Ending An Era [Noah x Cam]

[Cameron]

Cameron had had enough of waiting around for Noah to come around, for Noah to decide to want him. He knew Noah had feelings for Misty and he was told by rumors around the castle that Noah was going to pursue her since her and Nibs had ended their relationship. The papers that Noah had told him not to sign were in his hand. The divorce papers. His heart ached as he took the pen and signed his name on them, a few tears falling as he did so. The ring on his finger meant that their love was now dead. Noah didn’t want him. Cameron sealed the envelope with the ring and papers inside before making his way to Noah’s room and knocking on the door. “Noah, can you please open up. We need to talk.”

[Noah]

“Yes Cameron?” He asked opening up the door. Noah was only visiting Grace and Liam seeing as he had never been a fan of the castle life anyway. He never stayed there. It’s not what him and Cameron promised each other and their whole life wasn’t going the way they had intentionally talked about. Their kids shouldn’t have been raised in here and they shouldn’t have had this life. Cameron has once promised him a normal life in their cove but a crown changed him and Noah wasn’t in love with the person he had become. He didn’t want to be with the person Cameron was.

[Cameron]

“I um...I went to the cove to see if you were there but you were never there when I came home. The kids were asking where you were and I didn’t know what to tell them. I know I have been in a lot of meetings recently but that was because I was trying to convince my brother to come home. I finally was able to convince him to come home. I gave him the throne, the kids get to move back to the cove. I know you have feelings for Misty and you don’t want to be with me anymore so..now you don’t have to.” He hands Noah the envelope.

“I signed the divorce papers like you wanted. I will be moving my stuff out of the castle. I found a nice cove to live in and I told the kids that they are free to come and visit whenever…” He could feel his body shaking before he gave Noah the papers. “Here. I don’t want to bother you anymore and you don’t have to see me either since I know you want her so...good luck. And goodbye Noah.” Cameron offered him a small smile before leaving.

Visiting Grace [Cam x Grace]

[Cameron]

Cameron had made the final touches and signed the official documents that signed the throne over to his brother’s family and since they had a newborn son, he knew that pressures of being King no longer were his or Liam’s. He went to find Noah but instead heard that Noah was dating Misty and he figured he would just tell Grace the news since Liam and Noah were nowhere to be found. “Grace, can you open the door please.”

[Grace]

The knocking on Grace’s door woke her up and she groaned as she woke up. She looked at what she was wearing and sighed as she realized she never changed out of her club clothes. She looked around the bed to see the bottles of alcohol and the pills scattered across the bed. She heard her dad’s voice and she got up slowly as her hangover was killing her, “One second.” She said changing out of her clothes and throwing the bottles away before hiding them in a secret locations. She put the pills with them but took some as she opened the door. “Hi dad.”

[Cameron]

Cameron could smell something off about Grace's room. The it reason he could tell was because his room smelled the same way. “You were drinking. I could smell it on you.” He frowned. “I came to tell you we are moving out of the castle. Your uncle has graciously agreed to take the throne so you have no reason to return to the castle. You can inform your brother because I can't find him or your mother anywhere. I got us a cove to live in, if you want to continue living with your mother you can but my place is open too.”

[Grace]

“I wasn’t drinking right now but okay.” She sighed running her hand through her hair. “Mhm great ripped from yet another thing. Cool I’ll get my stuff ready. It doesn’t really matter who I live with you both won’t pay any attention but I’ll decide later.” She said closing the door and hoping back on her bed.

[Cameron]

The male opened the door once more before walking inside. He used his powers to find the empty bottles and pills. “You know, you really shouldn't lie to your father. Just because your mother does, doesn't mean you should.” He responds. “You know you should have asked me which ones are the best, you have been drinking really shit brands.”

[Grace]

Grace groaned as she heard her father and she just shook her head. “Why can’t you be a parent? Why can’t you yell at me or get me help? Obviously I am going through something but if I’m not mom you don’t give a shit. You know what I don’t want to live with you or mom. I just will leave by myself.”

[Cameron]

Hearing her words, he raised his voice. “Grace Owens, do not speak to me like that. I am your father so treat me with some respect. I already found someone that you can see for counseling and I expect you to go. Just because I do not yell does not mean I don't care.”

[Grace]

“I am not going. You don’t care. You haven’t been around dad. I could have OD already. But it doesn’t matter in this family because all we do is leave each other.”

[Cameron]

“Your mother and I are divorcing. I haven't been around because of it. So stop saying I don't care. I care so much for you and your brother so I have had to keep you both in mind while doing what I needed to do. So please just stop.”

[Grace]

“You and mom are divorcing, not the family. Liam is never around and when he is he’s fucking someone. Mom never comes around and you are always sad. But if anyone if you stopped and looked I needed help. Nobody cares about anybody in this family. So stop lying.”

[Cameron]

The male walked over and slapped Grace. “You need to control your mouth young lady. Every time I came by you said you were fine. You are upset about your break up with Stiles I get that but that is nothing compared to what I have been going through so stop comparing the two Grace. Grow the fuck up if you need help you are an adult, get some help and take some responsibility. You wanted to be Queen? You need to stop acting like a child then.”

