Got taught on how to change it and clean it. It's still swollen from surgery. But it really has no nerve endings and doesn't have any feeling when cleaning. New bag, it's clean, makes funny noises lol. 2 days after surgery and it's working, making noises which are apparently farts. I know it's gross looking but this is really good progress which means now to soft foods and faster recovery. Tomorrow I learn how to take care of it with a stoma nurse. In six weeks 2nd surgery, loose weight and walk everyday and I'll be ready for it. My surgery.

Dr. said surgery was successful, still a lot of pain, but I should spend a week or few days here at the hospital then I’ll be ready to go home can’t wait to get back to my life of martial arts friends and family! In three weeks I can have pizza and I think walking is the only exercise but it’s better then nothing. #nocolonnoproblems
