Friday night run 🏃 10miles in 1hour 16mins trying to keep quite a fast pace (7:40min/mile) !! It was either a long run tonight or a park run!.. My proposed new diet (updated)! As someone pointed out I missed out meal 4!.. Starting tomorrow with my training again after the 10km yesterday!! Depending on time & what training is on that day etc I'll try & get an extra small meal in!.. 🔷 Thought I'd post my next progress picture.. I've definitely tightened up & finding things pretty easy & maintainable diet and training wise.. I've been doing regular resistance sessions 3/4 times per week abs & core 4 days, swimming 🏊 30-60mins 4/5days a week running 🏃 2-3 days & cycling 🚵 2 days at least! I've done a marathon in 3hrs 29mins, I've done the park run twice sub 19mins I have the Manchester 10km coming this weekend, a half marathon next month & another in October!.. On the whole happy with my progress‼️ 4months!