[Grace]

Grace felt the stinging sensation on her face and her eyes turned blue. “Fuck you.” She spat grabbing her phone and leaving Cameron in the castle by himself as she could feel her tears falling down her face.

Alone [Open]

Cameron had been feeling so alone lately, Noah was never around and he was starting to lose faith in them. He had heard rumors that Noah had confessed to Misty that he had feelings for her. Why were they married if Noah would just want everyone other than him? He couldn’t understand, he was always there for the other and tried to give Noah what he wanted. He was sitting on the rock by the lagoon and crying. What was he to do? He was sure he was losing the one person who he loved more than anything in the world and no matter how much he tried to fight for him, Noah wouldn’t want him. He was always going to be Noah’s back up plan even when Noah always came first in his life.

The pureblood was even too scared to make friends for fear that Noah might think that he wanted them instead of Noah and give him a reason to leave. During the day he had to put up such a front to make people think that he was okay. He was getting to his breaking point, he wasn’t sure how much longer he could go like this. Feeling all this hurt, sadness and depression. A few tears fell down his face as he recently started to drink to try to hide the pain. His heart felt like it had shattered in a million pieces. He was tired of fighting for someone who didn’t want him. He was tired of coming home to an empty bed at night. He was tired of being the only one to try to keep their love alive. The male was so conflicted and in pain and there was nothing he could do about it.

Visiting Grace [Cameron x Grace]

[Cameron]

Cameron had left Noah at the e camp with Misty since he didn’t want to stand there and listen to Noah telling Misty to leave her husband anymore. He went over and knocked on Grace’s door. “Grace sweetie, can I come in? I brought you some tea.” He responds while holding the cup of tea in his hands.

[Grace]

Grace was laying in bed when she heard her dad’s voice behind the door. “No, I’m fine. I just want to be alone.” She replied.

[Cameron]

“Nope you know that I am going to come in anyway and make sure that you are okay.” He responds while having one of the guards open the door and close it behind him. “I think that this might cheer you up. It’s your favorite.” He smiles before going over and setting it next to the bed.

[Grace]

“I said I’m fine and I’m not thirsty.” She replied turning around in her bed and pulling the covers up over her. “I just want to sleep.”

[Cameron]

“Come on Grace, I know that you aren’t fine. I can feel it. Talk to me please. Tell me how you are feeling. It always feels better once you talk it out with someone.”

[Grace]

“I don’t feel anything.” Grace said. “I took some medicine daddy so I’m very tired. We...I didn’t tell him to wear a condom so...dad please go.”

[Cameron]

“Grace your not...he didn’t...don’t tell me he…you weren’t at any point..” Cameron was rather at a loss of words. He wasn’t sure what to make of this and he knew that Noah would have his head if Stiles did end up getting her pregnant.

[Grace]

“No dad, I’m not pregnant. I just forgot in that moment to be more responsible but I’m fine, you can breathe.” She reassured him. “It was just incase.”

[Cameron]

Cameron let out a sigh a relief internally. “You didn’t love him or anything did you? I mean I know you two were rather close friends but I never knew that you had feelings for him or anything after the whole thing with your brother…”

[Grace]

“No I didn’t love him. I said I’m fine, I really rather not talk about it. I know what it meant now and I’m not confused. I don’t have any feelings for him and we aren’t friends.”

[Cameron]

Listening to her words, he wanted to try to help her but he wasn’t really sure what to say. He knew it would just take her some time to get over it all. “He won’t be the only boy in the world. Just because he hurts you doesn’t mean that everyone will, I just want you to keep that in mind okay princess? You will find your prince out there somewhere.”

[Grace]

“I don’t want a prince, just arrange a marriage for me before people find out that I am no longer pure. I don’t want love, I just want to do what I have to do.” She replied meaning it. “I will see you in the morning...I just want to sleep.”

[Cameron]

“No one has to know that you had sex Grace. You should find love much like I have with your mother. It will happen in due time don’t worry.” He responds. “It might be hard now but you are just like me, soon enough you will find someone.” He kisses her head.

[Grace]

She smiled so he would know she was okay before nodding, “Yeah I believe it. Goodnight dad.” She said watching him leave.

Parent Conference [Cameron x Noah x Misty]

[Noah]

Noah met with Misty at the level e camp and regardless of them being friends he was pissed. “Mind telling me why Stiles likes to take my kids virginities? I’m just curious is that a kink I haven’t heard of or is Stiles just a fucking douche bag because it seems like the latter.” [Misty] “Noah I don’t want to fight with you. I am sorry about that, I didn’t know that Stiles slept with both of your kids. I would have talked to him about it but he never brought it to my attention. You know I value that in all my kids, Hope decided it didn’t mean anything to her but TJ views it just like Grace and Liam do. I apologize for him.” She said. “But none of that would have happened if Liam wasn’t a total asshole and broke Stiles heart.” [Noah] “Why are you even fighting for Stiles he isn’t your son? He is Nibs and Sam’s and last time I checked they aren’t here. What Nibs send you because he doesn’t care?” He asked before looking at her hand. “Jesus you aren’t even wearing your ring why are you doing this? My problem isn’t with you and you know this. I love Hope and TJ. But Stiles I am done with. You and Nibs aren’t together so why are you here?” [Misty] She moved her hand and rolled her eyes. “Stiles is my son, regardless of if I am with Nibs or not. And yeah we are having some problems but that doesn’t mean I am going to hold that against my kids. Look regardless I am here for TJ and Grace, the two innocent people in this. I am worried about them.”

