Masumi: I’m home.
Sakuya: Ah. Welcome back, Masumi-kun. You’re early.
Did you only have one class today?
Masumi: I had classes until third period, but they got cancelled.
Anyways… what are those two doing?
Sakuya: I’m not sure either…
Izumi: …Mental preparation complete.
Manager: Same here. Alright, let’s do this.
Rock, paper… scissors!
Urk, I won…!?
Izumi: And I lose~.
…Oh. You guys were here?
Masumi: Why are you happy about losing?
Izumi: We were deciding who's going to sort this month’s load of fan letters.
Manager: Our rule is that the winner’s the one who does it. So I’ll be taking care of it this month…
Masumi: The winner does it?
Izumi: They’re letters gratitude that we received from our fans, right?
It would be rude to treat it like a punishment game.
The task is simple, so we know it's not worth playing rock-paper-scissors over. But after we tried it once, it sort of became our tradition.
So I guess you can say that we’re just experiencing the joys and sorrows of winning or losing at rock-paper-scissors itself.
Manager: With that, it’s my third loss in a row… I’ll get it next month for sure…!
Sakuya: I’ll lend you a hand!
Manager: You’re an angel…
Izumi: Sure, go ahead. I’ll go pass around the newsletters then.
Ah…
Masumi-kun. I have something to speak to you about, so come to my room later.
Masumi: Huh?

Izumi: It’s about the schedule for your photoshoot.
Masumi: Photoshoot…?
Izumi: Yeah, the “Boyfriend Material” one.
We’re supposed to take part in a photoshoot project for a women’s magazine, remember?
But the editorial team is having a hard time right now since they have too many potential ideas. And so, they wanted to hear our opinions.
Do you have any requests? Like your ideal date or something like that…

Masumi: I mean, my ideal date is your ideal date.

(I know I said I didn’t need dinner, but I didn’t have time to eat the meal provided on site.)
(On top of that, I also forgot to bring it home with me…)

(Maybe I can whip up something simple…)

Izumi: (I knew it. It’s the smell of curry…)
(But who could be up this late…?)
Masumi: Welcome home.
Izumi: Masumi-kun?
Masumi: I made curry for you.
I thought you might come home without having dinner. But it's fine even if you did eat already since curry still tastes good overnight.
Izumi: …I actually am feeling hungry right now.
Masumi: Okay, I’ll get that ready too…
Izumi: That?
Masumi: I’ll bring it right over to you, so take a seat.
Izumi: Sure…?

Masumi: Thanks for waiting.
Izumi: Ooh, what kind of curry could this be?
…A croquette?
(There’s a croquette placed on top of the curry…)
Masumi: It looked like you wanted to have some this morning, so I saved one of mine for you.
Honestly, I thought you’d be happy with just the croquette…
But that didn’t sit right with me.
Izumi: So that’s why you made the curry?
Masumi: I wanted you to enjoy the food I made even more.
Izumi: …I see. Thank you.
…Are you hungry too, Masumi-kun?
Masumi: Huh?
Izumi: Hold on a second.

Izumi: Here you go. It’s my Please Ticket for you.
Masumi: “I’d like you to eat croquette curry with me”…?
Izumi: I was having trouble trying to come up with something special…
But this idea suddenly popped into my head.
Masumi: …
Izumi: This might not be exactly what you had in mind… but you’re the only one who can fulfil this request, right?

Masumi: …
Izumi: (I guess this was no good after all…)
Masumi: …Have you been holding onto this ticket all this time?
Izumi: Huh? Yeah… I never knew when I'd get struck with an idea. Plus I figured if I kept it with me, then I might be able to come up a good request.
Masumi: …I’m so happy. I’m thrilled that you took it that seriously and that you were thinking about me all this time.
Izumi: (I guess that means he accepted it…?)
Masumi: I’ll go get my own plate. Sit tight.

Masumi: Thanks for waiting again.
Izumi: Alright, let’s split the croquette in half.
Masumi: Huh?
Izumi: I wrote that I want to eat croquette curry together, didn’t I?
So we should have the same thing.
Masumi: …Right.
Izumi: Time to dig in.
Masumi: Don’t mind if I do.
Option 1: “…It tastes delicious!”
Izumi: …It tastes delicious!
I see you’re getting better and better at making curry.
Masumi: I’m really happy to hear that.
I’ll work hard so I can make you even happier.
Option 2: “The spices work well!”
Izumi: The spices work well!
Masumi: …I just added what I remembered seeing before. It doesn’t taste weird, does it?
Izumi: It’s not strange at all. It tastes amazing!
Masumi: I’m glad. I packed it full of my feelings for you.

