dear 2023,

You have taught me a lot. Like, every year does,...this year I've to learn a few things the hard way. The most important thing I've learnt it to put myself first. To not compromise anything at all with what I want. I don't care if I can't handle things alone, or if I will be a mess at it, but atleast I'll be satisfied knowing I've done it all myself. Independence sounds dangerous but that's the only thing we all truly deserve? right? to be who you are is not a privelege, it's a right. I want to start the new year with fresh beginnings of my mind, of my creativity, my own passion for things and i want to make most of everything!! I will not let people take advantage of me anymore..I'll not waste my energy for people who don't reciprocate my feelings. I will live for myself, by myself. Thankyou God for being so king, highly grateful and obliged.🌼
