天丼 稲むら 柴又にて 初めて訪れた柴又という街。 山田洋次監督の男はつらいよでお馴染みの葛飾柴又の「柴又」 高いビルやマンションなどほとんど見当たらず落ち着いた下町。 帝釈天にお詣りに行く前に商店街をぶらぶら。 こぎれいな天ぷら屋さんがあったので入店。年初から運気を上げるには揚げ物だ。 江戸前の天ぷら屋さんはごま油を入れる事が多いがこちらのお店も多分に漏れずふんわりと良い香りをさせる。 どんどん天ぷらを揚げて濃く甘いタレにくぐらせて盛り付けが終わるといよいよ天丼登場。 エビはプリっと、ナスはトロッと、かぼちゃはポクポク、リズミカルな食感が小気味よく脳内に響く。久々に天丼を食べた。 天ぷらって蒸し料理だ、食材が衣で覆われて油の中でじっくり蒸されるようなイメージ。 それが口の中でほどけていくのがたまらない、天ぷらの余韻を感じつつタレのかかったご飯をかっこむ。これで運気が上がらなければ誰が上がるねんと。 昔、竹中直人がCMでギターを弾きながら「あがってまぁすっ！」と歌っていたが後にも先にも上がってると大声で言えるのは彼ぐらいだ。(いや知らんて) 温かいお茶をズズズといただいてご馳走様でした。 このあと帝釈天に行ってちゃんとお詣りして御朱印ももろたんで今年もバッチリやと思う。 熱心な信仰心もなく多くの日本人が正月付近に初詣と称して神社や寺にお詣りするのって外国人からしたら異常に見えるらしいって話、無意識の意識っぽい話ですき。 #初詣#帝釈天#柴又#天ぷら#天丼 #food#foodie#foodies#foodgasm#foodgram#foodphotography #foodporn#delicious#yummy#yum#tasty#gastronomy (柴又 稲むら) https://www.instagram.com/p/CnWylSQSMJ2/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
