Context: I don't mean mortally injured, I'm talking something not too serious that kind of inhibits your movement like a broken bone or recovery from a surgery

Law as a doctor is perfectly normal about your injury. He knows with some rest and eventual rehabilitation you'll be just fine. No big deal.

He makes sure you're healing well and comfortable, like he would with any patient

Law as your boyfriend is different.

In the case of an injury with no risk of infection, he'll press a kiss to it. Yes, like he's kissing your boo-boo 🥹

Law does not leave your side. He is your shadow. Where you go, he's right beside you or at the very least in the same room as you.

At first he deadass tries to convince you he's not lingering at all and he's the same as he always is.

He takes looking after you very seriously and asks Marco lots of questions, even if there's not a whole lot he can do.

He doesn't pity you, but he does feel really bad. Even if it was just an accident, he hates seeing you limited in any way.

He might accidentally treat you like you're made of glass.

It's just because he cares a lot, and he really doesn't want anything else to happen to you.

Every single morning he wakes up and asks how you're feeling or if you're in any pain.

There's a lot of people on the Moby Dick and accidents happen all the time, so don't be surprised when he literally clears a way for you to traverse around the ship.

I'm not saying he's impatient buuuut he will definitely glare at whatever part of you is injured and say, "Jeez, can you heal up already?"

Luffy is neither patient nor gentle lol but he's extremely loyal

He'll goof off and continue to go on adventures, but he's not gone for long

Even his crew is surprised when tells them he's not going to get distracted because he knows you're back on the Sunny waiting for them.

He's always bringing cool things back to you since you can't do as much as you usually can. Just because you can't be right beside him doesn't mean you have to miss everything.

The way he switches up is laugh worthy. He goes from nonchalant to overprotective in an instant.

He practically holds his breath as you make your way around the Sunny, watching you like a hawk.

Admittedly, he does tease you a little. He'll grab things for you, but hold them out of your reach or call you a little turtle if you move slower. He thinks it's very cute hehe.

For better or for worse, Zoro's not a hypocrite. He won't hound you to take it easy if you think you're up to a task. Even if Chopper really wishes he would.

He still won't leave you though, unless you're resting and stationary, he's by your side.

Zoro is your attack dog boyfriend. There's no way anyone (*ahem* Luffy) is fooling around too close to you. There's not going to be a chance you could get hurt more or reinjured.

When you're alone he checks in with you to make sure you're okay, not because he's shy about being soft in front of people but more so to protect your privacy.

He kind of likes doing extra things for you, he won't say it out loud but it makes him really happy when he can do things while you recover. He considers taking care of someone he loves to be such an honor.

Unless whatever injured you is vitally important (e.g. the Sunny), he's kicking the shit out of it on principle because how dare anything even dare to hurt you lmao

zeff opens his mouth to answer but it’s drowned out by the sound of your voice as you jab a finger into zoro’s chest.

you both jump at zeff’s voice, and an unpleasant heat creeps into your cheeks as you realize that the entire kitchen had indeed gone very quiet, most of the white-clad workers staring at you and zoro.

“look, sir, i didn’t mean —” you take half a step forward but zeff jabs a finger at the doors still swinging in zoro’s wake.

you glance between zeff and the rest of your crew for a split second before turning and scrambling from the kitchen, looking abashed.

“oh no, c’mon zeff, you didn’t need to yell at her like that —” sanji sighs as he tries to go after you, but nami nails him in the stomach with one of her arms.

“nope. this is something they need to work out on their own. and you’re on grocery shopping duty with me, remember?” she flashes him a smile even as he deflates slightly and turns back to the work of haggling rations out of the baratie’s storerooms.

you find zoro already posted up at the bar, even though the hour is still early enough that there’s only a few other patrons, mainly keeping to themselves. you fight the urge to march up to him and give him an earful about embarrassing you in front of sanji’s old master like that but zeff’s words about making a scene keeps your lips clamped shut.

instead, you seat yourself as far from zoro as humanly possible and wait for the bartender to sidle over. he flashes you a winning smile, making no attempt to conceal the way his eyes drag from your hair to your face and then down to your cleavage, where his gaze rests for a beat too long before he clears his throat.

“what can i get you, gorgeous? something sweet and bubbly, perhaps? or maybe something a bit more dark and… seductive? i can have a custom drink whipped up for you in a few if you’d like… on the house, of course.”

he shoots you a wink that has your eyebrows hiking up your forehead.

he waggles his eyebrows and if it weren’t for the loud cough from down the bar drawing the bartender’s attention, you would’ve rolled your eyes.

at the opposite end of the bar, zoro taps his empty drink glass against the waxy hardwood, a vein ticking in his jaw. he’d listened to the entire exchange with a growing annoyance festering in the depths of his stomach. and here he was, hoping for a moment of quiet without the sound of your voice yammering in his ear. he shoots the bartender a glowering look as the man refills his drink and tries to make his way back down the bar to you.

zoro tosses the entire drink back in one and sets the empty glass down with a loud clack, clearing his throat as the bartender turns to stare at him. he holds the man’s gaze for a full three seconds before looking pointedly down at his glass and the bartender’s face visibly reddens.

“here you are, sir — the last three are on the house.”

the bartender lines up five identical drinks in front of zoro before marching away and zoro has to give it to the guy. he does make a good, stiff drink.

still, as he tries his hardest not to glance down towards where you’re sitting, sipping slowly at your martini, he can’t help overhearing the stilted stabs at conversation floating down the length of the empty bar. the bartender lavishes you with questions, asking about your travels, who you came with, where you’re from. you, for your part, never give him an answer more than three words long — travels were good, my crew, an autumn island.

zoro briefly wonders why you don’t tell the guy off like you so often did him. then, he briefly wonders if the fact that you’re always so easily set off by him means something. then, he not-so-briefly wonders why, if he’s always been so bothered by you, that he’s still thinking about you in the precious few hours he has to himself.

he clicks his tongue and downs another drink just as you finish your first.

you sigh into your now empty glass as the bartender asks your name for the third time in a row, though to no avail. suddenly, a warm, solid presence appears next to you and the next thing you know, zoro’s arm is brushing up against yours as he leans over the bar to bear down at the bartender.