I have to improve my curry making skills so I don’t lose.

Izumi: (I wonder why Masumi-kun went out of his way to call me here…)
(Is there something on his mind…?)
Masumi: …Director.
Izumi: What’s up, Masumi-kun?
Masumi: Here you go.
Izumi: Is this… a “Please Ticket”?
Masumi: That’s right. I’ll give it my all to make any request of yours come true.
So… you can use me as you like.
Izumi: (Why’d he say it like that…)
Masumi: But…
Izumi: But?
Masumi: If possible… I’d like it to be something that only I can fulfil.
*flashback ends*
Izumi: …If something is handed to me seriously like that, then I can’t take it lightly. I have to put some proper thought into it.
However, the more I think, the more I’m unsure of what to ask for…

Alright, let’s start our planning meeting over again.
We’re at the stage to start finalizin’ our plan now… anyone got any ideas?
Masumi: …I do.
Sakyo: What is it?
Masumi: …I’d like to do a play.
Sakyo: …
Masumi: …
Sakuya: So you see, I thought about it with him and realized that if we’re considering our fans, then a play is the way to go!
Misumi: I agree! If it’s something we have fun doing, then I’m sure our fans will feel the same way!
Azami: We don’t have much time to prepare, but I’ll take care of the makeup.
We’ve done the Mankai Show before, so it’s nothin’ I can’t handle.
Masumi: The other day, you said that my idea was probably something I wanted to do for Director. That was true.
The reason I want to do a play is for Director—.
But I think I can return my feelings of gratitude to everyone else through my acting which I encountered because of her.
Sakyo: …*Sigh*, as expected.
Troupe members: Huh?
Sakyo: I never said plays weren’t allowed.
It’s just that considering the venue and the prep time, we can’t do it the same way as usual.
Even so, all the other teams keep sayin’ they wanna do a play too.

Azami: Guess we gotta let the other teams know.
Misumi: I’m sure everyone’s gonna be glad to hear it.
Masumi: That being said, there’s one more thing I’d like to do.

Izumi: …There. It looks like the costumes are good to go.
How’s it going over there, Masumi-kun?
Masumi: I’ve gathered all the props.
Izumi: Great. It looks like we’re going to make it in time.
By the way. You sure have grown, Masumi-kun.

Izumi: When we were approached for this White Day event, you were the one who suggested the idea of a thank you event, weren't you?
Masumi: No, well. Sakuya was the one who said he wanted to do it first…
Izumi: That might be true, but you were the one who spoke up about actually going for it.
If it were you from the past, then I don’t think you would’ve jumped into action that quickly just because someone else said they wanted to do something.

My primary motivation is all for you.

I thought it was fate since I was just thinking I wanted to see her.
But… Sakyo was with her.

He said something about “love” to Director.
Hisoka: …Huh?
Masumi: ...I figured I just misheard at first. I didn’t hear their entire conversation after all.
However, I started feeling worried when I considered whether he might’ve actually meant it that way.
After Sakyo said that to her, she laughed really happily.
Hisoka: …
Masumi: …Even if Director chooses another person, my feelings for her won’t change.
I thought that even if she chose someone apart from me, I wouldn’t mind as long as she was happy.
…Even so, imagining it still hurt my heart.

Sakuya: And so, gathering together all our ideas from today…
A sweets making class, a flyer and costume exhibit, a hands-on makeup experience, and selling merch. We have a lot to work with here!
Azami: Maybe we can pull off somethin’ decent if we combine them with the other teams’ ideas.
Sakyo: Hold it. There’s still one more guy who hasn’t contributed an idea yet.
Oi, Usui. Don’t you have anythin’?
Masumi: …
Misumi: Anything’s fine, Masumi~.
Masumi: …What about a letter writing corner?
Sakuya: That sounds great!
Sakyo: Huh? You just wanna write one for Director, don’tcha?
Masumi: So what?
What about your idea? You just want to make sweets for Director, don’t you?
Sakyo: Don’t lump us together. It’s not about Director. Sweets are a classic for White Day, aren’t they?
Masumi: In that case, letters are a classic way to express your gratitude.
Sakuya: P-Please calm down, you two!
Misumi: Nooo fighting!
Masumi: We aren’t fighting.
Sakyo: I’m not even touching him.

