Turkey bacon - yes or no? Today’s lunch - turkey bacon BLT on a low carb tortilla with a side of blueberries and avocado (not pictured). I have never tried turkey bacon before and decided to give it a go. I found this at @costco and loved that it was uncured and no nitites/nitrates added. So why not try it?!? Oven bake at 400 for 15min and it is done. No fuss, no mess. I didn’t tell the family until they had tried it. Guess what? They all loved it!!! It is great to add this into the weekly mix. I made it work into my low carb macros today by adding 1/2 an avocado to make up for the fat this bacon is lacking. But now I can add bacon to any meal without the guilt!
