diluc knew he’d been burning the midnight oil yet again. and yet, he didn’t even have to try getting up from his desk when he was finished.

why would he, when zhongli seemed to appear out of thin air? least of all with the former archon picking him up so effortlessly, despite zhongli’s frame. at the very least, it was comfortable in his lover’s arms, so diluc wasn’t going to complain about that.

i think it really depends!!! i remember when i first started writing zhongli i was very worried abt how i was writing him... i think i got him down overtime (my fav part & smthing i try to be conscious about is that i hc that he doesn’t rlly use contractions........ i most def have slipped up sometimes though </3). 

childe was probably easiest bc i rped a similar character as him & i kin both him & sylvain so. well. booboo the fool right here. BUT OVERALL i find that usually after i write a chara once or twice i feel like i can nail them down. & if i dont that’s god’s problem

                 This was not turning into their favor- not at all. While the Viking is usually stubborn and not afraid to die on the battleground, today was not the day. Eivor noticed a blast of elemental energy hurling towards the two. Without hesitating, they swing their axe down onto the ground to cause a ripple of ice spikes to block the incoming attack but to also create time for their getaway.                             ❝We need to leave. Now.❞                   Before the captain could utter a single word, the warrior is quick to grab his arm and tug him along in a rushing manner. Another row of spikes of ice emerge from the ground from where they concentrated their energy, and leaped off the cliff to land onto the one across from them - causing both of them to tumble a bit before coming to a complete stop. They huff a little, standing up straight with a hand clenching the wound they had gotten from the enemies attack they had gotten struck with before they could make their escape. A deep breath, before averting their light blue gaze towards the Captain. Concern evident in the way they furrow their brows and their voice alone.                           ❝You are not hurt, are you..?❞

bright yellow pupils stared at the unfamiliar vision dangling off the stranger’s hip . clearly he wasn’t inazuman , perhaps even unaware of the laws of the great shogun that sara fought so hard to uphold . it hardly mattered to her where he was from though , nor what he knew or didn’t know ; she wasn’t going to stand for his taunting , instead taking up her usual role of willing to seize anyone who proved to be a threat .

however , he looked to be stronger than she’d usually seen . has she met her match , perhaps ? no , there was no way . she was a leader and a tengu warrior , she was better than this . knuckles white from gripping her bow , she straightened her back , scowling . her conviction was that of a thousand men , she could handle a few injuries and a little cold .

  1.  What  is  your  name ?   Resse Harris.

2.  What  is  your  real  name ?  ..Same as before. However you can call me by Resse, Ms. Harris, or whichever is comfortable of you.

3. Do  you  know  why  you  were  called  that ? It is obvious that the parents of mine has gifted this name onto my person. Although it is understandable why such a question can be asked.

4.  Are  you  single  or  taken ?  In a romantic sense I'm presuming? Single. Unknown to what this " mingle " entails.

5.  Have  any  abilities  or  powers ? Quite a question. The singular ability that assists me in the solving of cases happens to be somewhat..soul searching. Look me in the eyes, and the impressional activity of "icebreaking" will no longer be necessary.

6. Stop  being  a  Mary Sue.  Ah...it is unfortunate for you to lack the proper knowledge of my flaws. All you have to do is ask.

7. What’s  your  eye  color ?   As normal of a brown as it can get. However that is distracted by the strange pair of pupils I possess, don't you think?

8. How  about  your  hair  color ? Brown as well, I dont intend to change it any time soon.

9. Have  you  any  family  members ?  Yes and...no unfortunately. My biologically parents perished in the fire quite a while ago. However, my boss took me into his care as a sort of new father figure. And well..my assistant took a liking to his new technical sister as well.

10. Oh ?  What  about  pets ? Not at the moment, no. Haven't pitched an idea of that caliber in mind.

11. That’s  cool  I  guess,  now  tell  me  about  something  you  don’t  like.  Quite quaintly, being told I was wrong about someone. I can tell how a person is like by mere eye contact, their identity, crimes, and the sins of person's past. If someone were to call me a liar, well.. it irks me to the core. For I know them much more than they do. Lack of honesty and self reflection is quite a bitter pill no?

12.  Do  you  have  any  hobbies / activities  you  like  doing ? Outside of work, I'd indulge myself into some reading. Old cases, old books, interesting autopsies, keeps the mind at unease. However, from time to time I'd fancy myself in a bit of fencing. Less for defense and more for something to physically do.

13. Ever  hurt  anyone  before ? That poor little girl's feelings was hurt when she tried to kill me with fire. Fortunate for my immunity. That is the most I've done. If you're talking "physical" hurt, then I'd say that minor incident at the local Cafe. The man's wrist was broken after an attempt at murdering a waitress. At least he'll have time to recover in prison.

14. Ever …. killed  anyone  before ?  No, and I do not plan to in any circumstance...Unless necessary perhaps?

15. What  kind  of  animal  are  you ? Homo Sapien, if you'd like to be smart with me. Did you know that we are also a type of mammal?

16. Name  your  worst  habits.  Some clients and other personnel I've met have such gorgeous eyes..and I tend to stare at them. However that activates my ability and...I know much more than I shouldn't. I'm not one to keep secrets, yet here we are.

17. Do  you  look  up  to  anyone  at  all ? There are much more people looking up to me more than I can count, that I cannot possess the ability to look up to anyone actively. However, to force myself to answer this question, I'd say I'd look up to my boss, for saving my life. I wouldn't be the person that I am today without him.

18. Gay,  straight,  or  bisexual ?  I must apologize for refraining from this question. For I am unsure what you mean..

19. Do  you  go  to  school?  Yup !  Not anymore. I'm quite busy with cases.

20. Do  you  ever  want  to  marry  and  have  kids  one  day ?  There is not a single person in this small world of mine I'd acquaint myself with. Not out of hatred, but due to the singular ignorance of not knowing when or how.

21. Do  you  have  any  fanboys / fangirls ? The president along with his entire university could be considered an entire "fanbase" of mine on its own. They consistently mention me in their lectures..

22. What  are  you  most  afraid  of ?  Breaking my promise.. my promise to everyone, especially those I know and love..

23.  What  do  you  usually  wear ?  The outfit you see before you. The casual turtleneck, the casual striped black pants, the cause knee lengthed boots. This jacket of mine, it's special to me.. something neglects me to wear it properly, however it refuses to let go of my shoulders without permission.

24. Do  you  love  someone ?  The most I love in this sense is the close family around me.. my boss Mr. Hicks, and his son and brother of mine, Elias Hicks.

25. When  was  the  last  time  you  wet  yourself ? I...no. I've never done this weird task nor do I aim to.