By the way, we could’ve just used our troupes for the teams this time.
Why’d we go outta our way to choose through a lottery?
Sakyo: This is an event for MANKAI Company’s fans.
Seeing as all the members are participatin’, it’s meaningful if we do something that transcends the borders of our troupes.
Well, we also thought that stayin' in our troupes could lead to biased opinions.
That’s why Director suggested we do a lottery with all of us mixed together this time.
Sakuya: If we all work together, then I’m sure it’ll be a wonderful event!
Azami: I mean, I guess so.
But it’s pointless if our efficiency also drops because of that.
Hisoka: Zzz…
Sakyo: —Tch. We’ll disband for today.

Azami: Just like our first meeting, none of ‘em feel quite right.

Misumi: Hmm… is the triangle shop no good after all?
Sakyo: We never said it’s no good. But that alone ain’t gonna fill up the whole day.
Masumi: …
(Maybe a play is our only option…)
Azami: I’ve been thinkin’. Is doin’ a play like usual off the table?
I mean, we’re a theatre troupe ‘n all.
Sakyo: I understand what you mean, but we’ve got 24 members…
We were fortunate enough to line up everyone’s schedules. It’ll be hard to prepare the script and costumes for all 24 of us if we start now.
Sakuya: That’s very true. Our invitation to the event also came on such short notice…
Sakyo: Right. And even though it’s called a hall, I don’t think there’s any area that’s like a stage.
Hisoka: Is there not much space?
Sakyo: The layout is kinda complicated.
Given the structure of the building, the organizers probably wanna use this event to see how it can be used.
Azami: Once again, I’m amazed at how flippant they are about this…
Sakuya: In any case, I’ll make a note of the play.

Sakuya: I'm looking forward to working together, Azami-kun!
Azami: Yeah. Even though our teams were picked by lottery, I don’t like the fact I ended up on the same team as shitty Sakyo.
But you’re here too, Sakuya-san. So I’m sure it’ll work out fine.
Sakuya: Ehh! Um… let’s do our best together!
Misumi: What a surprise though, huh~?
I never thought we’d also ending up doing something at that place!
*flashback starts*
Izumi: Welcome home, everyone!
I sent you guys a LIME earlier. Did you see it?
Masumi: Yeah. We were surprised since we were right by the venue when we got your message.
Izumi: Huh? Really?
What an amazing coincidence.
Misumi: We were with a lost kitty!
Izumi: A kitty?
Masumi: Don’t worry about it. Continue.
Izumi: Ah, sure. I heard that Veludo City was also involved in the construction of this event hall.
And so, apparently they’re reaching out to stores and groups that have a connection with Veludo City to participate in the event hall’s grand opening.
Misumi: That sounds fun~!
Izumi: Right. I think it’s going to be lively… but truth be told, the main details of the event haven’t been finalized yet.
They said that as long as it fits the theme of “White Day”, then we’re free to do whatever we want…
Masumi: That sounds reckless…
Izumi: Ahaha… the hall was just built, after all.
I heard another reason for that is so they can consider how to use the hall and which groups to invite afterwards, based on the event.
Azami: In other words, it’s a trial event.
Izumi: I suppose so. The days and times that each group can use the hall have already been allocated. We get to use the hall for a full day.
Hisoka: …That’s quite a long time.
Izumi: I think so too. That’s why I haven’t fully decided what we’re going to do as MANKAI Company.
Misumi: Ooh, let’s open a triangle shop!
We’ll stock up on lots of triangle items!
Hisoka: A marshmallow shop…
Azami: Err, you’re the only ones who would be into that.
Izumi: We can think about whether it’s do-able afterwards. All ideas are welcome right now. Do you have anything, Azami-kun?
Azami: Even if you ask me…
Masumi: What if we do something like a thank you event like Sakuya mentioned before?
Izumi: Hm?
Masumi: If it’s a big event, then everyone’s schools and workplaces might be more flexible, right?
Izumi: Well, that’s true…
Sakyo: —I’m down for that. Let’s start by askin’.
Azami: Ugh, it's shitty Sakyo. Since when were you listenin’?
Sakyo: I just came.
Izumi: …I got it. I think it’d be great if we could do what Sakuya suggested. I’ll run it by everyone and see.

