It’s time to get kinky! Welcome to Criminal Minds Kink Bingo 2024.

The goal of a bingo challenge is to get a bingo on your card, either by crossing out one line, two lines, or a blackout (full card) by creating fanworks for the prompts randomly provided on the card.

This could be a written piece of a minimum 500 words, a piece of finished art, or another kind of fanwork of your choosing.

Please note that this challenge and blog is for people 18+ only.

Timelines/Deadlines

Until sign ups open, we are accepting kink nominations to be included as options via our ask box. We have a list already, but we will add to it if something is missing.

Sign ups start on May 1st 2024 and will be open until May 15th.

Individual cards will be issued by May 22nd, and the event officially starts on May 26th (you can start creating as soon as you receive your bingo card).

As soon as the event starts on May 26th, you can post fanworks whenever they’re created, in whatever place you prefer. You can tag your fills, bingo updates or WIPs with #cmkinkbingo2024 on tumblr. We also have a collection on AO3 for your works here.

You have until June 23rd 2024 to complete your bingos!

How Bingo Works

Lines can be made by crossing out squares in any direction - horizontal, vertical, or diagonal. To cross out a square, use the prompt on it to create and post a fanwork.

You will choose from a large list of potential prompts, marking the ones you would be happy to have generated on a 5x5 square bingo card. This will also allow you to exclude prompts you would not be happy to have to create for. 

While that does mean you could create the perfect bingo card, we encourage you to select upwards of 25 prompts, to allow for some randomness in the challenge.

Every card will have a free space in the middle, where you have the option to choose a prompt yourself. 

You can request additional bingo cards if you complete a line, 2 lines or a full house and want to try for a second win!

Rules/Guidelines

No plagiarism, art theft or AI generated content will be tolerated in works for this challenge. Participants/works will be excluded at our discretion in these circumstances.

You can post your fanworks wherever you prefer.

Just like kinks are not always sexual, works do not have to be explicit to be entered. As long as it relates to the prompt, SFW content is entirely allowed. 

Some of the kinks utilized in this challenge will fall under “real world” kinks, and others under things considered a kink in the context of fanwork creation.

You are responsible for how much you stick to the spirit of the challenge - ultimately this is meant to be fun, and to spur people to be creative, and create content for a fandom we love!

Safety/Your Kink Is Not My Kink

Some of the kinks listed may indicate extreme, upsetting, triggering content, or content you personally find immoral, or that “squicks” you. You are ultimately responsible for the content you consume - if something is not for you, scroll past and/or use the necessary blocking/muting features to exclude this content from your feed.

Please make sure to tag and rate all works appropriately for their content, such as using Archive of Our Own’s warning, rating and tag system, or tumblr’s ‘read more’ function.

hey! i saw you’re looking for requests and boy do i have so many but most of them have to do with Peeta lol. so maybe something where it’s like Peeta and reader sneaking out to look at stars together while they’re best friends and maybe in a modern au? hope this’ll inspire you! :)

Summary: Peeta sneaks you out of your University dorm to lie on the roof and watch the stars with him.

I haven't actually written for Peeta before as far as I can remember but I loved writing this, I would love some more Peeta requests if anyone has any!

Peeta and yourself had been close friends since childhood. You lived in a small village which meant you’d gone to the same school together, becoming fast friends in the playground after you’d defended Peeta against some of the meaner children in the school. From that day when you were both 5 years old, you’d been almost inseparable. You’d gone to the same high school together and spent almost all your waking moments together, helping each other with homework, calling on each other at 2am when partners had broken up with you, finding the desperate comfort needed between each other's embrace. You’d both hated each other and healed through each other. 

So when the two of you went to different Universities, it was a definite adjustment, Peeta had moved to another state, going to study business in the hopes to open his own bakery, a dream he’d shared with you years ago - whilst you’d managed to get into the University close to your childhood home, moving into the dorms to have some independence from your parents, but still going home to see them as much as you could. Peeta and you both struggled for a while with the newfound distance between yourselves, it was weird not having the person you’d spent so much of your life with around you anymore, knowing that you could no longer just go round to Peeta’s house whenever you needed his comfort, knowing that you now could simply just facetime each other and that was as close as the two of you would get to each other during term times. It was an adjustment, but one that both of you eventually got used to. 

You weren’t expecting to see Peeta again until the spring break, one month from now, so when you heard the tapping on your window late at night on a Wednesday night, you were confused to say the least when you opened the window to see Peeta standing below, throwing rocks up at the window, “What are you doing here?” you asked, a fond smile plastered on your face at the sight of your best friend. 