“right, now if you’re done trying t’pick up my girl, i think i’d like the check.”

the bartender blinks up at zoro, uncomprehending for a second before a blotchy redness seeps into his cheeks.

“y-your — you haven’t said a word to each other since either of you got here!”

you swallow passed a bewildered laugh as you glance up at zoro to find a challenge clear in his eyes. you slowly swivel back to the bartender with a light smile.

“ever heard of a lover’s quarrel?”

the bartender sputters as he stares between the pair of you for another long second before scurrying off to fetch the check. zoro chuckles under his breath, his earrings clinking softly in the dim light.

“damn — i really wanted another drink,” you say, staring at your empty glass.

wordlessly, zoro plops one of his in front of you. it’s the second to last.

you bring it up to your nose for a sniff before making a face.

“god that smells awful!”

“fine then, more for me.”

“i didn’t say i wouldn’t drink it!”

you bring the glass to your lips for a small sip. it’s tastier than you’d imagined but it still burns a line down your throat as you shiver.

“h-holy shit —” you cough, wiping at your mouth, “how many of these have you had?”

zoro shrugs, sipping on his own glass with a careless ease, “dunno. don’t really keep count.”

“ugh… this could knock out a war elephant…” you make another face before you take a second sip.

“figures you can’t hold your liquor, drinkin’ whatever girly shit you ordered.”

you round on him, “martinis are not girly!”

“tch. whatever.”

you settle into a huffy silence. zoro’s arm is still pressed against yours and neither of you makes to pull away. for a while, the only sounds in the bar are the soft clink of ice on glass and the light, liquid splashing of the ocean waves.

“why didn’t you tell him off?” zoro’s voice is quiet and when you turn to look at him, it’s to find him staring. you hold his gaze steady and don’t look away.

“why should i? he’s no one to me.”

“you don’t seem to have a problem yellin’ at me.”

you shrug, your eyes flickering back to the too-strong drink in your hand.

“i don’t tend to waste my breath on people i don’t really care about,” you say, your voice soft and careful and honest. zoro sucks in a slow breath, his mildly alcohol addled brain trying to process what you’d just said but his thoughts are interrupted by a peel of loud, raucous laughter echoing in from the dining room beyond.

“c’mon, sounds like dinner is served,” you say, grinning as you push off the bar, jerking your head towards the dining room door.

zoro lets out the breath before downing the rest of his drink and leaving the empty glass on the bar to follow you.

at dinner, you bicker less than usual and zoro is even more quiet than he normally is. though he wastes no time ordering another round for the table. no one really comments till zeff comes round at the end with the check.

“dinner’s already paid for but i was told that this is for the ‘lovebirds from the bar’,” he says, as he drops the drinks bill in front of zoro with a deadpan sort of look.

for a full ten seconds, no one moves. and then, usopp’s jaws hit the floor as sanji’s eyebrows jerk towards the ceiling. nami sits back with a satisfied smirk as luffy nods happily at the two of you before turning to grin at sanji.

“see? told you they get along fine!”

sanji has the decency to sputter just as usopp leans forward to point between you and zoro.

“wait… whaattt?”

you make to tug out your wallet but zoro slaps a stack of berry on top of the bill.

“give our compliments to the bartender,” he says with a slight smirk as zeff takes the money, glancing up at the two of you.

“yeah? what’d he make that’s got you so impressed?”

you purse your lips as you make a show of shrugging, waving a nonchalant hand through the air.

“oh, just a mean dirty martini.”

zeff lets out a loud bark of laughter as he takes the berry and clomps back towards the kitchens, shaking his head. zoro chuckles beside you as he stretches an arm over his head and lets it settle casually on the booth back behind you.

later, as everyone is making their way back towards the going merry, nami catches up to you on the docks, looping an arm through yours and pinning you with a meaningful look just as sanji sidles up to zoro and bumps him with a shoulder.

“so…” nami says, grinning as she tugs you forward a few steps.

“so.” sanji clears his throat, casting zoro a sidelong glance.

“wanna tell me what that was about?” nami asks.

“care to elaborate on that back there?” sanji questions.

you and zoro both take a deep, long breath. zoro glances up to see the way you toss a lock of hair over your shoulder, your bright laughter carrying back on the breeze. you allow yourself a smile, and you don’t have to turn to feel zoro’s eyes on you as both of you turn to your respective companions and say —

“i’ve got no idea what you’re talking about.”

zoro kisses luffy always three times.

when they wake up, always intertwined in whatever place they fell asleep that night, zoro kisses luffy's forehead, cheek, and then lips. in that order, holding his face with both hands every time. it makes luffy wake up with a smile.

when he's training and luffy decides it's amusing to watch his boyfriend, zoro stops always three times to kiss luffy. three breaks with each set of exercises. forehead. head, if luffy isn't wearing the hat (if he is, then the cheek). and lips when he's done exercising.

when they're eating, zoro kisses luffy's free hand. then he kisses him on the shoulder. and lastly, on his head. his lips are busy eating, after all, but luffy smiles nevertheless and leans on his touch even if he's focused on the food.

when they win a fight, zoro kisses him three times exactly on the lips. softly. a bit harder. and then more passionately the third time. luffy always returns the kisses with more intensity, between laughs and giggles.

when luffy is the one sleeping after the fight, resting. he's exhausted, but he can somehow feel in his dreams how zoro moves his hair to the side to kiss his forehead. his hand. his wrist.

when they're making love, zoro always kisses the inside of luffy's right leg three times, making his way to his thighs. then does the same with the left one, and proceeds to kiss his scar. his neck. his shoulders. always three times.

luffy notices after some time together, but says nothing. instead, he tries to do the same. he kisses zoro's ear three times (one kiss per earring). he kisses his right hand, the left one, and then his lips (one kiss per sword). he kisses zoro's scar on his eye, the one on his chest, and the one on his shoulder (one kiss per every moment luffy wasn't there to fight with him).