[Cameron]

Cameron had finished work early and went to pick up Noah from the level e camp. He saw her talking to Misty and grew concerned. “What is this about? What did Stiles do now?” He asks.

[Noah] “Stiles fucked our daughter and our son and now Grace has locked herself in her room and won’t come out because she’s heartbroken. Why is she heartbroken? Because Nibs and Sam’s kid said he loves Liam.” Noah said to Cameron before shaking his head. “Misty my problem isn’t with you and I’m not talking to you because I know you are pregnant and I am not going to stress you out. You aren’t Stiles actual parent, I am not going to yell out the way I want to yell at Nibs and Sam.”

[Misty]

“Okay fine you want to talk to Nibs or Sam I don’t care but my problem is with you. My son doesn’t deserve to come to me crying because your kid did exactly what you say you are mad at Stiles for. If he loved Stiles, he should have stayed with him or just left my family alone, but no he decided to date TJ. TJ feels the exact same way Grace probably does and if you get to yell at Nibs or Sam I get to yell at you two because it’s your job to raise your son to respect people’s feelings not shit on them. And don’t treat me like I am made out of glass, I am fine. The babies are fine, but I refuse to let your son abuse my children’s feelings.”

[Cameron]

Hearing Noah’s words, he was angered. “Stiles fucked Grace?” His eyes turned red. “She is a baby Misty! Liam never fucked TJ, he wouldn’t do something like that. He would court TJ first, our son doesn’t just sleep around with anyone he wants to. We both raised him better than that.” He took Noah’s hand to keep himself from wanting to say more.

[Noah] “I am sorry about TJ and yes I will talk to Liam about it I promise but again since you aren’t Stiles actual parent I can’t address the problems I want to. Just go, if you are done with Nibs then be done with him completely.”

[Misty]

Misty ran a hand through her hair as she nodded, “I know Cameron and I will speak to Stiles about that because I don’t approve, but as Noah seems to love pointing out he isn’t actually my child and I can’t force him or make him see things a way that he wasn’t raised. TJ and Hope are aware of how important sex is for a royal and I chose to let Sam and Nibs raise Stiles the way they wanted and I just helped.” She responded. “I...I am not done...I...this isn’t about me Noah. I am not Nibs and I’m not Sam but I can go to them and say whatever you need me to. So please stop bringing up my problems with my husband and focus on the task at hand.”

[Cameron]

Listening to Noah’s words, he was wondering why Noah chose to talk about Nibs and Misty’s relationship when there was their daughter’s dignity at hand. “You really want to talk to her now about Nibs? What about our daughter? She is crying her eyes out and I promised her we would return to help cheer her up.”

[Noah]

“Seeing as you didn’t even know our daughter was crying or what it was about I don’t understand how you could have possibly told her that? Also she’s not even letting people inside. She starts screaming and unless you are immune to that I don’t even know how you would have gotten close to her?” Noah said letting go of Cameron’s hand. “Do you know why I am bringing up your problems? Because Grace is a lot like you, innocent, believes in love, and just wants to be loved. I could understand her falling for Stiles, I mean you fell for Nibs so there has to be a good thing about Stiles. But hm I realize that I am very very wrong to think that. Do you know why? Because Stiles is nothing like Nibs, he is all Sam and Dylan. He is wanted to move on from one of our children because what? He was lonely? He felt abandoned? And now I am supposed to believe that you are leaving Nibs for what? Tell me Misty. Tell me there is some redeeming qualities about Stiles before I kill him. Tell me why you are leaving Stiles father.”

[Misty]

“I...I am not leaving him. I...oh for fuck sake Noah there isn’t anything wrong with Nibs it’s me okay? It’s me. I wanted to cheat on him. And I almost did because yes I, like Stiles, felt lonely and abandoned and I was looking for something to feel that void. I wanted to leave him. I wanted to divorce him and he wouldn’t let me, he never lets me walk away. That’s who Nibs is. I don’t know about Stiles okay, yeah maybe he is a lot like his mother but that’s not Nibs’ fault. He raises all his kids the same way and instills in them values I believe in as well. I am not wearing my ring because I don’t have it. I gave it to Nibs and maybe he will give it back when we fix our problems or maybe he won’t and I will be single. But as I’ve stated single or not, Stiles is still my child and I will have him speak to you and apologize to Grace but you need to have Liam apologize to TJ and then stay away from my family. I can’t punish Stiles, I will leave that to ‘his real parents’ but know this if Grace is like me, she will find her Nibs and he will care for her. He will take her broken heart and fix it so no one will ever be able to break it again. He will love her until Stiles is just a blimp on her timeline. He will show her what true love is. I promise.”

