Oh, thank god, someone else who has a lot of emotions about Emerie! She clearly cares because she even warns Crosshair to cooperate because things will get worse. That wasn't a threat. That was her begging him to not make this worse for himself because she doesn't want to see it get worse.

And yeah, clearly she has picked up on clones being a family in some way, so she calls Omega her sister because that's what she wants.

She was "discarded" by Nala Se, she's been all alone, she wasn't allowed to leave Tantiss till 3x10, she kept Omega's doll because she missed Omega and wanted some kind of connection still. She gave that doll to a child because she cares, and is doing her best.

You're right, she has zero framework on how to do any of these things. That's why Echo's the perfect person for her to have run into.

Yes, we have his extremely valid anger about hearing people just doing their jobs because people like that experimented on him. Yeah, that makes a ton of sense, but people are looking at the scene with only that perspective, and I'm a little tired. The other perspective is, look how quickly Emerie wanted to talk to him, how she trusted him, how she wants to do the right thing and even offers to. She just needs him to show her how. She's had no choice about "doing her job" even while she might think she has had that, and others might too. Emerie has been framed as a prisoner, even in shots in 3x10 where she's surrounded by armed guards, or shown with cell bars over her face. She wants to do the right thing. She just didn't know how.

Sorry, I am emotional about Emerie.

Thinking about Emerie’s loneliness and what she must have gone through to be so quick to listen to Hemlock’s orders, and I’m SAD ABOUT IT.

My brother showed me art of a sunrise, and my ADHD brain did a thing.

You know that incredibly beautiful, and important scene of Omega helping Crosshair meditate? I was like, "Ooh, pretty colors," and now I'm like, "Wait a minute. That was a sunset. A sunset!" No! Not the sunset symbolism! Not good! This is not good.

I think the whole “glow up era” stuff is stupid, but tbh, I’m having a glow up. Cut the unhealthy parts of my hair off, successfully repierced my ears and they’re all healed and it’s something I’ve been wanting to do for years, found the right medically necessary skin care for myself, and I’m strengthening my legs. That’s kinda awesome.

Weirdly with stronger legs I also feel less embarrassed by them. They didn’t change in size at all, but it just feels good having them strong.

Ok, I have wondered this for a long time, but been too afraid of sounding stupid to ask. BUT this is tumblr, and we have polls, so here we go off the ledge.

It has always confused me when people say an animated character is hot, especially anime or simple drawings. I can only see a few lines and that's it, I don't visually fill in the blanks of animation or drawings.

Maybe the X factor is the way our brains can imagine or not imagine additional information, maybe visuals. I am not internally visual, so when I read, I don't 'see' things. (it's fuzzy and wordy in there). But I could be totally wrong.

So here is my question. If you are attracted to animated characters, or find them hot, or fantasize about them, do any of these fit you?

And PLEASE do tags or replies I am so fascinated, and it's not like they do scientific studies on animation and visual brains vs not visual brains plus horniness. (at least not to my knowledge)

I almost cried tears of joy while feeding my boy tonight. He decided he’d give me kissies the entire time while meowing right into my face. It was such a special moment that I didn’t even care about the spit on my lenses or Loki fur stuck all over my mouth because I’d had chapstick on (doctor approved, chapstick, for those keeping up with my health who might be worried). He has made me so happy today, and I know I’ve made him happy.
