Text
Roxanne being the first girl Charlie doesn't have to fake it with.
Joana being the first person Beckett is challenged physically and mentally by.
Winnifred being strong, independent, and proud of herself no matter what - which happens to be the complete opposite of Eliot.
All of these boys, representing different parts of their father, falling in love with girls who are each a bit like their mother.

I’m getting really nervous about eliotwinnifred bc kbr haven’t given her a pinterest board yet, and their mistpoint characters and also frog have one now. kbr, the cobalts are still your top tier characters/families/ships. don’t do this to them.

Pedantic Rant Time! Degrees of Legitness
So, I had an audition backin February where I was asked for a legit song and being me, I asked "how legit do you want it."
Cause I have a few things in my book that are "legit" ranging from "Beyond My Wildest Dreams" (Which I consider almost more mixed) to "The Finer Things" (Basically an aria).
So, in my mind there are like 3-ish categories for songs that can then further be broken down.
A Note: A lot of these listed are women's roles, because I am a woman, but I'm trying to add a few men's roles too)
Belt--Normally a darker, chest heavy sound, though the pop belt tends to be brighter
Classic Broadway Belt (Roles include: Fanny in Funny Girl, Mama Rose in Gypsy, Reno Sweeney in Anything Goes, and Winnifred in Once Upon a Mattress, Tulsa in Gypsy, Billy Flynn in Chicago, Pulitzer in Newsies, Adelaide and Nathan in Guys and Dolls--though Adalaide has a character affectation on top of it, Frenchy in Destry Rides Again, but she also goes in the Legit mix section )
Pop Belt (Roles include: Cady and the Plastics in Mean Girls, Elle in Legally Blonde, Vanessa and Nina in In the Heights, any of the Queens in Six, and any of the female roles in Hamilton, Emmet and Warner in Legally Blonde, pretty much any role in Bring it On the Musical)
Rock Belt (Lizzie and Emma in Lizzie, Veronica in Heathers, Janice in Mean Girls, and Chris in Carrie: the musical, JD in Heathers, Peter Parker in Spider-man: Turn off the Dark, Everyone in Rent, )
Contemporary Broadway Belt (Elphaba in Wicked, Judy in 9 to 5, or Katherine in Newsies, Elsa in Frozen, Jo in Little Women, Eponine in Les Mis)
Mix--A mixed sound, brighter and lighter than belt, but still not a classical sound
Contemporary Mix (Bonnie in Bonnie & Clyde, Jerusha in Daddy Long Legs, Sarah in A Little Princess, Jenna in Waitress, Beth in Little Women)
Legit Mix (Jane in Jane Eyre, Emma in Emma the Musical, Lara in Doctor Zhivago, Natasha in Great Comet, Fantine in Les Mis, Frenchy in Destry Rides Again, but she also goes in the Golden Age Belt section)
Disney Mix (Anya in Anastasia, Ariel in Little Mermaid, Anna in Frozen, Amelie in Amelie, Amy in Little Women)
Legit--very obvious classically trained sound
Golden Age Legit (Any R&H Hero or Heroine ever, Lilli in Kiss Me Kate, Hero and Philia in A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, Freddie and Eliza in My Fair Lady, Sky and Sarah in Guys and Dolls)
Pop Legit (Francesca in Bridges of Madison County, Clara in Light in the Piazza, Fabrizio in Light in the Piazza, Most of the Roles from Amazing Grace, Oona in Chaplin, Grazia in Death Takes a Holiday, Beth in Sunset Boulevard)
Contemporary Legit (Meg in Little Women, Cosette in Les Mis, Rochester in Jane Eyre, Christine in Phantom--though she's moving more pop as of late, Margaret in Carrie the Musical, All the roles in Sweeney Todd--though one could argue Classical Legit for a few of the roles, Monty and Sibella in Gentleman's Guide)
Classical Legit (Carlotta in Phantom, Margaret in Light in the Piazza, Blanche Ingram in Jane Eyre, Cunegonde in Candide--thought that's more of an operetta, Every role in Passion, Phoebe in Gentleman's Guide). This is where you'll see most opera singers cross into.

AHH I finished fearless like us and I liked the leaks plot also it's the Rochester family and isn't winnifred supposed to date one of the cobalts? The drama I can't wait! The whole thing when it leaked and the media came for her and she realised how bad it was just got me annoyed, and then akara saying it's his fault and he should've known and I guess with lilo and the first time they got hassled it made sense for them to be that naive but not with sulli and especially not with akara and banks when this is their job! I liked how they got back together because they were worried for banks health, the ending again felt rushed, the change of heart for akara, I was expecting ryke to call him, I like the relationship he has with Connor, the return of flour bombing lol, akara being Luna bodyguard I like the idea but they still don't know about Donnelly
winnifred is going to be elliot’s love interest!! cant wait for that lol the whole star crossed dramatics will be so fun
totally agreed! i was rolling my eyes when they started saying all that shit like painting kitsulletti as being the new lilo is so 🙄🙄🙄 because the situations are so completely different. this is a minor spoiler for the next book but i think the only good thing we get out of it is lily/sulli bonding (which, don’t get your hopes up for bc it’s like .2 seconds)
and the return of flour bombing lmfao 😭😭😭😭 everyone hates that plot but it gave us the lily ryke bathroom cocaine bomb scene so how could i ever
i also agree that yet again their ending / resolution was so rushed. but i’ll hold off on saying anything about the rest because infamous will cover some of it. i might have mentioned this already but there’s also a cheap time jump that they use as an excuse to avoid development which is so lame. but i’m interested to see your thoughts on the next book! i rated it the highest out of all three which looking back is making me laugh because for one thing i still only gave it 2 stars and for another i know the exact page that pushed it to that rating 😭 also because of the olympics plot it got some bonus points because i love sports plots and especially with sulli she never should have quit swimming in the first place it made no sense

Eliot, Luna, and Tom being terrified to include their s/o's into the group because they don't want to ruin the friendship. But then here comes Donnelly followed Winnifred and the two of them just click. Two people who have been cast out from their family's, families that could've ruined their relationships, yet they prevailed. And Luna and Eliot are now begging to learn who Tom's crush is so that they can have a core six, just like their parents aunts and uncles.
