Hello!
I'm assuming you're a convert to Orthodoxy. If so, how did you find it and why did you convert to it.
Asking as an Orthodox catechumen.
My father received his bachelor's in Christian Studies with an Emphasis in Phylosophy. He's taught me many things throughout my life. Religion stood out the most.
Theology is a complex subject, and it's never ending. You can never learn it all because the title would lose its meaning. Through my dad's influence, I began to study on my own and after much time it's what made the most sense. It's what I see as the "truth."
I know that was long winded to explain something that could be answered in a much simpler way, but unfortunately my way of thinking isn't that simple!

She fixes her home, instead of her man.
She gives thanks, instead of orders.
She uses her voice for kindness, instead of evil.
She makes a warm dinner, instead of trouble.
She puts up flowers, instead of her guard.
She opens her heart, instead of an act.

The myth of gender equality has killed chivalry
Women aren’t inferior to men, but they aren’t equal either. Equality as it’s defined in sociology is a myth, a social construct that is flawed and biased. (As a legal construct, it’s perfectly sensible.)
However, men and women are so different they can’t be compared and superiority is subjective. For example, one person can be better at a particular skill than another and that other person could be better at a different skill.
Men and women weren’t made to be compared to each other or compete with each other. We compliment each other perfectly and if you treat women like men and vice versa, they won’t like it. The Lord knows, I hate being treated like a man, a boy, “one of the bros”.
I’m not one of the bros, I am a lady and I deserve to be treated as such: With respect, dignity, and chivalry. It’s so sad that the myth of gender equality has killed chivalry.

I found this template online a few months ago. It comes in handy when you don’t know where to start. So far my house is spotless and I’m not stressing out.

"In the fall of mankind, something ghastly happened. The image of God was severely tarnished. Our ability to mirror His holiness has greatly affected so that now the mirror is fogged.
The fall, however, did not destroy our humanity. Though our ability to reflect God's holiness was lost in the fall, we are still human. We have a mind, a heart, and a will. We still bear the mark of our Creator upon ourselves. The restoration of the fullness of the image of God in human beings is accomplished by Christ. He is, as the author of Hebrews declares, "the brightness of His glory and the express image of His person"

The suicide rate among men is 17.6 per 100,000, women being 4.7 per 100,000. Yet, women are twice as likely to be depressed. These contrasting statistics could either be put down to the fact that men are far more violent in the way the attempt to take their own lives or that men's mental health is looked down upon so they don't strive to get diagnosed with anything. Either reasoning is so disturbing. We need to show men love, as much as men are our protectors and providers, we still need to take care of them as much as they do for us. Men's mental health matters, they are strong for us but as a wife or partner you need to tap into his tender, sensitive side and cater to that too.