"why are you doing this?" zoro asks one day out of the blue, after luffy finishes with his set of kisses.

the captain tilts his head to the side, frowning. "doing what?"

and the swordsman, for once, doesn't know what to say, so he stays quiet for a few seconds. "the- the thing. with the kisses. three kisses. why? that's a me thing. i do it because-"

"it calms you down!" luffy figures, and due to zoro's eyes, he assumes his hypothesis is right. the captain grins, squeezing his hand three times. "since you like doing it so much, i thought it would make you feel better if i did it too. does it work?"

zoro stares at him with a fond smile, one that he only is able to show when they're on their own. he squeezes luffy's hand back three times. "yes, captain."

...

it happens quick.

they don't see it coming. luffy should have been able to protect them.

and it's stupid, he thinks. it shouldn't hurt this way. he should be focusing on going back to his crew instead of this, but he feels uneasy. uncomfortable in his own skin.

he had only kissed zoro twice that day back at sabaody.

he has to go back to him, so he can kiss him four times. one to make up for the day they were separated, and three more, only because. only because he will be able to do it after two years. it will take two years to see each other again. two. he's starting to hate that number.

but then he thinks about zoro. zo-ro. two syllables. two o's. his second in command. his first mate. one, two, three.

he didn't exactly get why zoro likes counting so much. numbers are something luffy isn't fond of following much. but he thinks he gets it now.

one year. two years.

on the third one, he'll be able to see him. and luffy will kiss zoro one time, to make up for sabaody. and it will be the first kiss of endless sets of kisses coming in three.

and, weirdly enough, it calms him down too.

I deiced to do half headcannon half story :)

Zoro X Luffy X reader, Poly relationship, Established relationship, Reader is Female.

^ You have no idea why but you've been thinking about it a lot lately, wanting a baby was the only thing on your mind for days and days turned into weeks. You tried hiding it but when ever you stopped off on an island you notice more and more kids interact with their parents, at times it felt like they were mocking you and soon it got too much.

^ Sitting on the top deck at the front of the sunny Staring out to sea with Zoro asleep next to you and Luffy on the Lions head blurted it out without thinking. "I want a baby". You shocked both of them, Zoro waking up immediately like he had a nightmare and Luffy's head turned so fast you thought it would fly off.

^ You regretted saying it as the two started asking question after question, Why?, are you serious?, is this a joke? Do you know what your asking? But all you could do was shrug looking at their shocked faces.

^ You are gonna give Zoro a heart attack 100%, You all live a very dangerous life and even though things are going well at the moment adding a baby into the mix is a bad idea in his opinion.

^ Luffy is half-and-half on the idea, he wants to give you what you want but at the same time he doesn't know anything about taking care of a baby.

^ You couldn't give much in the way of answers and ended up telling then to leave it and that you were just thinking out loud. You told them it was just a silly idea and to ignore you.

^ Luffy wasn't happy with how things went down, he apologized and gave you lots of affection throughout the day. Even though you laughed and smiles at him the Captain could still see sadness in you and it hurt, it made him re think everything and how you've been acting the past few days.

^ When Luffy doesn't know or understand something it frustrates him and since he couldn't get anything off you he went to Robin and Nami instead. He made it sound like he was talking about a friend but of course the girls knew he was talking about you so they explained everything they could. Nami was more of the emotional side and Robin was more Logic but it worked and Luffy started to understand more.

^ Zoro didn't push you to talk about it, but he kept an eye on you all day, he knew you were upset, but he just couldn't justify having a baby right now. Yes he wanted to comfort you and tell you it'll be ok, but he also didn't want to give in, he worries about you and his Captain enough, he didn't want to add a defenseless baby onto the list.

^ Sanji noticed something was wrong right off the bat when Zoro didn't get into a fight with the cook all day so deiced to ask him about it. Of course Zoro ignored the cook and all his questions but as Sanji was going to leave he sighed and blurted out everything. Your poor Swordsman was dragged into the kitchen and yelled at for almost an hour but Zoro did learn a few things which surprised him.

^ You thinked about one question all day, why do you want a baby? It seemed like a simple question to answer but you just couldn't find one. You some times talk to Robin when your confused about something but you couldn't find her anywhere. The only other person you could think of was Jinbe.

^ You were very unsure about asking him so you ended up being very vage not mentioning a baby in any way, it was along the lines of "I want something but i don't know why i want it... i just have this overwhelming need to have it" Jinbe helped as best he could, but he did ask about what "it" was.

^ Still not having the answer you caved in telling the fish man that you wanted a baby and to your surprise the man wasn't shocked in fact he smiled and let out a booming laugh and told you that it might have something to do with what happened on Wano. It hit you very hard but you had your answer.

^ Zoro and Luffy had a talk after dinner about you and the baby thing sharing what each other new and found out, Luffy learned more about hormones and how some times girls get this overwhelming need to have a baby because of them while Zoro learned that maybe you weren't feeling loved enough and that they needed to do more for you.

The sun had long set but you couldn't sleep, the shared room you have with your two boys was too quiet as you sat on the bed cross-legged facing the door. You needed to tell them why you wanted a baby, even if they still said no at least you got it off your chest and maybe you could forget about it. When Zoro and Luffy walked in they were surprised to see you awake, your normally asleep by now and you have a sad look on your face. Luffy runs up and jumps onto you wrapping his arms around you as you fell back onto the bed "Y/n Please don't be sad" The Captain held you tight placing his face in your neck while your arms went around him, Zoro sighs getting you to look over at him as he closes the door and makes his way over to the bed. Laying down next to you the swordsman runs a hand through your hair noticing you look more nervous than upset "I urm... I've been thinking and i think i know why now" You manage to get out looking at Zoro who's face is right next to yours "We think we know two, it's your hormones right?" Luffy smiles sitting up and straddling your lap as your hands go to his hips, letting out a sigh you shake your head making your captain very confused.

Zoro sits up slightly using his elbow to support himself "Have we not been giving you enough attention? I'm sorry if we haven't" The sad look on his face makes your heart tier, reaching up you place a hand on the swordsman's cheek while the other holds into Luffy's hand "No, no its not that, you two are great. Your there when ever i need you and your always so sweet... its nothing like that, i-" You sigh again looking form Zoro to Luffy seeing them both confused and concerned. What else could there be? "You don't have to say yes, i think i just need to get this off my chest" Zoro holds your hand to his cheek as you talk while Luffy leans down and places a kiss on your cheek "You can tell us anything" The captain smiles taking his hat off and placing it on your head, it makes you feel a lot better and you even manage to smile a little and squeeze his hand.

