I have 21 days to lose at least 15 pounds so I came up with this. Since I know I lose around 3 pounds a day when I fast but I ALWAYS binge when I fast indefinitely I decided I needed structure…
Day 1: 1200cal
Day 2: fast
Day 3: fast
Day 4: 100cal (liquid only)
Day 5: fast
Day 6: 200cal
Day 7: fast
Day 8: 100cal (liquid only)
Day 9: fast
Day 10: 200cal
Day 11: fast
Day 12: 100cal (liquid only)

Day 16: 100cal (liquid only)

Christmas is in 100 days!
I’ll be at my lowest by then, no exceptions. I will become my best self.
Rules:
700 calories per day, maximum
Take diet pills every morning to boost metabolism and Alli before cooked meals
ONLY drink water, diet soda and 0 cal teas and drink mix unless you’re skipping a meal on an eating day for lower intake, then have a 120 cal protein shake.
16 oz green tea in the morning, 32 oz of water during the day, 16 oz hydroxycut at lunch, and 32 more oz of water at night for a total of 96 oz water per day, OR replace final 32 oz with 16 oz green tea upon getting home, and 16 oz of water before bed.
1 hour of excercise 3 times a week, minimum
Fast as often as possible as insurance just in the case of a plateau, aim for fasting every weekend if possible
For every day I exceed my calorie limit of 700, I fast for two days
If I’m unable to restrict on a certain day and I know in advance (thanksgiving, family gatherings, somewhere I’d be noticed, etc) I will fast two days prior and try to aim for under 1200. If I exceed ~2000, I’ll fast for a day after as well to prevent a “I already fucked up” binge.
I will log every single calorie I take in

I love this calculator man, if I eat 75 calories per day until Christmas I’ll reach my 4th GW. That’s 70 pounds down. Kinda gives you hope, even if it’s unrealistic to pretty much fast for 100 days. I wonder if I could get away with this.
