neville’s grandmother definitely sends him care packages every month, and he gets so excited when he sees her owl flying towards the gryffindor table. she sends things like sweets, spare quills ( his keep being stolen disappearing ) and items he might have forgotten while packing. he always sends her a letter in return that talks about his time, his friends and what he’s excited / disappointed about.
