Viktor Verses

This will be updated as verses are added or developed.

Main Verse

Set in the League of Legends/Arcane universe at any point in the timeline.

PsyOps Verse

Viktor was once a member of High Command, the leaders of PsyOps a group dedicated to protecting the world using their psychic powers. He left after the discovery of an alien gate in the artic which he has become obsessed with getting through it and utilizing it. To that end he became the leader of Black Rose Group and has been perfecting human bioweapontry.

In this verse Viktor has technokinesis which he can use on technology within 700ft of himself (about two football fields away).

Also can be used for crossovers with sci-fi, conspiracy, or military (with psionics/aliens present) based verses.

High Noon Verse

Dr. Viktor came from poor immigrate parents who came to the west looking for a fresh start but only found struggle. He had been looking for a way to save people from death itself by rehousing their minds in bodies made of clockwork, but faced with numerous set backs and his own failing health when the Mechanical Devil approached him he had no choice but to take up the deal and begin working for the devil.

Also can be used for crossovers with any magical wild west verses.

Battlecast Verse

Set in the battlecast verse. Viktor has become the creator and leader of the battlecast army and now is attempting to assimilate all of Runeterra into it.

Riftquest Verse

Viktor of Zaun is a battle smith who once tagged along with an adventuring party helmed by a brilliant paladin, where he ended up doing practically everything no one else had wanted to do. Eventually as his efforts continued to go underappreciated he decided to betray them and race them and their enemies for the powerful artifact they are all after.

This can also be used to crossover with d&d verses. In d&d lingo Viktor is a human urchin artificer (battle smith).

Battle Academia Verse

A second year at Labrys God-Weapon Academy who has fought to be among other future heroes, having incredibly weak abilities which he's had to augment with brilliant technology to keep up with his peers, and hopefully some day surpass them. He is a member of the luminary club.

Superhero Verse

By day Viktor is the lab partner of Piltover's darling Jayce and a renowned scientist in his own right. By night he is Machine Herald, a 'villain' working against the authority of the city through robbery and the killing of key targets.

Can be used in place of my dc verse if requested by dc muses/verses.

Modern Verse

Post university Viktor is working in the field of prosthetics. Heavy wip.

DC Verse

Born in the slums of Gotham city, Viktor was meant for better things, and he felt so did his peers. In his young adulthood he found work at Starr Labs in Metropolis, moving there in the process. Eventually he quit and disappeared off nearly everybody's radar, and in that absence a supervillain, the Machine Herald, has appeared robbing labs and terrorizing cities with his attacks on public figures. Threads can be set anywhere in this timeline.

ATLAS Verse

Set in the main universe of @outofthiisworld (check out their blog for more lore!). He was a member of ATLAS until eventually fleeing the company. Verse still in heavy development. Exclusive to @outofthiisworld.

Danganronpa Verse

He we scouted out from a slum in Russia by Hope's Peak for the talent of Super Highschool Level Cyberneticist in Class 66th. His time at the school was overall peaceful (as far as anyone recalls) and he graduated. In the time since then he's been working on human cyborgs along with service robots, creating Blitzcrank as a proof of concept. Then Tradgy overtook the world, and frankly he found the whole emotional battle of hope and despair stupid, neither would fix the world, his own logic could though. It's funny how apathy comes across as despair...

(Anyone other than Viktor himself would say that he's a despair and the experiments he's turned to are highly unethical at best if not literally a form of torture.)

Apex Verse

Set in the Apex Legends universe. Viktor is an employee of Mercenary Syndicate who's become disillusioned with the group, slowly working against them from the inside and plotting his escape from them.

//So here are the levels of my hype for the Caitlyn visual update we saw on the tft videos, from worsst to best case scenario:

Option 1)Only TFT Caitlyn gets the model. This one would be absolute worst case, but I don't think it's going to happen. Mainly because despite Riot being gigantic idiots, I don't think they'd be THAT dumb to go through the effort of making a new Caitlyn model and limit it to TFT.

