“Kagome is such a damsel in distress” actually she’s a normal 15 year old girl who is honestly doing GREAT. I’m on vol 3 rn and she is actually doing fantastic?

Despite never picking up a bow before she figured out how to make her shot land on the bird demon (tho, yes, unintended consequences), she was the one who figured out yura of the hair and killed her, she managed to save inuyasha from Sess’s illusions, she drove out the frog demon by using HAIRSPRAY to make a mini flamethrower, and she just figured out a clever way to stop the thunder brothers from murdering her