[Cameron]

He put his hand back at his side as he shook his head. “You mentioned she was heartbroken earlier that means she was crying. It’s not rocket science Noah. I promised her when she was little that we would be there to comfort her and instead you are here picking a fight about someone else’s husband. What the fucking hell Noah? Why does it matter what Nibs does? Why do you care so much about their marriage, let her handle that. It’s none of our business what her and Nibs do just as it’s none of her business what we do. Why can’t you just drop the whole her leaving Nibs, she isn’t going to leave him because they love each other. They have been through so much and here you are telling her to leave her husband. Stop focusing on Nibs and Misty’s marriage for once and focus on our daughter. She needs us and you arguing about Misty and Nibs’ marriage is not a priority nor should it be.” Cameron states while getting annoyed how much he had heard Noah going on about Misty and Nibs and about how Noah would treat her better than her husband. It made him feel like he was some placeholder and that if Misty ever did end it with Nibs that Noah would leave him for her.

His eyes flashed blue at the thought before putting his hands into his pockets. “I am going to go and check on our daughter because one of us needs to be there for her right now. If you want to continue to argue about her marriage just...I am done with this conversation.” He responds before stepping back and heading to the castle to check on Grace.

[Noah] Noah watched Cameron leave and sighed before looking at Misty, “This isn’t you. You don’t cheat. Look I will keep Liam away from both Stiles and TJ so long as you do the same. And I know you, if you were thinking of cheating it’s because you don’t want Nibs so...be honest it’s yourself. You didn’t forget your ring.

[Misty]

Misty looked down as she shook her head. “I never meant I forgot it. I know Nibs has it because I gave it to him but if you are asking if I asked for it back then no, I didn’t. I am not proud of what I did Noah and yeah I don’t know why I did it but I know I love Nibs and that’s what matters right?”

[Noah] “Did Finn love you? He cheated cause he felt alone and abandoned, do you think that’s love? Because you and I both know it’s not. You messed up but you need to do what you wished Finn did, just leave.”

[Misty]

“I...no it wasn’t love. So is that what I did? I made Nibs feel how I felt seeing Maya and Finn. Because if it is then yeah I will leave. It’s not love Noah. It’s not.” She replied as her eyes turned blue. “I don’t know what to do. I don’t. He wants to fight and I want him to be happy so I’m fighting, but you are telling me not to. What am I supposed to do?”

[Noah] “You know what to do, you just said it. He wants to fight not you. So leave. Look it’s not easy. The kids get sad, you get tempted to just jump back in it with them. But you figure it out. So leave him.” Noah said looking at her.

[Misty]

She listened to his words and she just nodded, “I will talk to him...I will figure it out.” She replied. “I’m going to go, I will tell Nibs what you said about Stiles and Liam and I will do what is best for me and no one will change my mind about it.”

Running into Liam and Hope [Cameron x Misty x Hope x Liam]

[Misty]

Misty laughed at his words, “Sure I don’t mind going with you.” She replied waiting to follow his lead out of the castle.

[Cameron]

Cameron nodded his head before leading them out of the castle. “So I only know where some stores are...I haven’t really been here in a long time so...please do lead the way.” He laughs nervously as they walk down one of the hallways.

[Liam]

Liam was standing in the hallway with Hope when he heard someone coming down the hallway and smelled that it was Misty and his father. He pushed Hope quickly against the wall putting his hand up on the wall in front of their lips as he moved his lips to her neck. “Sorry your mom is coming.” He said knowing she hit her head on the wall by accident as he moved his head to make it look like he was kissing her neck.

[Hope]

Hope groaned as she hit her head on the wall. “It’s okay just give me a warning next time.” She said before wrapping her fingers in his belt loops and pulling him closer to her. When she saw them coming closer she let out fake moans knowing she would get their attention.

[Misty]

“Well if you only know those stores then those must be Noah’s favorite right? We should just stick to those.” She replied walking beside him before seeing Hope and Liam together. She knew that they were doing this to get attention so she figured she would entertain them for a second. “Hope, Liam, do you two mind heading to a bedroom if you are going to do that?”

[Cameron]

“I don’t know...I just knew them from when I was younger actually…” To say that Cameron was thoroughly confused by what he saw and heard would be an understatement. “Hope and Liam? Since when did that happen? Well I mean I guess Noah would be happy to hear that Liam is finally over Stiles. Awe come on Misty let them have their fun, I know that you and Nibs used to do this in the hallways all the time. Or at least from what I have heard.” He teases hoping she didn’t take it personally.

[Liam] Hearing Misty’s words he pulled away from Hope and pretended to fix his pants. “Oh sorry Misty, I just got carried away you know.” He responds looking at Hope. “Dad what are you doing here?” He asked before Misty could respond to what he had said because he really didn’t want his dad to offend Misty by bringing up her personal sexual relationship with Nibs.

[Hope]

The hybrid moved her hair in front of her neck as she smiled at her mother. “Hi mom, hi Cameron.” She greeted. “Me and Liam are very recent, after we both were told we couldn’t be with the people we love we decided to just forget about our happiness and date each other so we can give the people what they want. Who cares if we are in a relationship that makes us both miserable right?”

[Misty]

“Right...anyway, just move out the hallway. I don’t need Stiles seeing you or your father. But if this is real like you say then I guess I can’t hide it from them anyway.” She responds.