Taking a breath you compose yourself before talking "After Wano i started thinking about having a baby and its only gotten stronger and i think it's because... You two almost died, i thought i lost both of you during the battle and i couldn't handle it" You tear up a little and pull Luffy's hat over your eyes unable to look at the two as you continue "All i could think of was that i wouldn't have anything. Two head stones and some trinkets? I wanted you two not that, i needed you with me, one way or another, not a hat or a sword or a shirt but... something that was you" Tears fall down your cheeks as you ramble the image of the two bandaged up laying almost lifeless filled your mind, you couldn't bare the thought of being without them. "Baby, where alive" Zoro leans closer wiping some tears off your cheeks, you never talked about what happened on Wano and maybe they should have brought it up if this is how you were feeling. Luffy sits on your lap in shock, he remembered you being so happy when him and Zoro woke up and you never seemed sad about it but now he could see you were hurting.

Leaning down Luffy takes your hand off his hat and tilts it up seeing your eyes shift to look away from the two men "I'm sorry, i didn't know it hurt you but i won't leave you again" Luffy leans down and places a kiss on your other cheek "But, what if it happens again, we come up against stronger and stronger people and your always getting hurt.... i know your both strong but i can't, i just can't" You left a hand up wipe away some tears finally looking up at Luffy and then to Zoro "You did die and yes you came back, but what if next time you don't" Zoro leans in and places a light kiss on your lips placing his forehead against yours "I'm sorry baby, i should have seen you were hurting but like Luffy said i'm not gonna leave you again" Luffy places a hand on Zoro's back the two boys looking at each other with a nod seeming to silently agree on something. Your eyes flick between the two managing to stop crying and wiping away the last of your tears as Luffy take the hat off your head and puts it on his with a smile.

Zoro leans over and places light kisses along your shoulder and up to your neck, your unsure of what is going on but you don't stop him, his light kisses make you feel better and loved. Luffy leans down and pulls your chin, turning your head to look at him before placing his lips on yours. Humming in relaxation you run your hands up the captains chest and to his cheeks as he shoves his tongue into your mouth, Luffy runs a hand up and down your side while the other goes into Zoro's hair who moans slightly while kissing around your neck. Luffy pulls away hovering over you with a kind smile moving his hand from your side to your cheek running his thumb under your eye "Do you still want a baby?" The words that leave his mouth shocks you making your eyes widen, Zoro chuckles into your neck feeling you tense as he pulls away to look at you with a small smile. "Yes" The words leave your lips before you brain can process but you don't regret it. The swordsman places his lips on yours biting your lip so you'll open your mouth for him which you gladly do, letting his tongue in, moaning into Zoro's mouth you jump a little when you feel Luffy lift up your shirt a little and start kissing your stomach.

"it's Buggy" He said looking a little annoyed

"freaks...get them out of here" His voice brought you back to the real world, and you felt hands hold you by the arms, and you soon tried to let go

"hey, stop it, let me go" you ordered trying to free yourself from their grip.

For the first time Buggy looked at you, having a feeling of nostalgia, he had already seen you, several times

That one girl from the club, was the nickname he gave you, since he never knew your real name

"I know you…" He approached you, who was trying to free himself while his friends were being taken

"Hey, Y/n!!" Nami shouted from afar

Alright, let's start of how you two started to have feelings for each other

You were a member of a StrawHat crew, and you did have a little crush on your lovely captain. Nami and Robin knew about your little crush🤭

Nami and Robin would tease you a lot about it, you would also ask Robin for a advice

But then you realized that there wouldn't be any way to make Luffy fall in love with you, because he literally met the most beautiful woman in the world and didn't have any feelings for her. And that's when anxiety and insecurity started to hit you. You didn't have much of experience tbh

While he also had a little crush on you but didn't know and doesn't know how to show it. The reason why he fell in love with you is because of your beautiful smile and laugh, for your positivity, loyalty etc.. He didn't care if you were fat or skinny, I mean, he literally met the hottest woman in the world and he didn't care at all lol

Some of the hints that he show that he had a crush on you is placing his hat on your head and complementing you on how it looks good on you! "The hat looks good on you Y/n! You look pretty cute shishishi!", second allowing you to sit on his favorite spot on the head of the ship, you would laugh together, share jokes with each other! Third, probably you secretly giving him food when Sanji doesn't let him eat anymore. He's giving you a puppy eyes and you just couldn't handle them, so you asked Sanji to " give you" some food and you know how is Sanji gonna react "Everything for you Y/n-chwaan!".

Everyone literally knew he had a crush on you and you had a crush on him, but somehow none of you realized that, even Nami and Robin told you that he liked you but you just couldn't believe it!

So, one night, after you ate you went to watch the beautiful moonlight, and Luffy came where you were. He out of nowhere confessed to you. "Hey Y/n", " hm?", "I like you", you thought he meant as a friend but.. "Not like a friend, more of that, but there is a thing called for that.. I just can't seem to remember it. Can you help me??", " You mean like.. You have a crush on me..? ", " Oh yeah! That! Zoro and Sanji were telling me something about this but I forgot about it too quickly! Shishishi!"

Then he started to explain his love to you and you understood everything he said. You thought it was kinda cute when he's trying to explain himself. I mean, he never felt this way for anyone, you gave him butterflies! Then you went up to him and hugged him while kissing him on the lips. He was shocked at first but gave in into the kiss

Now your relationship with Luffy!!

If you kiss him way too often, it's gonna turn out into the habit for him. He gets so clingy and when you stop giving him kisses, he will start whining and begging for more. He will want you to kiss him when he wakes up, when he eats, when he goes to the new island, when he showers, when he goes to sleep, almost every time!