Option 2)The model is Wild Rift Exclusive. This is a very valid option atm. Wild rift is known to giving updates to champions, and considering how we saw her new splash art from WR leaked looking just like that, its possible. The thing that is iffy is that TFT directly takes resources from League on PC, its why on PC TFT is still in the league client, so personally I don't think the model is WR exclusive.

Option 3)The visual update is for her base skin only. I am at here right now, a sweet balance of Riot being sensible and being dumbasses, and to not get my hopes up. The only issue I see here is that if the base skin has better animations than all others that aren't legendaries, then that might end up hurting Ritos wallet soooo

Option 4) The new model and animations are for all the skins, but only canon gets a visual update. If they don't want to go through the hussle of making previous skins better, redesigning them, and paying artists and concept art for that, they'll just make the same skins, but looking slightly better. This is as far as I'll go with my hype, as I don't trust Riot further....but if I did....

Option 5) Every skin gets new animations, vfxs, and a redesign to better have them fit in their universe if needed! Imagine Sheriff Caitlyn but with the new High Noon aesthetic! Imagine Artic Ops but she has the cool blue and cold scifi look! Resistance Caitlyn with the Battlecast aesthetic! This is the option of hopes and dreams, ladies, gentlemen, and that beautiful technicolor rainbow in between. And it is one that I dare not wish for, for fear of getting burnt.

If Aaravos can cast spells in a martial-artsy way, will Callum need to learn something similar to compete?

Mmm, what a tasty concept, anon! But that entirely depends on whether Callum will need to compete with Aaravos at spellcasting. The easy guess is sure, they’ll somehow magic-duel each other and Callum will triumph against a vastly older, more powerful, and more experienced foe, because he’s the Chosen One. But as a teller and consumer of stories, I don’t actually want to see that happen. If Aaravos and Callum should ever actually fight, Callum needs to get his ass handed to him. Fighting shouldn’t be how Aaravos loses, if he’s going to lose to Callum, or to anyone.

Calling back to Harrow’s letter and the difference between the Narrative of Strength and the Narrative of Love, I think that if Callum steps up to fight Aaravos in magical combat, he’s already lost. He’s off track, he’s missing the whole point. He may have to fight at some point due to a fun setup partway through the rest of the saga. But this battle shouldn’t be the way the show resolves its major conflict. Callum needs to use the Narrative of Love somehow, if he’s going to best Aaravos. Single combat might be an incidental part of that--a lure, a trap, a distraction (if such things could even work on a Star Touch and that’s far more interesting an idea)--but it won’t be how he wins, and it won’t be how Aaravos loses.

That said, I think it will absolutely benefit Callum to gain physicality through battle spellcasting! We’ve seen how good Rayla is at moving around her environment, thanks to years of practice and training. She’s just plain ready to throw down at any time. If Callum were to train to cast spells hard and fast, he’d have to pick up some of the basics of physical combat: balance, spatial awareness, gravity, some A&P, and physics. He’d also get buffer, have cooler stances, and have a whole new level of confidence. You know the look in someone’s eye when they know that they can defend themselves? There’s no reason to contemplate retreat there. They’re ready and they know it. That’s gonna be battlemage Callum. If he never touches his opponent, he’ll learn differently than Rayla did, but he can still learn how bodies work when spells push them around. And he’d learn in 3D, even more than Rayla has, because his magic is Sky magic, and that third dimension is very relevant. 

Will Rayla ever be able to DFA-jump at him again if he can just blow her backward? She’d be a great sparring partner for him, actually. Between Rayla’s aerial attacks and obvious physical skill, and Ibis’s spell knowledge, they can get Callum into a great place. And once he learns how to battlecast one kind of magic, if he learns more, he can just adapt the spells to the basic physicality he’s already learned.

tl;dr: It’ll do Callum a world of good to learn magic dueling. But he probably won’t defeat Aaravos with it.