[Cameron]

“I asked Misty for help with planning a surprise for your mother now that he is back..” Hearing Hope’s words, Cameron frowned, “What are you talking about?” He asks while looking at her. The siren then looks to Liam, “Wait what? I never said you couldn’t be with Stiles. Why would you do something that makes you unhappy? I thought I raised you better. Your happiness comes first always, you know this. Your mother might be mad about the whole Stiles thing but he will get over it. You should be happy, just as your mother and I were. You know...the whole not being able to be together because of the lineage thing...anyway, oh I took Noah to the doctor and you are going to have a baby brother! Isn’t that exciting?”

[Liam] “Yeah dad that’s great, I’m really happy for you two.” He replied smiling happy to his father happy again now that his mother was back. Pulling Hope towards him he just shrugged, “I don’t want to make mom mad just like Hope doesn’t want to make her mom mad. It’s real. What we have between us. I could kiss her if you want?”

[Hope]

“What?” She said to Liam before shaking her head, “I mean yeah he could but like what would that prove? It wouldn’t prove anything besides that we are dating and you should just take my word for it.” She said getting out of Liam’s hold. “Kissing would be dumb, so we don’t have to do that. At all.”

[Misty]

“Yes it would be dumb because you would die. Now nice try trying to fool us now if you will excuse us we have better things to do and a lot more to deal with. I’m quite disappointed in you Hope, you know better than to lie to me. I will deal with this later.”

[Cameron]

“You don’t have to worry about Noah, I can take care of him don’t worry. He can never say no to me anyway for certain reasons which shall not be named. You don’t have to appease us Liam just do whatever makes you happy.” Cameron reassures him before gesturing for the boy to come over. “Now come here, I haven’t seen you in a long time so give me a hug.”

[Liam] Liam rolled his eyes at his dads awkward timing before pulling Hope back and kissing her trying to make it believable. “There see she’s still alive now is that all? We wouldn’t lie about this now goodbye.” He said taking Hope’s hand and dragging her away.

[Hope]

Hope felt Liam’s lips on hers and just went along with it before he pulled away. She nodded and looked at her mom, “Yep...I feel fine. Not in pain at all. So see I don’t lie.” She said before waving goodbye to both of them and following after Liam.

[Misty]

Misty just shook her head. “You are just like your father.” She sighed. “Nibs wants you with Zach he’ll deal with this.” She replied. “Excuse me Cameron, I’m suddenly lost all interest in going out. The guards will show you where the waterfall is since it’s in our territory and my ladies will help with decorating. Excuse me.” She said turning around and heading to her office.

[Cameron]

The male was hurt when Liam didn’t hug him and he pouted. “Ah fine you two do whatever. Wait you are leaving me with random people. Oh boy...I don’t do well with random people. Mis-” Watching as she turned around and left, Cameron was just awkwardly standing there and just waved at the guards. “Hi….uh..”

Planning A Surprise [Cameron x Misty]

[Cameron]

Cameron had been wondering what to plan for Noah when he got back. He wanted to do something so that it would remind Noah how much he missed him and how happy he was that he was back home. Also with a mix of what they might expect with the new one on the way.

Going over to the castle in Atlantica, Cameron knocked on the door to Misty’s room figuring that she would hopefully be there. “Misty, it’s me Cameron, I uh..are you here?” He calls out, not really knowing what to say.

[Misty]

Misty was in the process of leaving her room when she saw Cameron standing outside and smiled. “Oh hi Cameron. Is there something you need? Nibs is in his office if you are looking for him.” She said assuming he was there for royal business.

[Cameron]

Cameron shook his head, “Actually I was looking for you. Noah finally came back from wherever the hell he disappeared to. He can’t seem to remember but before he left he wasn’t pregnant or at least he never told me it was and when he came back, well, we are going to be having another baby boy which is exciting but also terrifying.” The male knew he was rambling so he tried to stop himself and get to the point. “Anyway, I was wondering if you could help me figure out something that I can do for him to surprise him or like something special or romantic that Noah might really like.”

[Misty]

“Of course, I really like planning things for Nibs and I mean we have balls here every night that I have to plan so you came to the right person.” She smiled. “So what are some of Noah’s favorite things? Does he like small intimate settings or is he into more crowded lively places?” She asked.

[Cameron]

“Oh he loves the small intimate settings. I know he loves to be one on one with people. He also really loves our seal pup Coah, I don’t know if you met him but I got him as a present for Noah when we first started dating.” He responds with a smile.

[Misty]

“Yeah Noah’s brought him over to the sanctuary a couple of times...you know there’s this place not to far from here where you walk through these beautiful trees and there’s a private waterfall. I’m sure if you decorated the place up and went there Noah would love it. You could put all his favorite things there and have a beautiful dinner. It would be amazing.”

[Cameron]

“Ooo that sounds like a good idea. I think I will do that. Would you want to help me set it up then?” He asks knowing that he should take more time to get to know more people. “But if you are busy I don’t want to keep you from that though either.” He explains while nervously letting his hand rub the back of his neck.

[Misty]

“I don’t see why I couldn’t. I will just push some stuff around and then I will be able to help you.” She replied looking at him and giving him a reassuring smile.

[Cameron]

“Okay are you sure? I don’t want to be an inconvenience or put you behind or anything like that since I know things have been rather busy since...well..also I am sorry to hear about what happened. I would have come sooner but I was trying to figure out where Noah was...I am sorry to hear about it though. I can’t imagine what it must have felt like, no parent should have to go through that.”

