Ok so I once asked which disaster Twin is older (tumblr ate the post though) and I'm happy to announce that a tiktok user called "noodlesandtoons" has answered my question!

When they're first mutated, the boys have very simple plastron designs with no sharp edges. As they grow older, their plastrons become more complex.

In the Turtle Tots short, Mikey and Leo have simple plastron designs while Raph and Donnie have their current plastron designs

Donnie is the older twin