Manipulation of energy is classic wizardry, but why not use it for cool-looking attacks?

[ ][ ][ ][ ][ ] Lash of Flame – With a whip of your hand or an implement, you create a thin strand of flame that clings to a target within 5 feet, dealing 1 fire damage per level of Lash of Flame.

[ ][ ][ ][ | ][ | ] Lava Axe – With a hurling motion, you can create a coherent blade of lava that you can toss up to 5 feet, plus 5 feet per level of Lava Axe, dealing d6 heat damage to the target on impact.

[ ][ ][ ][ ][ ] Magmatic Armour – By hunkering down over the hearth and focusing your will, you can coat yourself in burning rock armour. Your Magmatic Armour has 5 health per level of Magmatic Armour, and whenever you would take damage, instead the armour takes damage. When the armour reaches 0 health, you take 1 heat damage and lose the armour.

[ ][ ][ ] Lightning Circle – With a specific motion of your arms, you can conjure a ring of coursing lightning surrounding you, parallel to the ground, with a radius of 10 feet. Anything that passes through the ring, or that the ring passes through, takes 1 lightning damage, and the ring moves such that you always remain in the center. You can expand or contract the ring by 5 feet per round by focusing your will, up to a maximum of 5 feet per level of Lightning Circle.

[ ][ ][ ][ ][ ] Fling – By pressing your palm into something, you can send it rocketing away from you, up to 10 feet per level of Fling. For each 5 feet remaining in the maximum distance when the target collides with something, it and the thing it collides with take 1 bludgeoning damage.

This bonus lasts for d6 rounds and does not stack with itself.

I struggle to label myself any one particular artistic job title so professional gremlin will have to do. After college, I worked on a number of freelance projects, my favorite of which was illustrating card art for Skylanders Battlecast. 

When the client well dried up I re-assessed my self employed position and decided it wasn't exactly what I wanted to do, not on my own at least. When I began doing fanart as a more frequent thing I started to notice I was putting myself in a niche corner but I really do appreciate the sheer love and support my followers give me! 

No longer burnt out on deadline fever, I began to stretch my limbs and use the skills my art directors of the past taught me to apply towards self-indulgent work. I've never been more happy and confident with my work, leaving me a lot of energy to use on other things- like my adjunct teaching job! 

I teach Photoshop at my alma mater at a beginners level. We focus on the program for painting exclusively and it's my goal to demystify preconceived grievances with the beast. 

My future ambitions remain unclear but I want to continue to help fresh artists troubleshoot and find themselves making less happy accidents and more deliberate power moves! Someday I hope to be part of an original concept,     seeing it from start to finish even if it is exclusively my own.

An Unlikely Alliance

Xerath slowly turned and scanned the enemies around him. Enforcer units. Hostile. Threat level: minimum. The rogue Battlecast wasted no time switching into offensive mode, releasing bursts of energy at the inferior models before they could ready their own weapons systems. He had yet to notice the archer watching him, as she was currently just out of range of his sensors.

The project skin universe is the same as the omega squad skin universe, the voidborn skin universe and the battlecast skin universe

In this universe, most of Runeterra became inhabitable due to the constant all-out war between nations, the use of otherwise forbidden magical weaponry (atomic bomb level weaponry) and the magical fallout that covered the lands after it, and a massive void invasion. Victor had built his battlecast machines, mostly augmenting and enslaving void creatures and uses them to conquer a huge territory. People, fauna and flora are developing strange mutation due to void corruption, and eventually succumb to the void influence - both in body and mind - if they live anywhere near the countless void portals. Bandits survive on the wastelands by raiding survivor champs and rebuilt villages. Most governments have fallen or are at the bring of collapsing, the remaining authorities had to employ radical ways of protecting their people, but still, many countries had fallen to complete anarchy. The world had gone through a terrible time, and now, even though most of the damage is already done and everything seems to settle, the situation is dire and there are no safe places in the world, only safe-havens that are habitable, but are in constant threat.