[Misty]

“Oh um...yeah I don’t really like talking about it but thank you.” She said shifting uncomfortably before shaking her head and putting a smile on her face. “Anyway no you aren’t causing any inconvenience I would love to help.”

[Cameron]

“Really? Okay cool, can you show me where you are talking about then? Or should we get decorations and things? I know that his favorite color is blue, he loves mac and cheese and he also really loves to draw. But I however can not draw for my life.”

[Misty]

“Well I’ll let you gather everything and then I can show you where it is and then take you to the waterfall.” She replied.

[Cameron]

“Did you want to come to the store with me? I know you and Noah are like best friends so I know you probably know more about what he might like then I do...I don’t know, I could be wrong. But still, I think the company would be nice too. If you want to that is, I don’t really get out much so I don’t really know where most things are, I barely know how to use a phone too. I feel like I sound like some kind of grandpa.”

Finding Noah [Cameron x Noah]

[Cameron]

Cameron had a map up on the board in front of him as he had been trying to figure out where Noah was on the island. He marked off all the places he checked already. “Come on Noah where are you?”

[Noah] Noah walked into his home and smiled softly as the baby kicked upon hearing Cam’s words. “What do you mean Cam? I’m right here?” He asked seeing his husband before looking around their room. “What is all this? Why do you have a map?”

[Cameron]

Hearing Noah’s voice, Cameron turned around. “Noah? Noah! Oh my god where have you been?” He runs over with tears in his eyes. “Noah you have been gone for months. I thought you left me. Where have you been?”

[Noah] “What are you talking about? I went out for a stroll?” The boy asked pulling away from the hug. “I told you I would be back. You know the pregnant ones are supposed to have a pregnancy brain not you.” He laughed kissing the boy’s cheek.

[Cameron]

Cameron shook his head. “No, Noah. I have been keeping track.” He explains while showing Noah the calendar of the dates he was gone.

[Noah] “What?” He looked at the calendar and just handed it back to Cam. “Cam I don’t know what you are talking about but I’ve been here this whole time. Maybe your sick? I have been here all this time. Now I need to make dinner for our family so we can talk later.”

[Cameron]

“Noah, what do you mean? And why would you disappear on me before telling me that we are going to have a baby? You disappear and then come back as if you are going to have the baby any second now. I wasn’t able to be there to see all the doctor visits and look at the cute pictures of the baby as it was developing in you...I missed everything.”

[Noah] “Cam I seriously don’t understand what you are talking about. I don’t remember going anywhere and yeah I don’t remember the last couple of months but like...if I wasn’t here where would I be? I can’t even remember going to the doctor myself....Cameron what is going on?”

[Cameron]

“I don’t know what is going on but when you left you definitely weren’t about to pop out a child in a matter of days. We should take you to the doctor to make sure that everything is okay. Maybe there was some weird magic involved or memory loss or something. I have been frantically searching the island for you.” He explains while taking the other’s hands in his own.

[Noah] “Well you aren’t surprised I’m having a baby so I must have come back home and told you and you just don’t remember. I probably hit my head or something on my walk but there’s no way I’ve been gone for months and just don’t remember anything.”

[Cameron]

“Well no I am not but that was because we were talking about having another baby so I figure that it my kid unless you met up with Jack and fucked him again which I really hope isn’t the case. You can even ask Liam and Grace. They haven’t seen you in months either. I just...I have been so worried about you.” His eyes tear up as he hugged Noah from behind.

[Noah]

“We were broken up when I did that Cameron you can’t throw that in my face when I told you I wanted a divorce.” He replied before feeling the other wrapping his arms around him. He returned the favor as he did the same, “I’m sorry to have worried you...I don’t understand what’s happening but now I’m home and that’s all that matters.”

[Cameron]

“I don’t mean to throw it in your face I meant it as well I don’t know but I meant it more as a fact that happened in the past is all. Do you know what we are going to have? Have you been to the doctor office yet? We should go there just to make sure that the baby and you are okay. Don’t scare me like that though, I thought I lost you and you know how I can get when I am without you.” He nuzzled his face against the crook of the other’s neck as he inhaled the male’s scent and it helped to calm his thoughts.

[Noah] “Yeah I guess we should go to the doctor. I know but you had our children to look after. How are they? I can’t believe I missed so much of their lives. I should go find them.” He said pulling away from Cameron as he looked at the other. “I know you were saying it I was just...that was a different time Cam. When we weren’t together. Our family wasn’t together and things weren’t looking so good for us. I rather not relive those feelings. Because it could always happen again and I’m just trying to make sure we don’t go back to that.”

[Cameron]

Cameron nods his head as he hears Noah’s words, “I know it was, I don’t ever want to relive that time either. Liam has been going through lessons to be King. He had been taking care of Grace when I was out looking for you but I did make sure to come back and take care of them both. I know that Liam was stressed when he found out you left. Apparently he has a boyfriend or did, I don’t know what is going on with him, it’s very confusing. Let’s go to the doctor first so that you can get a clean bill of health then we can go and find the kids.” Cameron offers up.

[Noah] “He has a boyfriend? Who? Please tell me he got over Sam’s kid because I truly can’t handle that relationship at all. I thought maybe I could look towards the Nibs and Misty side of him since they are his parents as well but he is purely Sam and it infuriates me.” He said before nodding. “Okay yeah that seems like a good idea.”

