Cayde is gone for a few days without Magnus for whatever reason.

Magnus... becomes a complete wreck of a man. He's sobbing into his pillow, unable to eat, and his brother, Ghaul, tries to help him to no avail.

Then you get Big Sis Empress Caiatl. She stomps into the room, picks Magnus up like a ragdoll, and drags him out of the house by force. She's literally the only one strong enough to rival this man, and Magnus is in no shape to try fighting her.

Caiatl walks through the Last City in silence, carrying the deflated and crying Titan over one shoulder and holding him by his feet.

Magnus doesn't even look where they're going. He just stares at the ground in silence and sniffles.

After a few minutes, Caiatl walks inside a shop, then makes way for a table, and tosses Magnus down in a chair. "Sit here," she demands.

Magnus just slumps down in silent compliance.

The Empress walks off, and a few minutes later, she returns with a steaming bowl of fresh four-cheese mac and cheese topped with a few slices of garlic bread. She sets this down in front of her little brother. "Here. Eat it all. We're not leaving until you're done."

Perking up somewhat, the Titan sits upright in his seat. He digs into the bowl of mac and cheese, and immediately his face lights up. His eyes nearly SPARKLE with joy. This is the best he's ever had in his life, hands down. The Titan consumes every last bite, even licking the bowl clean literally. When he's done, he sets it down.

Caiatl nods. "Better?" she asks him.

"...Yeah, actually. Thank you," he replies. "I never had any mac and cheese this good."

And with that, the two return to Magnus's house, and Magnus goes inside, totally fine and normal as though nothing was ever wrong in the first place.

Ghaul sees his brother, and is utterly astounded. Walking to Caiatl, he asks her, "How in the Traveler's name did you fix that man?"

"I personally tried every place in the Last City that serves macaroni and cheese to determine which had the best tasting formula, specifically in the event this happened," she tells him. "Magnus is unstable without his anchor at best. But besides Cayde, his other anchor is macaroni and cheese, I've learned. Should he revert to his former state again before Cayde returns, I will bring him again." And with that, Caiatl walks off.

I totally imagine that Misraaks has not spent a whole lot of time around Earth plants until recently. And assuming that's the case, what if the man has awful pollen allergies????

Anthem-99 wakes up because Misraaks is sneezing PROFUSELY and repeatedly. The Exo looks at his husband, confused. "Y'okay, hon?" Anthem asks.

"I'm not sure what's *SNEEZE* happening to *SNEEZE* me," Misraaks replies. He groans, his chest hurting.

"Can Eliksni get sick?"

"Yes, we can. But this is *SNEEZE* no normal sickness... This *SNEEZE* is torture..."

Anthem glances outside, and today, the trees and flowers are blooming some after months of winter. Then, he looks to Misraaks. "Hon, I think ya might be allergic t' pollen."

"Pollen?" Misraaks looks at his husband and tilts his head.

"Yeah. Pollen. 'S how Earth plants reproduce. An' it makes a lotta folks sick. I think ya might be one of 'em."

Groaning, the Kell falls back onto the mattress, and sneezes yet again.

Chuckling, Anthem stands up. "Gimme a minute. I'll be right back." He walks out, and sure enough, a minute passes and he returns. In his arms, he's got a large box of soft tissues, a humidifier, and a large cup of water. Anthem sets these down, hands the cup over, and turns on the humidifier. "There ya go. That'll help some," he says.

Misraaks drinks the water some, and grabs a tissue. "Thank you, Kell of my heart." He smiles, sneezing into the tissue.

With a kind smile, Anthem leans down and kisses his husband on the forehead. "Anything fer ya, sweetheart."

So almost a year later, I haven't had the time or energy to try getting the Xbox 360 I bought at the thrift store working. I'm still going to try, don't deny that. But only once I'm better physically and can do that.

However, I went to another thrift store today.

And there, wires and all, with a card attached for a few months of Xbox Live, I found a wholeass 360 in far better condition, for just $14. I snagged it. Worse comes to worst, I get one working and sell the other. If I get both working, my little bro gets the other.

But tonight, I'm gonna plug in this one, and try to get it up and running.

Anyone know where I can buy a copy of the original Destiny with DLC? I hear the 360 store just shut down a few days ago, but I can almost guarantee that y'all in the gaming community are gonna find a workaround for that in the coming weeks. We always do.

So I'm insane, I decided as to celebrate Cayde-6 coming back to destiny. I would do a quick drawing of him a day.

Of course this is just for fun and because I love him. So I might miss some days because I do have commissions to work on but I will try to post as many as I can up until the the 4th.

Thats when the expansion with him comes out.

Cayde was just revived after the events of Forsaken, and upon waking he saw Magnus with a steaming hot bowl of ramen for his husband, and Cayde threw his arms around the Titan then said to him, "If there's one thing worth living for, it's you. Not even ramen. Just you."

Magnus may be a Titan, but he married this Hunter, and therefore Cayde can DAMN WELL expect a full on gigantic beefy Titan running to Hunter tacklehug him desperately after they see each other again.

I know Bungie probably won't be kind enough for this, but Light, I just want a cutscene when our guardian first sees Cayde again, they just rush to him and give him a hug instead of the blank word document amount of emotion we've been getting.

What we'll probably get: 6 feet apart COVID level of social distancing with a serious expression, maybe a "Good to see you again Cayde/kiddo." Interaction if we're LUCKY.

I get that it probably wouldn't make sense for new lights, but for people who have played D1 and 2? (Which is probably a majority of us, tbh) it would mean a lot. Besides, for new lights, it would be like hugging a folk hero or something. There's not a guardian alive that hasn't heard of Cayde-6.

I need my guardian to have some kind of emotion other than :I

Sadly I have no bread atm... But I did find a bag of bread flour in my freezer yesterday. And some yeast in my cabinet last week.

Y'all I'm gonna make garlic bread for the first time in my life what with the INSANELY COPIOUS AMOUNT OF GARLIC I HAVE!!!! Seriously I've got like 5 different garlic salt shakers, ground garlic, fresh garlic cloves home grown and store-bought, garlic mixed seasonings, you name it you need it I'm your guy. I have more garlic stashed in my house than probably anyone else in the world.