“The Project“ was the name for an international initiative, promising to create super-humans. It was advertised as a promise of better life for civilians, but was actually meant to make super-soldiers for a huge weapons-company. This didn’t become known until after most of the public was convinced enough to go under the surgery. Only then did the company turn on the secret brain-washing implant, which turned them in to unquestioning soldiers. Than they defeated and kidnapped well known individuals, like Zed, Leona, or Ekko. (Ekko got captured because the Z-drive got damaged in the fight and so he couldn’t rewind.) Ashe’s brain-washing implant malfunctioned however, and so she retained her original consciousness and freedom. She started liberating fellow Project soldiers by disabling their chips, and thus came The Resistance. They mainly fight to liberate their fellow brothers and sisters in fate. Ekko is a part of The Resistance.

“The Omega Squad” is the name given to a military organisation with absolute power in Bandle City. Standing above the actual government, they are authorized to do anything in order to keep the remains of Bandle and yordlekind as safe as possible. It formed from the Alpha squad when it became obvious that huge changes were needed, and Teemo and Tristana are (were) among the best soldiers in it. However, after one mission, They were cut off from reinforcements and were chased by their enemies. Exhausted beyond belief, and ambushed by a ferocious voidborn, Tristana died and Teemo broken inside, his true self vanishing forever, and only the shattered remains of his duty mode remaining. In this unnatural state of mind, he survived alone for countless years and is moving constantly without an actual purpose, killing anyone on sight.

Ekko and Teemo had fought several times before, but since Ekko always rewinded, Teemo is not actually aware of it.

Stepping on corrosive-toxic mines and suddenly getting hit by a poisoned dart on his open skin are very painful and unwanted experiences for Ekko, with which he needs to deal on a daily basis whenever he gets even remotely close to old Bandle territory. The worst thing is that he never knows when it will happen and so he has to be extra cautious about resetting the Z-drive. He is very concerned about the possibility of resetting it in the wrong time, making his last checkpoint the start of a new ambush.

Meanwhile, Teemo is very concerned about the fact that the strange boy always finds a way around his traps and always prepares for his ambushes. He doesn’t understand it and that just makes him even more concerned. He’s been following Ekko for more than a week now, and seeing as he just somehow can’t be killed by any means, he is starting to think that Ekko is just another hallucination, another part of the endless collections of his chaotic misbeliefs and misconceptions. He knows he’s insane. Recently, he had started to talk to himself while Ekko was in sight, like he does with other “ghosts” that he sees. Last night, he was yelling in his solitude, screaming at the reappearing memories and “ghosts” in his insanity. He also screamed at Ekko for not appearing to him. Ekko heard it from his champ, but seeing how disturbing the situation was, and being aware of that this same person tried to kill him several times, he decided to just quickly move on.

Ekko hopes that he can leave Teemo behind, but Teemo’s exceptional tracking skills always lead him back to the boy. As he can’t kill Ekko, but Ekko can’t vanish from him, they are seemingly in for a long road together. That is, until one of them makes a fatal mistake.

The Earth Realm, also known as Earth Island, is the Earth elemental island in the Second Dimension. It is an arid island of uncovered rock and dark caves, with the exception of gigantic fragile crystals as tall as buildings, and gorges almost splitting it in many pieces. Golden Queen and her minions have taken over this island in Skylanders: Battlecast. Earthquakes are common, sometimes even turning into dangerous crystalquakes that destroy the surrounding formations and can greatly damage all fighters.

The Tech Realm, also called the Tech Island, is a mechanized island in the Second Dimension. Its regular inhabitants are unknown, but it houses Troll Welders, Tech Spell Punks, and Chompy Rustbuds as enemies and Shrednaught and Dr. Krankcase as bosses. It appears only in Skylanders: Battlecast.
