My sleep schedule is fucking atrocious and, I'm sure this nap only added to that. However, I try to just sleep where I can at this point lmao. I'm taking all the sleep I can get. Also, thanks! Yeah, uni is hell on earth actually but, I love history so, I have no other choice 💀

Help haha that's true, ik esp during the lockdown I pretty much had the worst sleep schedule ever 😭 but when I have to drive and/or attend lectures I kinda gotta force myself to sleep 😭 and w/ work now I'm like pls try and sleep by 10 and before 11 🙏🏼 sincerely it's great to enjoy your choice of study tho ❤️ how many semesters are left?

Colds : blessed thistle or elder flowers as a tea , orrrr chopped horseradish (fresh) and some boiling water and honey < that mixes sounds harsh 😩😭😭😭it will probably make a cold run away lol

Another for colds is : Tabasco sauce, yarrow, boiling water < that's for fevers too

Another for a fever : 2 tablespoons of cayenne pepper , a little OJ and some boiling water ,

Lemon balm tea as well

For headaches : peppermint , rosemary, or sage in tea form

Insomnia: skullcap, lady slipper, valerian Root its boiling water .. it says not to boil the valerian

Aches and pains: boil arborvitae leaves in lard and apply it to the area < that creates a healing balm

Sore throat : can gargle with some sage tea

Toothaches : some cloves < cloves will help numb it .. I tried this before it does kinda numb it.. I put it directly on the area (Tumblr messing up )

Upset stomach: sone chamomile, marigold leaves, mint, peppermint , yarrow teas

Also rosemary and western gun plant leaves like a broth

For migraines : stinking iris and some boiling water

A sedative for sleeping : peppermint, chamomile, bee balm, hops and crushed fennel seed mix that all up and use a table spoon of that with boiling water

Another sleep mix : feverfew and boiling water

Sidenote : all these can be sweetened with honey or agave

For cramps : dried raspberry leaves and boiling water (Tumblr messing up )

Orrr cramp bark, skullcap, and blue cohosh , a little cinnamon , place in warm water .. then take a tablespoon when needed

Orrr red raspberry juice taken when needed

Another mix for sleep : peppermint powder, chamomile , skullcap, golden seal, elder flower, penny royal and some boiling water

Nervous tension: some skullcap, and boiling water (Tumblr messing up)

For anxiety : catnip, chamomile or skullcap any of those teas

Minor burns: juice from aloe leaves , plaintain leaves , or hounds tongue can be rubbed on the area (Tumblr messing up ) a balm can be made as well : that's made with lard, beeswax and either some all heal, Irish moss, or lady's bedstraw then the mix is heated in the oven 200 degrees for 3-4 hours then strain it and allow it to cool, then it can be applied to the area ... and it can be stored and used at any time for things (for burns )
