#dnd #dungeons and dragons #character art #illustration #gnome #wizard #what if moth-inspired robes but it's an underwing moth this time #surprise bitch! hot pink!! #the THING IS I want this to be a longer (cape? connected drop sleeve?) thing #but I wasn't sure I could believably have the top layer part as wide as I wanted if it was too much longer 🤔 #obviously this is also WAY more literal 1:1 than her luna moth robes which is a much more subtle design #but it was also I had the thought and then immediately spent like 15 min doodling it and 15 more min slapping ink and color on #ALSO... the only reason I HAD this thought was thinkin about insects having eyespots and I was originally gonna do an io moth #but the allure of hot pink was too powerful #anyway maybe I'll tinker with this concept maybe not #just trying to get better into the habit of actually acting on inspiration and ideas when they happen instead of- inevitably- never at all #my OCs #melliwyk #dungeons and doodles #vale walkers