Since you two both share one bed, you'll have to suffer a couple of nights because Luffy is fighting demons while he's sleeping. You will literally wake up with his foot on your face, but when you two continue sleeping together, he'll not move that much. He would wrap his arms and legs around you and cuddle while sleeping

He isn't very romantic, but I can see him coming with flowers he picked up from new island for you and your making a flower crown for both of you

If you get sick, he'll worry and offer you meat because he's thinking you'll get better if you eat meat lol. As long as he remembers, he didn't get sick at all, so he's confused on how to help you yk. But, that's why he has chopper, if you have a fever, you'll probably have to sleep in the room where chopper heals, and Luffy will sleep either on the floor next to you or not at all because Nami or Sanji will kick him out giving you some space to get better

If you get hurt by his enemies, he will RAGE. He would probably order Zoro or someone else from the crew to keep you safe and put you on the ship so chopper can heal you while he's having unfinished business with the enemy that hurt you

Want to start by saying you are such a great writer, your creativity is amazing!!!!

Lately, I've seen some fanarts of Gear 5/Nika Luffy shipped specifically with dark-haired Stealth Black Sanji

The angst potential of this is interesting, especially if it's during/after Wano where Sanji would end up losing his emotions, hence becoming Stealth Black.

But it could also be funny, with this supposedly emotionless, serious Sanji constantly being annoyed and pestered by the silly antics of Nika/Gear 5 Luffy!

Maybe Luffy refuses to turn back into regular Luffy until Sanji goes back to being Sanji, so now the crew has to deal with a godlike Luffy being extremely clingy (well, more than usual) with a very much Vinsmoke Sanji who is kinda confused.

Feel free to add anything you want to this or incorporate other headcanons, aus, ships, etc :)

So first. Sanji still has his memories but he goes completely "dark" in Wano, before Luffy wakes up. He knows how to be tactful so when he delivers food to Luffy when he wakes up that he just tells him, without tact. Luffy is staring at him and the black hair on his boyfriend's head and his eyebrows going the wrong way. He doesn't understand because he's still Sanji. Except he's not. Not anymore.

Sanji doesn't avoid him and is very neutral in peeling the rubber kid off him when it's time. Luffy is normal for a while, he's not in gear 5 and is just clinging to his boyfriend. Despite Sanji telling him he no longer loves him because he no longer loves or feels anything, he's cold and hard and just incredibly durable now. Luffy still loves him and clings and kisses but Sanji doesn't reciprocate, he doesn't know how anymore and just lets the guy do as he pleases.

Then Luffy gets annoyed and pissed off. So he goes into gear 5 and keeps hanging out with Sanji and hanging off him despite what everyone is telling him. Gear 5 might make him die quicker and they need him to be there for the end. To become king. It goes on for a few months and Sanji might not have emotions but he's not dumb. So eventually he's staring at his captain, his boyfriend, the man he loved once with cold eyes.

"I don't think your Sanji would appreciate you expediting your death."

"You're my Sanji." Luffy argues.

"Your Sanji is gone. He can't come back." Sanji glowers at the younger.

"You're lying!" Luffy yells.

"If my brothers still haven't learned. why would I?" Sanji counters. "Your Sanji wouldn't want you wasting your life on him." Luffy doesn't give up of course, but he stops using Gear 5 as much. Makes Sanji still do things that brought him joy. It's awful for Luffy and the crew to see their Sanji gone, possibly never coming back.

An Au where Sanji, Yamato, Zoro and Ace are one big happy poly couple

Ahahaha I mean you're not gonna be wrong!

I think they'd get there in a very messy and uncoordinated way but when they do,

Okay so I see the logic here as such:

Zoro already had some liking towards the cook but never did anything about it because what would it even matter? He's seen him interact with women, there's no way he'd say anything just to be rejected. He has pride.

That is until Ace comes along. At first when he watched them hit it off, he felt like maybe he was the problem. Why else would Sanji be so nice to Ace. Plus he never bickered or had a problem with Usopp and rarely did with Luffy. But on the other hand, they seem oddly close and he doubts it's either a cultural or a grudge thing. He never questioned when Ace would stay on night watch duty with Sanji, or when he'd stay after meals for "a cup of tea or coffee" with him. Though he did notice how touchy Luffy's brother could be with the cook and how little the other minded.

But after Arabasta one drunkin night Sanji tells Zoro how much he misses Ace and how he wishes he'd see him again. When Zoro says something like "As much as you can miss anything that isn't a woman" to which Sanji takes offense and responds with something along the lines of "Men can be just as beautiful as women, Ace is living proof of that." Sanji tells Zoro how at first he was a bit jealous of him because Ace used to make offhand how cool Zoro was in certain situations. And one thing leads to another, they end up spending the night together. Too drunk to realize what happened, they wake up in shock.

At first it's a bit awkward between them but they eventually talk about it (or I guess bicker). Their conversation gets nowhere and nothing much is resolved, but at least they don't feel like they're stepping on eggshells anymore.

After the time skip, where Ace doesn't die because I need them to be happy (he was on the island, training with Luffy), Sanji meets Ace, accompanying his captain to Sabaody Island. Without a second thought, he flungs himself at Ace, happy he can see him again. Ace doesn't join the crew or anything, but takes goes out to find some of the whitebeard pirates.

They eventually meet up again on Wano.

In my mind, Ace and Yamato are like those two guys who look like dudebro's but one day they're like "wouldn't it be crazy if we were both gay and into each other", and it turns out they were both gay and into each other...

Ace sees that Sanji is a bit too much into his (a little more that) bro and goes, I can wingman you. And it works out so well, Zoro and Yamato bond over being gym rats and liking these boylosers. Sanji is dying from blood loss every time he realizes his boyfriends have the best man-tits in the land. And Ace is in love with how much everyone loves him .

The Straw Hats were a lot more welcoming than you expected them to be, more welcoming than you deserved from them. The only one who maintained a distance was Zoro. It was plain to see he still didn't trust you. He hesitated about giving your sword back, eyeing it with some curiosity, as he did so. He seemed to realize you didn't need a sword to hurt anyone. Your body was the weapon. 

All the human contact was a bit overwhelming for you, more so since you were so hungry. You often set yourself apart, sitting on the figurehead or the roof of the crow's nest. You were a nocturnal creature, so it was easy for you to climb into one of the trees on the ship and fall asleep on a limb during the daytime hours. A few times you might have been so deeply asleep and weak in general that you fell out of the tree. You didn't even wake up one of those times and it was a miracle you didn't fall into Zoro's lap since he often slept in the shade of the trees.

