Undyne had been doing her normal routine, looking for anyone that she could challenge to test her strength to prove that she was the toughest monster in the Underground. The guppy however came across a human, something that would be a true test of her skill, so thus the hunt began. The young monster had tried several times to land any solid attacks with her spears, yet this human was skilled at dodging. Finally she managed to get ahead of the human, jumping from her hiding spot to cut of their path.

“Alright, you’ve been good at dodging my spears so far, though now you’ve got no where to run. That means you’ve got no where to run which means you have to fight me, Undyne, the toughest monster in the Underground.” Undyne would then summon a spear, getting in a fight stance, ready for battle.

Frisk had been...running. They didn't know what exactly they had been running from but they seemed to be not in a great place as they were trying to keep themselves calm. They had really hoped that whomever had been pursuing them hadn't followed.

Undyne Almost Hits monmuses

Undyne was in the middle of some light training, having some time to kill before as it was the weekend, and what better way than practicing her aim as well as trying to work on the power of her spears. The guppy was getting into the zone, her attacks mostly hitting dead center to the make shift targets she drew on some rocks. The young monster was setting up for another spear, yet as she was going to release she slipped on a patch of mud, making her throw the magic spear in a random direction with full force. “Dang it, I hope I didn’t hit anyone by mistake.” She was quick to follow the direction, seeing someone standing in the distance. “Hey, you didn’t get hit by a spear did you? If you did, then that’s my bad, I slipped and threw it in the wrong direction.”

Undyne Damages compulsoryroyalty Castle

“Why does this stupid castle have so many stupid stairs?! What’s even the point?!” Undyne was now in a fit of rage at the third set stairs she’d come across wondering who would design it this way. The guppy would take a few deep breaths before starting to walk up the third set of stairs, grumbling about it as she did so. The young monster was thinking about simply going back to the strange grey door that brought her here, yet this castle did interest her.

After making it to the top, Undyne was met with a fourth set of stairs, this easily setting her into full rage mode. “I’M SICK OF THESE STUPID STAIRS!” In her rage the guppy would summon multiple spears, causing some serious damage to the floor, stairs, and any other items that happen to be near by. Once the young monster had calmed down she realized the damage she just caused. “Uh, I hope I don’t get in trouble for this.”

“THE SOAP IS FIGHTING BACK! DESTROY THE SOAP!” Undyne clearly wasn’t thinking things through as she hurled a spear at the bar of soap full force, easily causing the bar to be split into several pieces. The guppy was quick to realize her mistake upon looking at it. “I DESTROYED THE SOAP! WE NEED A PLAN B!” The young monster began trying to think of another plan on what to do, though nothing was coming to mind which made her even more stressed about things. “What if we destroy the mud? Magic can do that, right?”

Undyne looked at her house in confusion, at least she’s sure it was her house. It looked the same besides looking completely new, which wasn’t the case when she left of school this morning. The guppy wondered if Gerson decided to simply rebuild it as he normally just fixes any damage. The young monster also took note of the training dummy along with the fact it had a monster soul. “Guess, I should check the inside,” she said, walking over to the door only to realize she wasn’t tall enough to reach the handle. “Are you serious? No way Gerson was the one who did this. He knows I’m not that tall yet.” Maybe she could get lucky and whoever fix her home was inside, so began knocking on the door.
