Day 9 out of 250:
Wohoo! Made a significant loss. It’s probably an influx, but I’ll take it for today. Goes to show that changing your diet is also beneficial for your health as well. Also, I weighed myself when I woke up so that could have been my weight range all along. Will see what research says.

Day 8 out of 250:
Late start because I hiked around 3.5 miles. Change in workout I know, but I love to hike and it was good to be out in nature. Also, I started my Cinderella Solutions diet and I will post below what I ate. I will admit that I didn’t follow everything to a tee, but the basics are there. Also, I had an inaccurate read today so I am going to keep my current weight from yesterday. So, still static, but still hopeful (current mood).
Food Log:
B: 1 egg white, 1 whole egg, 3 slices of bacon, and coffee my way.
L: 3 slices of chicken breast, some kale, 1 Chobani Greek yogurt.

Day 7 out of 250:
Influxes just flat out suck. They are confusing and frustrating. It’s hard to figure out where I stand and what my progress is. Hopefully, next week there will be more consistent weight changes as I get my Cinderella Solutions diet program going. I really like this program because I don’t know what food is considered what and how much I am suppose to eat and when. This program explains it and makes sense to me. Let’s see how next week goes!

Day 6 out of 250:
Late start I know, but I had issues with the scale were it said I gained 3-6 pounds in one day. That is not possible scientifically so.... my scale needs a day off. Lol! I am going to use the current weight from yesterday as today’s. I also will try to workout today even though it is raining.

Day 5 out of 250:
Starting early today because I need to get my creativity on. For those who don’t believe the power of water you need too. I know I keep doubting it but honestly it works. I am trying to drink 120 ounces a day because I was told that you need to drink half your weight in water in order to meet with the amount of water you need in a day. Even though I need to pee every 20 minutes however it does work! I feel better, and have more energy.
Yes, I feel stupid for not believing it because hello?!? water has been around for over a thousand years and it’s what we need to survive. Lol! So, go drink water and if you can’t stand plain water I recommend flavored and sparkling. I know that there is a view that those don’t count but it what works for me, or curbs my cravings and snacking, and I feel good.

Day 4 out of 250:
According to MPC (My Peak Challenge) it’s #plankwednesday. So, I did some planks that added up to about a minute and half. I could have gone further but the carpet started to move and the camera was falling.
This is my first time posting something like this and as you can tell by my shirt I am clueless when it comes to this. So, if I did something wrong you can call me out on it.
I will finish this workout and add it below, but I wanted to share before I chicken out.

Day 3 out of 250:
Cravings! Why does one willpower become so weak when they appear. There are moments when you can fight them, but then there are times where you have a little voice telling you that you need it inorder to feel complete for the day. Trying to ignore that voice is hard, but I keep trying my best to fight the urge.

Day 2 out of 250:
When waking up every morning do you wish you lost 10-20 pounds magically overnight? I do sometimes because you feel like you are doing everything right but the scale tells you “NO”. That is why there are times I choose to ignore the scale because even though I haven’t lost pounds I have gain muscle definition and my stretch marks are not as noticeable.
So, I am going to not be scale obsessed and continue getting fit and stronger.

Day 1 out of 250:
Have you ever looked at yourself in the mirror and say “where did this come from?”. That is how I am currently feeling today. How, is it that I was 170 in 2017 and now I am 241. What happened in those 3 years? Well, there was depression, stress, and unhappiness during those years and I have to admit that I turn to food for emotional support. Also, I believe that I have an endomorph body because for some reason my body is storing fat cells for energy. What energy? I don’t know.
What I do know is that I am ready for a change. My family is concerned and now I am starting to get concerned because my health is at stake. Will I get to my goal of looking good for my 10 year high school reunion? Who knows. But I am ready to be healthy, fit, and happy. Which is what matters to me most.
So, let’s get this weight loss started!

Two for the price of one. 
Blake Lively is starting to become one of my favorite actresses because she is very down to earth, is really good at her job, and is very fashionable. She always dresses elegantly, but with a slight edge. Which, is the same way I dress because I always want to remain elegant, but still have a slight edge to add interest or for a person to take notice. 
I am also starting to like Mario Testino’s photography. What I like the most about his work is the way he captures a person in their natural state. Showing who they truly are as a person. Not only is that the kind of pictures I like to take, but it's also how I want to be captured in a photo. I have spent most of my life trying to be something that I am not, and that is not how I want to live anymore. I want people to know who I truly am and what I am about.