Azami: I never actually thought everyone’s schedules would miraculously match up.
Hisoka: Maybe it’s because it was just one day?
Sakyo: Exactly. That venue also has the capacity to let us accomplish what would usually take us several days all in one day. That also helps in a sense.
Azami: Well, we haven’t even decided what we’re gonna do though.
Sakuya: I’m curious what kind of ideas the other teams are going to come up with. But first, we should think about what we’d like to do.
Sakyo: Yeah, as Sakuma said. Does anyone have any ideas right now?
Misumi: Here, heeere! I wanna look for triangles!
Sakyo: MANKAI Company’s fans aside, the regular guests aren’t gonna understand what’s goin’ on.
Sakuya: I think it’s a great idea though. It sounds like something Misumi-san would come up with.
Sakyo: At this rate, all Mikage’s gonna say is marshmallows…

*tries to walk away*
Hisoka: Misumi, over there.
Misumi: …Eh? Ah, Masumi~!

*walks over*
Masumi: What are you guys doing?
Misumi: Do you know this kitty’s friend, Masumi?
Masumi: No idea.
Misumi: Well you see, we’re searching for this little kitty’s buddy.
Masumi: ...What do you mean?
Hisoka: Apparently… they were supposed to meet up, but this guy got lost.
Masumi: Cats get lost?
Misumi: They sure do~!
They lose their way when they can’t pass through the roads they usually take, or when buildings they've never seen before get built.

Masumi: Direct your complaints to Misumi and the cat over there.
Azami: Ah, right. The cat… wait, there’s two of ‘em now?
Tabby cat: Meow.
Misumi: They were meeting up with this kitty.
Ahaha, I’m glad you found them~.
Hisoka: Well that case is closed… *yawn*, I’m sleepy…
White cat: Meow, meow.
Misumi: Bye, byeee~!
Azami: …What’s goin’ on?
Masumi: *Sigh*… I got dragged into a hassle again.
Misumi: Hm~? What a huge building!
It looks like a mansion!

My bad. They’ve piled up this much.
Izumi: It’s not your fault. Everyone’s been out and about and hasn’t been able to find the time these days.
It’s already late today, so let’s hand them out to everyone tomorrow.
Sakyo: It’d be easier to call everyone here and have them take ‘em.
Izumi: Ahaha. Well, that way does sound quicker.
But there might be some personal information in the letters.
Sakyo: *Sigh*…
???: *Stares*…
Izumi: (—!)
(I-I sense someone’s presence.)
???: M-Masumi-kun, you shouldn’t interrupt them.
???: Don’t get in my way, Sakuya.
Izumi: Let me guess. Is it Sakuya-kun and Masumi-kun over there?

Izumi: Yep, I knew it. What are you guys doing at this hour?
Did something happen?

Izumi: We were sorting the fan letters.
We were going to hand them out to all of you tomorrow. But here, I’ll give you two yours first.

Izumi: That’s just how much everyone’s been keeping their eyes on you two.
That being said, I'm sorry we got them to you so late.
Sakuya: Not at all. In fact, I have to help you too.

Izumi: Oh, no, no. This is part of my job, so don’t worry about it.
Sakuya: Thank you very much! Although, we also received a lot of letters and presents last month. That was a lot of work for you, wasn’t it?
Izumi: Not at all. It was Valentine’s last month, so there was just a bit more than usual.
When I thought about how loved all of you guys are, it took a lot of time, but it was fun.
Masumi: My love for you won’t lose to anyone either.

Sakuya: …You know, all we do is receive.
I wish there was something more we could give back to our fans rather than simply receiving…
Like the event we did around last Christmas, for example.
It would be nice if we could do something like that.
Sakyo: I know how you feel… but it’d be pretty hard to get all the members together right now.
Izumi: He’s not wrong… For performances and large events, everyone’s companies and schools are quite accommodating to a certain extent—.
However, for events that aren't that large in scale, it's pretty hard to coordinate everyone's schedules…
Sakuya: Yeah, you have a point…
Izumi: I get how you feel though, Sakuya-kun.