[Cameron]

“I don’t know you would have to talk to him, it has been a few months though Noah so you never know. Maybe the kid has changed. I know that Misty and Nibs took Stiles in to live at the castle and he has been helping to train some of the shifters and sirens there.” He explains before taking Noah’s hand and leading him to the doctors.

[Noah]

“Unless Sam is magically not his mother then he hasn’t changed. I truly hate Sam.” Noah stated following Cam out. “Which doctor are we going to see?”

[Cameron]

“Just because you hate Sam doesn’t mean you should hate his kid. Just because you hate Nibs doesn’t mean you hate his kids. Stiles has been training a lot at the castle from what I heard, mostly to get over the fact that Liam had left him in the dark because we were so busy trying to find you.” Cameron explains before knocking on the door once they arrived at the office. “Same doctor that we went to for when we had Grace.”

[Noah]

“Hm no, see I find redeeming qualities in Nibs kids because they also have a bit of Misty in them. With Sam’s kids, the person that attacked while I was pregnant and led Dylan to go on a downhill spiral I see nothing redeeming about that.” He replied sitting on the bed in the office and waiting for the doctor.

[Cameron]

“That still seems like more of an issue with Sam rather than Stiles but okay.” He then sees the doctor come into the office. Cameron greets them before explaining the situation. The doctor then continues to want to run a full and thorough investigation of the baby and of Noah to make sure that both are healthy. “Did we want to know if we are having a girl or boy?” The male asks while looking at Noah.

[Noah]

“Of course you think that. That when our son comes to us because his “boyfriend” or whatever he is continuously makes him feel like shit because they aren’t together then that’s on you.” He replied before letting the doctor do what they needed to. “Sure.” He nods.

[Cameron]

“Stiles hasn't seen Liam ever since Liam broke it off a while ago. I like to think there is a part of him that is more like Nibs which is more understanding of everything.” Cameron wasn't sure what gender he was hoping for so when the doctor asked he didn't know what to say. “uh..I don't know, did you have a preference Noah? I am perfectly fine with either one so long as they are happy and healthy.”

[Noah]

“I guess. But Liam would be with him if he truly wanted. Liam has always been a good kid, if he wanted Stiles, he would be with him.” He replied before shaking his head. “I’m fine with either as well. Either one will make me happy.”

[Cameron]

“Not with the weight of the kingdom on his shoulders. I know what it is like with the whole pressures of being king and all. I hope he understands that I rather him choose someone he loves instead of forcing him into a loveless marriage.” He responds with a sigh before listening to the doctor. “A baby boy? We are going to have a baby boy?” Cameron was beyond the moon when he was told that they were going to have a baby boy. “Liam and Grace get a baby brother.”

[Noah]

“As would I but Liam is a fragile kid, if he doesn’t feel comfortable he will push it away. And there’s a lot about shifters I’m sure he has no full idea of what it means and just like talking to strangers freaks you out, I’m sure that freaks him out.” He heard the doctor’s words and smiled softly as he nodded. “We’re having a boy.”

[Cameron]

“That is very true, I don’t like to be around anyone that I am not familiar with. We should educate him on what shifters are and stuff though shouldn’t we? I thought he was supposed to learn about all that in school so he could be prepared for all this?”

[Noah]

“Why would we do that? He is king of mermaids and sirens. We aren’t Atlantica, we don’t have a king that’s half shifter. Liam doesn’t have to learn about something that doesn’t affect him whatsoever.”

[Cameron]

“We will probably have an alliance with them I would assume so that means that we would need to learn about them in order to have that with them.” Cameron responds while looking at the other.

[Noah]

Noah hadn’t been on a date in a long time, let alone a first date. He wasn’t so much as nervous because of who he was going out with, it was just the thought of it all. When he was with Cameron they didn’t have to do the whole impressing each other thing, Noah could be himself, but first dates were about getting a second one. Which required impressing someone. He got dressed and smoothed out his newly dyed blonde hair before heading out of his room.

[Cameron]

Cameron notices Noah walking out of the room at the castle all dressed up and he goes over to the other. “What do you think you are doing? You aren't going anywhere.” He growls while pinning Noah to the wall. “I never signed those papers, you are still mine whether you like it or not. Til death do us part. If you want to go out, you have to kill me first.”

[Noah]

He hadn’t even noticed Cameron walk up to him so when he was pushed against the wall he was taken by surprise. “Cameron get off me. I’m not yours and you aren’t mine.” He said removing Cameron’s hands before stepping away from the wall. “You’re being ridiculous, I’m not killing you. Would you keep your voice down before the kids come out? It took forever to get Grace to go to sleep.”

[Cameron]

Cameron took the others arm and held him in place, “You are mine, we are not legally divorced. So if you want to go out, you need to kill me first because there is no way in hell I am letting you go out with someone else, much less someone who murders and tortures people like us. I love you and I am not going to stand by and not do anything about it. He will hurt you and I am not letting that happen. You are my husband and I am not losing you. Tell me what you want, I will do anything. Please…” Cameron pleads while looking into the others eyes for some sort of recognition that this is his Noah.