You found yourself in the kitchen, quite shamefully. Sanji greeted you with his normal enthusiasm and astutely noticed your demeanor. "What's wrong, mademoiselle?" 

"Remember the other day, when you yelled at Luffy for stealing food?"

"I do."

"It... was me." Your craving was so intense you broke the lock on the fridge and ate a few steaks raw from the fridge. "I'm sorry." You felt bad that Luffy got whopped on the head for your thievery. 

Sanji lamented, "Am I not feeding you well enough? Is my cooking subpar?!" He dramatically put his head on the counter. "I apologize for starving you so!" He was impressed that you basically ripped the fridge door off the hinges trying to get in. Nothing Franky couldn't fix. 

"No, no. That's not it. Your cooking is great." You didn't know how to explain. "I need...more. More than food." You actually didn't need to eat food at all, but you could still enjoy the flavors. "I need blood...from people." 

"Oh like for your devil fruit?" Sanji nodded. "Don't you worry about it. I got you covered." 

You didn't correct him. They seemed to be under the impression you had some kind of vampiristic devil fruit power. There wasn't a reason to correct them in your eyes. They could create their own justifications in their head for why you were this way. No one had outright asked you, so it didn't matter that much anyway.

That evening you during dinner, one of the only times you were with everyone together, Sanji delivered a cup of viscous red liquid. You grabbed his wrist as he pulled it back from setting the cup down. There were bandages around his hand. In a flash, you tore the bandages with a nail to reveal a thin red line. "You didn't have to do that." You pressed the flat of your tongue against his palm and let his hand go. "There." The cut on his hand was a healed pink line. 

Chopper was fascinated. "How did you do that?!" He made a mental note to examine the properties of your saliva later.

"Just can." You shrugged. While Sanji was saying something about never washing that hand again, you tried exercising self-control in drinking the blood he provided for you. That failed almost immediately when you chugged it and then stuck your tongue as far down the sides as you could to lick the sides clean. 

Luffy was ecstatic that Nami and Usopp immediately relinquished their plates out of queasiness. 

"Maybe let's not have blood at the table," Nami said, almost apologetically. 

You shrank, feeling like you were in trouble. "Sorry." You wiped your mouth on the back of your hand and excused yourself. 

It was difficult assimilating. You had odd habits and odder tastes. At least now you had some human blood in you. You could already feel a pump from the energy. All you needed was a jumpstart. With that little bit you could grow your wings and locate other food sources. You would have been able to sooner had Luffy not banned you from feeding on the crew. You sat atop the crow's nest, eyes scanning the horizon. The wind tossed the scent of humans close by at your nose. 

You waited until everyone had gone to bed, pulling your mask over your face. Franky had taken it while you were hurt and inspected it, fascinated by the foreign technology. It was an oxygen concentrator. Helpful for when you were at high altitude or deep sea, where the element was somewhat scarce. It also helped give you a performance boost in normal circumstances. 

It felt so good and so freeing after a week of being human-bound for your wings to sprout from your back, erupting from your skin in a black flourish. As soon as the feathers settled into position, you launched yourself to the sky, a few flaps of your wings sending you gliding under the stars. The promise of a good meal had you rocketing towards the smell of humans. For you, a distance of a few miles was well within your hunting range. Your internal compass was impeccable and there was no worry in your mind that you wouldn't find your way back. Plus your green snack had such a hold over you, that you felt like his scent could bring you back from twice as far. In fact, the entire time you fed, you pretended it was him you were draining, for the brief feeling of satisfaction. 

Without a sound, several hours later, your feet touched the deck. A pair of gray eyes watched you, narrowing, wondering where you had gone.

"Heyy heyyyyy (name) wake uppp" Luffy said while shaking you to death awake. You grumbled something along the lines of him letting you sleep longer until he said "Yea well I think you should wake up there's blood on your sheets, do you think someone broke in or something? Wouldn't that be hard since we're in the ocean?"

You usually just tuned the idiot your boyfriend out but as soon as you heard blood on your sheets, you basically felt the wetness of blood between your legs your period had started. You deflated at this fact a monthly occurrence that reminded you, you where in fact born in the wrong body. You got up got some clothes a wash cloth and a towel and mumbled something to Luffy about going to get in the shower.

He was confused to say the least if someone had broken in why'd you seem so upset about and why didn’t you say anything, where you stabbed in the groin or something is that why there was blood on the sheets?? He decided to ask Robin she's really smart so he'll ask her!!

Despite the fact you've been dating for a whole entire year it just never came up, usually you just took pain killers and slept all day but being waken up by your boyfriend just made it worse so you where a bit gloomy.

When Robin seen Luffy enter her gaze from where she was reading in the aquarium, it looked like he was looking around for someone or something so she asked him "Looking for something captain."she said amused. He simply smiled at her from where she was sitting sat down next to her and said "I was looking for you actually I wanted to ask you something." She returned the smile and asked what he wanted to know."I wanted to ask if you knew what was up with (name) he seemed down when I said there was blood on his sheets, and he just went to get in the shower do you think someone broke in and stabbed him in his groin or something." Robin already used to the idiot her captain was just said "I'm not sure maybe you should ask him if you're really that worried about him Luffy."

So Luffy said that was a good idea said thank you and ran off to go look for you. You who had just gotten out the shower and went to go see chopper for some pain killers. You and chopper who definitely didn't expect Luffy to just bust in his office, being used to him it didn't faze the two of you. You and chopper kinda just stared at him for a second to see if he would say anything after a couple of seconds of silence, chopper just went back to explaining how the pain killers could make you sleepy and to not take more than two a day or at a time. He was about to hand them to you until Luffy said "Why do you need pain killers did you really get stabbed in your groin? Did someone actually break in why didn't you say anything!?"

You stared at him for a good five seconds... ten seconds.... thirty seconds.... "What" you said honestly confused. So he repeated the dumb questions and you just answered with a 'don't worry about it.' This would be a mistake because the stubborn captain wouldn't take that for an answer I mean he just wanted to make sure his boyfriend didn't get stabbed cus someone broke in! So after being pestered for about two hours you started to feel sleepy from his constant pestering, and from the pain killers chopper had given you successfully subsiding the pain.

