positions and morals. 

A little extra fact! Nemu knows that Bill won't change and she doesn't plan to change him, she sees him as a necessary evil.

Just asking for clarification, but is Nemu straight?

I don't really think about her sexuality since she interacts with very few people and two of them are kinda parent figures, she's just very interested on Bill since he is the one she spends most of her time. But I see her as Demi sexual! (⁠*⁠´⁠ω⁠｀⁠*⁠)

Wait wait. Theory: Nemu’s costume includes a dark blue star pattern and light green. And the prophecy Fiddleford said when he came out of the portal was: ‘When gravity falls and earth becomes sky, fear the beast with just one eye’.

Does Nemu’s costume represent earth and sky? Also she has one visible eye, should we fear her in your AU? Was this intentional?

Glad you noticed! Nemu is designed to be more lively than Bill since she's made to represent life as expected from her Creator.

Nemu only has one visible eye because she kinda feels guilty about what she did to Bill, so she mimics him.

As for fearing her, we have to wait and see 👀