[Noah]

“I’m not a fucking child Cameron and you aren’t my dad. I can do whatever I want to do because I don’t belong to you.” Noah said before fixing himself and looking at Cameron. “I want you to make sure that the kids stay in bed. I will be back before they wake up, I think we’re just eating or whatever so it shouldn’t be too long. Don’t you have future wives to meet or get ready for? Just let me leave without this becoming a big thing for no reason.”

[Cameron]

Cameron shook his head, “No, Nibs found Zephyr’s son. He takes the throne tomorrow, I will no longer be King. I never wanted to be King, I only ever wanted you. With Zephyr’s son on the throne the promise that was made with the Crystal Mother will stay valid. Our people aren't going to die anymore. I can be with you the way it should be.” The siren responds while looking at Noah to see what Noah would think about it all.

[Noah]

“That’s great I guess.” Noah replied before smoothing our his hair once again. “I’ll see you later Cameron, I have to go. We can talk about this when you tell the kids.” He said before turning to walk away.

[Cameron]

Cameron takes Noah’s hand once more. “Wait, I don't understand. You wanted the divorce because I was going to have to marry someone else...I don't have to do that anymore. I am here for you and the kids who have my full attention. You wanted more attention and for me be there for you and that's what I am doing so why are you leaving? What do you want from me? What am I missing? What am I doing wrong?” Cameron's eyes flashed blue in distress.

[Noah]

“Cameron just stop, I wanted the divorce because not once have you actually asked me what I want. You only knew that’s how I felt because I told you once I asked for the divorce. You never just randomly asked. Do you know how hurtful it was to hear you talk about having another kid with someone when you said you didn’t want anymore kids? You don’t want anymore with me but you want them with some random pureblood? We don’t love each other like we did when we first got together or got married. We’re dull, I’m about to go on a date and I can’t remember our last date. Be here for the kids, but leave me alone.” He said removing his hand from Cameron’s. “We aren’t Coah anymore so just...get used to it.” He said before heading towards the exit of the castle.

[Cameron]

“No, wait. I told you I never wanted another kid with the pureblood. It was something that was being required and even though we were talking about it, they were just ideas. I don't want to have kids with anyone but you. I want us to have more kids but I wanted to wait a bit. I grew up with so many siblings, we were born so close to each other my parents never had enough time for each of us. If we space it out it would allow us more time with each of our kids. Fuck Noah, I want us to have a huge family but I don't want them to feel neglected. I was going to ask you on a date when you got back, I had a whole surprise planned for you but when I wanted to say something you started to talk about a divorce. I still love you as I did when we were married, if you don't feel that love then that is my mistake. I should have done better and tried harder. But I still love you so much please give me another chance. I will do anything. There isn't anything stopping us from rekindling what you think we lost except this damn date with the siren murderer. Don't go, please, our kids need their mother alive, not dead.”

[Noah]

Noah just sighed as he ran his hand through his hair. “Cameron maybe I liked being wooed. Maybe I like the spontaneity. If you really wanted me back you would have asked me on a date or something. You would have came to me and said let’s start fresh. Let me make you fall in love with me again. All that you are saying, I wanted to hear this so long ago. And you wait until I’m damn near out the door to tell me? I can’t Cameron...I can’t keep waiting for when you want to talk. I’m done...just let me be done.”

[Cameron]

“No, I wanted to start fresh and you tried to fucking venomize me so don't say this is so late. I wanted a fresh start when I went and found you in the bar. You are pushing me away and not giving me a chance to woo you. I am taking you on the date I had planned for us when you started to tell me about the divorce when you get back so don't tire yourself out when with Jack. I am not letting you give up because you told me not to when we first fought and I let you walk away. I am not letting you do that. You want me to woo you I will do that, we can start fresh when you get back but until then.” Cameron pulls Noah closer to him and kisses him passionately, and slowly so that Noah could feel the love he had for the other in the kiss. After a few seconds, he pulled back, “I love you Noah. Please stay.”

[Noah]

Noah felt Cam’s lips on his and his body instinctively responded by kissing him back. Hearing his words Noah just pulled away from Cameron, “I’m not your husband anymore Cameron. I’m just not.” He said looking at the ground and walking around Cameron back to his room.

[Cameron]

“You are still my husband so stop saying you aren't damn it. You want me to do all these things for you yet you never gave me the chance. You left without letting me surprise you with the trip I promised you before you left. You came back, I told you about it and next thing I know you are talking about a divorce. I don't understand you at all. All these problems you are listing...we addressed all of them. I came to you asking for a fresh start. You never replied to me. You tried to venomize me that was your answer. You think it's okay to venomize me yet if I were to do that to you, you would hate me forever. I can only do so much to show you I want you. I have done everything. I asked you out after you tried to venomize me and you never replied. You give up so easily, if you wanted us to do more why didn't you say So? You know I would have done it for you, I can't read your mind Noah. What really changed? Why don't you want to fight for us anymore?” He stops the other from leaving.

[Noah]

“Cameron I was having a really good night and I don’t want to talk about any of this actually. Like at all. I am going to go grab my stuff and then I’m going out.“ Noah said looking at him. “Now go back to bed and just drop all of this. Please.”

[Cameron]

Cameron frowns at Noah’s words. “I am not giving up. I don’t care what it takes, I will have you back.”