You turned around looked him dead in the eyes and asked him if he really wanted to know. He of course jumped at this opportunity to know what was wrong with his boyfriend, he'd been messing with about for two hours about it! So you told him simply "My period started that's why I needed pain killers and that's why I was gloomy." "Ohhh but I thought only girls got that or whatever." He said tilting his head confused. So you then explained to him that you where trans and then you explained what that was to him. After all that the only thing he said was "Ohhh" he laughed "That's pretty cool so you got girl parts but you're a boy." He smiled at you while saying that, it made your heart flutter he was just being so cute! You simply just told him yes and went back to your room to take a nap.

But when you got to your room despite Luffy's constant pestering for two whole hours, he was still your boyfriend and you did miss him and kinda felt needy for him. So you got up went to seek him out it was around lunch time so you went to the kitchen he surprisingly wasn't there. So you looked all over the ship despite missing him you just gave up and went back to your room to find.... he was right there waiting for you with food."Hey I was waiting on you and I talked to nami since she has girl parts, too and she said you probably would need food and a bunch of other stuff but I really wasn't paying attention after she said food but I got you some (name)!"

You smiled at this despite him having tuned out the rest of what nami said he still brought you food and waited for you in your room. "Luffy can we cuddle" you asked with a mumble and shyly slightly nervous but he just smiled up at you from his spot on the floor, and opened his arms inviting you in you walked over to him bending down to accept his invitation. He then stood up from the floor startling you causing you to hold on to him tighter and he layed you both down on the bed him on his back you on top of him. He pulled the blankets over both of you and rubbed your back, you truly didn't realize how tired you where from your period starting, being pestered by your boyfriend about why you where down and then explain to him why you where, walking around the whole ship just to find him in your room today was a eventful day even if it was only lunchtime.

You pushed into him more wanting to feel closer to him as you both dozed off into a nap that felt like pure ecstasy.

OPLA! Roronoa Zoro Drabbles- how you met + how you joined the crew

I am drunk off this man right now. If he'd let me, I'd love to get to know him over a bottle of wine and a sirloin steak. Even though he's more of a booze man ofc. Below are some stray thoughts I have about him since I am slightly obsessed lol. I hope y'all enjoy my romantic/self-indulgent drabbles. I don't think you'd meet Zorro when he was young. Rather, you'd be on an otherwise unremarkable island or boat somewhere on the east blue, make your way to the grand line (ya fucking idiot). For some reason, to him anyway, you'd be the most remarkable thing about that rest stop. That one girl in that one bar he had a conversation with.

Whenever he thinks back on you, your smile would always be the first thing that comes to mind. Then your laugh. And then that side-eye glance you'd send his way when you ask him what he's thinking about. Usually after a contemplative sip of whatever you were indulging yourself on.

There are a lot of things that Zoro enjoys in life, but as much as he is the strong and silent type of guy, I think he enjoys a worthwhile conversation far more. So long as it means something to either of you. He hates pointless banter if there's nothing backing it.

When you see Zoro again, it's on the mainland shortly after the beginning of the time skip (haha spoilers 'LA watchers. We're in for a two-year time skip at some point in the series). You two meet up on land, just a skip away from where you two were gonna break away to your respective destinations. Completely on accident btw

Yall decide to spend the night together. Nothing zesty happens, Only wholesome cuddling and a long conversation that drifts into the early hours of the morning.

Yall wakes up at noon. He lets it slip that he's gonna train for a bit before meeting up with some friends at a very remote port god knows where, and you promise yourself two things.

So when y'all break away, promising each other that this definitely isn't gonna be the last time y'all meet, you decide to become a pro marksman. The gun kind, not the slingshot kind (don't wanna come after Ussop's brand lol)

So you do that for a year and a half before you make your way to the meet-up spot. You get there a day early, and during breakfast, you see Zoro and this blond bitch running somewhere. Naturally, you dropped everything (literally dropped your food back on the table) and jumped from the balcony to chase these mother fuckers to the docks where (spoilers) the sunny was parked.

It isnt until Zoro's halfway up the ship that you yell his name. He turns to see you, and it's like that night from a year ago all over again. He's got half a mind to jump down to you, but Luffy looks over and asks what's going on.

Everyone's teasing Zoro's ass bc of "the side piece he's picked up"

Ussop and Choper are asking him what your name is and where he found you

Sanji is on you immediately

Nami is asking for a fee to get on the ship

Franky is wondering why you built differently compared to every other girl he's seen (I like to make my OP OC's anything but Oda's depiction of the fem. figure. Mostly cubby and/or built. Sometimes both.)

Robin is wondering what's in your backpack since you look well packed (It's books. Fuck you I'm making physical fanfiction canon to one piece)

Zoro, meanwhile, is (mostly) worried about Luffy since he's captain.

Luffy looks you up and down, asks what you can do, and you say you're an alright marksman. Ussop is up and arms at this and Luffy backs him up saying that yall already have a marksman (and that you're a girl anyway so that isn't even the right term)

You say that you're knowledgeable in medicine and you're done your fair share of odd jobs since you've picked up a few things as a barmaid.

Luffy ponders this, countering that they already have a doctor but could always use the support when needed. He looks back to the crew and asks them what they think as well, wich surprises you a little. Nami and Robin would appreciate another afab person on the crew but supplies are tight as is, Franky thinks you're cool, same for Chopper. Sanji comments on supplies as well but he wouldn't mind if another girl is on board. Ussop is a little threatened by your presence and is against your addition entirely.

Zoro almost yells at him but before he starts, you get on your knees and properly ask him, along with the rest of the crew to stay. Luffy asks you why, and you say that you want to live. Live life with people you know and do it to the fullest. You then look back to Ussop, who is staring you down. "I didn't come to replace you. I came to follow, and hopefully live up to the people he adores," You glance over to Zoro, who is surprised you admitted that in front of his (totally not) family. "He holds you all to such a high standard. I wanna be a part of that."

Ussop just tells you to stand up and looks at Luffy. Luffy lets you on board, with the condition that you show off your skills. You do so.

Zorro helps you on and holds your hand as y'all are leaving port.