“I wanted to see you.” Peeta spoke, being as quiet as he could be whilst still needing to be heard by you, “Go up to the roof.” he spoke again, a mischievous glint in his eyes that you could see from here, 

“I can’t, curfew was 2 hours ago, if I get caught out of dorm security might kill me.” you joked, knowing that no matter when curfew was, you’d always sneak up to the roof to be with him again. 

“Go to the roof.” he repeated again, grinning up at you as he walked away to climb the fire escape up to the roof. 

Shaking your head, you closed your window, putting a hoodie on to shield yourself from the chilly spring night before quietly sneaking out of your room, climbing up the few flights of stairs up to the roof, opening the door to see Peeta stood there waiting, a blanket layed down at his feet, 

“Hey sweetheart.” he spoke, his arms stretched out for a hug, an achingly wide smile on his face. Easily, you walked into his arms, yours wrapping tightly around his waist as his wrapped around your shoulders, his warmth flooding through your body, it felt in that moment like all your stress from this semester just left your body, every part of you relaxing as you hugged Peeta. 

“I missed you.” you mumbled into his chest, he hummed lightly, 

“I missed you too, sweetheart.” he kissed you on top of your head before unwrapping you from the hug, “Come lie down, I thought we could spend some time looking up at the stars.” he suggested, looking slightly nervous at the idea, hoping you’d like it. 

“Sounds amazing.” you confirmed, following him down onto the blanket, him wrapping his arm around you as you rest your head on his chest, the steady thrum of his heartbeat calming you down as you both spent the last few hours of the night staring up at the stars painting the sky, both of you laying in content silence, just drinking in each other’s company whilst you still could.

Also I promise I will get to all the requests soon, I ended up going to London yesterday so didn't end up being near my computer most of the day, and today my back has for some reason been in so much pain so I've been taking it easy and have just kind of forgotten to actually write anything like I wanted to do.

From one writer to another, that anon was very harsh. Yeah, it's important to write for yourself to not get discouraged or get burned out, but it also can be so fucking difficult to try and do that. It feels really good to get notes on your writing and to get requests because it shows that people enjoy your writing and want to read more. And yeah, I guess people don't owe you like they said, but you also don't owe them as well. It's good that you have other things like your studies to focus on to give yourself a break, because not having people interact with your writing (at least for me) can be weighing on your mental health.

Yeah I know people don’t owe me requests but it’s such a nice feeling when you get some and it really motivates me to write when I lose that motivation.

Yeah people not interacting is definitely impacting on mental health at times, it’s so disheartening when you put so much time and effort into writing something and people just don’t read it.

that's so stupid. honestly, yeah, you should quit if you can only write when other people give you ideas. that means you're not actually serious about writing. throwing a tantrum and threatening to quit because people aren't sending requests, like anyone would actually care if you quit. write for yourself or don't write at all. people don't owe you shit.

I love writing but recently have had no ideas so would like people who follow me because of my writing to help me out with some ideas. Oh my gosh. I just found this website that walks you though creating a believable society. It breaks each facet down into individual questions and makes it so simple! It seems really helpful for worldbuilding!

Thank you Jay. Yeah it really sucks 🥺. It has been a living hell and on top of that I got my periode on thursday 😒. Also I took a little break from tumblr because I was sick and then when I woke up I got a hate anon and I didn't had the nerve for that, so my anon option is off for some time. 😔

The fever is gone now which is good 🥳, I only have still this cough which is annoying 😐. Overall I feel better, yes 😌

Well, it's alright, I did nothing special maybe I'm watching a movie/series or playing mario kart 8, I don't know 🙈😌

It was a cop skit where I was playing a criminal being question by a good cop and a bad cop, it was so hard to keep a straight face whilst filming.

God there's nothing worse than being sick and getting your time of the month at the same time, it really kicks your ass when that happens. I'm sorry that happened to you honey, I hope it hasn't upset you too much, just know you're an absolutely sweet and amazing person no matter what anyone says.

Well, this week has been hell for me, being ill for over a month and got a fever last friday evening 🤯. Monday has been the worst because I had no sleep and just cried and the rest of the week was just feeling like shit and trying to get the fever down.

But thank god, the fever is gone since yesterday, so I'm in a good mood, I'm feeling a lot better now (I only have to cough but over all I'm fine 😌)

And yesterday I got a new hair cut. Actually I have had long curly hair for a long time and now it's shoulder length and I feel like a new person 🙈😅

Didn't really do much over the week, I was in a friend's short film for a outside of uni project which was fun. But other than that just been playing video games all week.

My day's been good, finished the screenwriting unit and have a week off before starting the new unit.

Turns out, the lecturer worded the assessment stupidly, we only needed to hand in one script and I'd already had it written so I didn't need to do anything else.
