Happy New Year's Eve, everybody! I'm back home (to some very upset cats who are very much intent on forcing me to make up for all the time I was gone...). The LEGO Brickheadz kick continues with a little turn toward specifically Japanese folklore and some of my favorite yokai. Started with my absolute fav: the kappa. If you are unfamiliar with these aquatic creatures, I highly recommend looking them up. They are such a bizarre and glorious mix of so many traits and interests. So I was suppose to be on a plane and in Washington by now but *surprise surprise* all flights into Seatac got cancelled (don't worry.
