Persona doll is a kind of doll very important for children. It is ideal for classrooms in Kindergarten. This allows the children to role play, experiment with, and act out real life incidents that they experience. We can use persona dolls in order to lead our children to gain empathy. Persona dolls have different purpose. They play an important anti-bias in school role and they offer power to children who feel bad in school.

                                           Three phases of Project :

    1) Dialogue and listening technique which we call it in                                              Preschool Education as Mosaic.

     2)  A word salad (symbolic game) which offered to                                                    children and me brain storming. Ordered the children                                             idea and negotiated. We made a flowchart with the                                               basic idea ‘’dolls’’. This flowchart will show us the                                                   path of action we perform each time based on our                                                 diagram 

  3)  End Product: Puppet Theatre and exhibition of crafts                                            that children made with their imagination and                                                          creativity.
