So are we seriously not going to talk about how Steve and Peggy can only stay together post-endgame so long as he never tells her that heās essentially a body-snatching future version of himself from a parallel dimension whoās intentionally placed himself into her timeline in order to take over the life of her original Steve, optimistic and unjaded, who is still frozen under the arctic circle, never to be found because nobody knows to look for him? Are we really not going to talk about that

i did a little research about hair today.
turns out natās hair shouldāve grown about 30 inches in 5 years. 6 inches every year, it said. when we find natasha in endgame, 5 years after the snap, according to this chart her hair is about 14 inches long which would mean she maintained her blonde short hair for quite some time. her blonde hair in iw was around 10 inches, in 5 years her hair only grew 4 inches. natasha in endgame was clearly depressed, worn out and tired. she looked like she hadnāt had a good nightās sleep in ages, who knows if she even had proper meals. so she maintained her hair for a few years, until she no longer cared or had the energy to do so. she stopped dyeing her hair, cutting it and whatever else. her hair was no longer important to her. she was still fighting for the dusted people to come back and sheād continue to do so till her very last breath, but along the way she began to lose hope. the avengers had all left the compound and she was all alone. she slept alone, and the nightmares sheād always had, became even worse. she was probably struck with survival guilt, how come she, who had committed terrible acts in the past survived the snap, but those who were innocent didnāt? Natasha had always fought for the innocent and the defenseless. kids especially. the thought of an innocent child, like she once was, being abused makes her blood boil. if she could, sheād probably protect every single kid in the world.
ā
so she no longer cares to maintain her hair and she does so quite abruptly, it doesnāt happen right away, no it happens a few years later. when the guilt is unbearable, hope is barely present, she is beyond tired and sheās suffering from an immense amount of grief. at this point she is clearly depressed. truly depressed. we donāt know for how long, or how severe but it is so goddamned obvious. natasha was depressed in endgame and i am not only basing this on her hair, but her entire state in the movie. she looks sad and tired all the time, even when she is smiling she looks tired. the fact that she was so willing to sacrifice herself to the point where she basically killed herself, points to that even more. now i know the writers arenāt that smart, but i genuinely feel like her hair symbolizes that.
thoughts? also this is my first post hehe
