He's changed his username on Discord once more, it now being Hop and Micha #9598.

I hate calling people out like this but it fucking needs to be done because I know this person has a handful of friends who are minors, particularly in the Danganronpa (and Sanders Sides) fandom(s) so,Rantarou/Virgil/Ren aka @/shslgayadventurerrantarou, @/rantarouwrites, @/voidstarsystem, @/overlyanxiousvirgil, @/theanxiousoverflow, formerly @/feralrantaro (tumblr) [Rantarou Amami]#9598 (discord) is a predator/pedophile

So I started dating Rantarou back in June of 2019. I was 18 and he was 27. He’s now 28 and I’m 19. Just last month his ex husband came to me with some more than concerning screenshots and an accusation that Rantarou had dated a twelve year old when he was twenty.

Which is really “funny” considering Rantarou had told me briefly about this ex on a call and specifically stated that said ex was legal when they were dating. There are more scs from Yukio but I’m not gonna share anymore of them unless specifically asked out of respect for the fact that I don’t know them personally.

So I confronted Rantarou about it to which they defended themself by saying “I was in a bad mental state at the time and Yukio came to me first” WHICH IS BULLSHIT BECAUSE IF YOU’RE A FUCKING ADULT AND A KID COMES TO YOU, YOU FUCKING DON’T DO IT! It is literally so easy to not prey on kids but here we are. And of course Rantarou played uwu victim I’m so awful about it

(not to mention the fucking transphobia and grossness about this)

To which they defended? themself with

Not to mention, like I said, them defending themself for getting into a relationship with a twelve year old when they were twenty with this

Like, dude! You were a 20 year old! They were twelve! It’s your responsibility as a grown ass adult to not enter a relationship with them!!!! They got into this relationship with them and stayed in it for several years!!!!!! You can play the victim and say you were uncomfortable all you want, but this is an adult dating a child!!!!!!

And like I said I was 18 with Rantarou being 27 when we started dating, and while I was still technically legal at the time, it was just barely. And Rantarou knows they have a history of predatory behavior like this, yet they entered a relationship with someone almost ten years younger than them knowing this. And not only this, they continue to interact with communities like the Danganronpa community and Sanders Sides community, with many of their friends being minors. This isn’t to say you should harass this person. This is just to say be wary. Don’t let yourself be manipulated, because no way you look at it, this person is a predator. You can dm me if you wanna ask or talk about anything else regarding this. I hope this all makes sense though. I’ve tried to move on from this quietly, but knowing they’re associating with minors after they know what kind of history they have, I couldn’t just let this slide without saying something.

When your dad tries to guilt trip you into visiting him: “well I guess I’ll just spend the weekend all by myself...”

You say “glad to know we’re on the same page.” Slowly, he will have to adapt to just outright telling you what he thinks instead of playing mind games.

When your friend tries to hint that they’re mad at you without saying anything: “Oh, I’m fine, clearly you don’t need to worry about me,”

You say: “I’m glad you’re doing well. Call me if you want to talk, though!” Soon enough, they will accept that they can’t be passive aggressive with you.

When your boyfriend says: “All your friends are great, I really love *insert male friend* especially.”

You say: “I’m so glad you like my friends! I should invite them back soon.” He needs to understand that if he has a problem with your friends, he needs to just voice his concerns instead of being sarcastic and accusatory.

As someone who has lived through several toxic relationships and has an abusive father, I think one of the most important manipulation tools a toxic person has is excessive subtext and hidden meanings in their conversation. It hides all of the actual fighting from the eyes of onlookers while still hurting you, which is scary and makes you feel like you’re making it all up. Don’t put up with this bs. Make them stop hiding.
