I feel like such a pig. I'm 90kg and i just want to be skinny. I'm trying my best to fast and restrict eating but it's really hard when living with my parents also i dont want them to see me workout and i can only go to the gym on weekdays... I've never tried purging and i cant really do it often since my parents will hear everything due to our small and quiet house. Any tips from more experienced restricters or other Ê#D folks?
