The flyer Itachi had given her was neatly folded in one hand, a glass of wine in the other. Surely there was more to this event than a cluster of pretty girls and some iron clad knights to joust, right? She would find out soon enough.

Doflamingo walked along through the upper floor between his schemes and machinations, peering down at his guests over railings to get a broader view of the crowds and their moods. Nearly everyone was loving it; enthralled by his spectacle of lights, colors and shiny things. Nearly everyone. There was always the odd nail to hammer to make sure everything stayed together.

Swiping a bottle from a passing waiter and an empty glass from another, he made his way through the crowd to the woman he’d spied. “I hope you’ll consider trying out,” he said, pouring himself a drink before topping hers off.

The Village Hidden in the Rain, Amegakure. The name states it's reputation for it seemed to have rained nonstop as she successfully entered into the country. It wasn't an infiltration, but rather a curiosity that impulsed her mind. 

Aya was rather interested in the isolated country. There was no Civil War as the world thought, but it was rather peaceful and prospered well in it's own accord.