Just thinking about ASL living together (modern AU) and Ace always trying to sneak Yamato inside their house without Sabo's knowledge because he doesn't want him to go all 'responsible older brother' on him. But the reason why he's always letting Yamato stay over is because his life at home is obviously... Not so good and he hates being there so he tries to spend most of his time outside. And Ace's heart aches every time he has to let him go, so he often lets him stay over. It becomes more constant and less of a 'sneaking in for a while' thing. And Sabo knows. Because of course, Sabo knows. Sabo always knows what's going on. One day he wakes up to see Yamato having breakfast and Yamato gets all anxious and not knowing what to say and trying to make an excuse (because that's what Ace told him to do if this ever happened) and Sabo is just like "Do you want anything else?" / "Huh? What?" / "I mean. You're eating cereal but we have more stuff in here, you know? At least one of us can cook. What do you want? I can make you pancakes." / "YOU KNOW HOW TO MAKE PANCAKES???????" / "Oh my god, what has my brother been feeding you in here???" / "Mostly leftovers." / "Dude, why are you still with him?" / "Because I love him!" / "Yeah, no, me too. I guess love makes you do stupid things like dealing with a fucking moron like him. Anyway- Pancakes?"

And then Ace wakes up to find his brother and his boyfriend actually getting along and laughing and having breakfast together, and he needs a second to process everything because he's tired as fuck and maybe he's hallucinating. But that doesn't matter because the point is that he's fucked.

Ace: ..... Hi? Sabo: Hey :) Ace: What are you two doing? Yamato: WE'RE HAVING BREAKFAST :D Ace: Yes, babe, I can see that. Why are you here, Sabo? I thought you were- Sabo: I got home last night from college. We have some days off. Now, care to explain why you've been treating your cool boyfriend like a dog instead of giving him actual meals? Ace: I- You're not angry? Sabo: Oh, no. I am angry. Can't you see I'm angry? Ace: Sometimes you give me mixed signals and I'm never sure...? Sabo: I'm angry. That clear enough? Ace: Yes. Then, Sabo takes Ace to a more private place in the house and expects an explanation from him and Ace can't keep the secret anymore. So he tells him about Yamato's dad and how he is not a good person and he's always keeping him locked and making his life a living hell. And Ace is literally begging Sabo to let him stay for a while and Sabo is just staring at him like "Why would I not let him? How could I not? Do you see me as some kind of controlling demon around this house or what?" / "I mean, you're kind of scary sometimes-" / "Because you don't do shit around here and when I left for college I expected you to take care of Luffy. But I'm not making Yamato leave! What the fuck, Ace? You should've told me." / "I just- I just don't want him to go back there. He's, like, the nicest guy I've ever known. He's just so good, Sabo. I don't want him to-" / "Yeah. Yeah. He's the love of your life and you're gonna get married and have a fairytale ending or some bullshit like that." / "I did NOT say that." / "But you love him. I'm not letting him stay over if you're not serious about this. We barely have money for us three and we're lucky I can go to college." / "... I know. I know. I do. I do, you know. Like. The L word. You know I can't say it." / "Idiot." / "You're so mean to me. So, long story short, Yamato has the chance to actually live with them for a while if he wants to. Of course, he can't do it permanently. But he knows he has a home there if he ever feels like leaving his own house.

After a few days of traveling the calm belt, you and Pyhia finally land on an island south of Amazon Lily.

"Whoa, I can't see the castle from here." Pyhia squeals at that and you jump down from the small boat and pet her. You anchor your small boat and raft to the new island then look around.

"Should be able to explore then train." You mumble to yourself as you leave Pyhia alone. The Yuda doesn't mind and frees herself.

Meanwhile, Boa Hancock and Luffy along with Heart Pirates finally arrive at Amazon Lily. Everyone in the Kuja Tribe is so relieved to see their Empress return but was confused at seeing the Heart Pirates.

Sonia and Mari were both dreading to tell Hancock that you left. But they noticed right away that Hancock didn't even notice your absence, she preferred fussing over Luffy and his condition.

It took several days for Luffy to recover from his wounds and wake up.

Sonia and Mari look at each other as Hancock quickly goes to Luffy's side when she heard that he woke up.

"Do you think that's why she left? Sis hasn't even noticed."

"Probably. She looked so sad when she told me she was leaving. It must have hurt her, seeing sis fall in love with Luffy."

"Do we even want to tell her at this point?"

"We do have her letter. But-"

"Do not give it to her." Elder Nyon interjects on their conversation. "Not until she notices that my granddaughter is gone."

"Do you know where she went, Elder Nyon?" Sonia asks with hope in her voice. Out of the three sisters, Sonia was the one who talked to you the most.

"I don't. I just know that she's okay and alive."

"You have her vivre card, huh?" Elder Nyon nods at that.

"Don't ever tell her that though. Consider it my revenge for hurting my only granddaughter." Sonia and Mari agrees with Elder Nyon.

They can't believe that Hancock hasn't noticed for days.

Hancock wakes up the day after Luffy sets off to Rusukaina, where he would start his two-year long training.

She wakes up after eight and notices something amiss.

Where were you? Were you still avoiding her? Hancock knew that you avoided Luffy as much as you can for reasons that are unknown to her. She didn't pay it any mind.

But now?

"She hasn't woken me up ever since I came back." She mumbles to herself. More importantly, she hasn't seen you at all. She though it was just you doing your thing. She never wanted to limit you after all. But this was something.

"Is she even doing her job at all?" She mumbles as she gets downstairs and immediately finds Kikyo and asks.

"Where is Y/N?" Kikyo looks at Ran by her side and sweats. Hancock didn't know?

"Um? She quitted over a week ago, Empress, and no one has seen her ever since."

"WHAT!?" Hancock's shout can be heard throughout the island and both Sonia and Mari goes to her.

"Sis? What happened?" They both ask at the same time and was met with Hancock's glare.

"WHERE IS Y/N!?"

You were running through the forest, with eight lions at your tails. It has been a week since you landed on the unknown island. A week since training yourself and trying to create a map of this island.

It was a weird island, that's for sure. You dodge the lions and draw your sword mid-air. You silently kill all the lions swiftly and sigh in relief.

"That takes care of food for a week. You quickly tie the dead lions together and drag the bodies to your base. It was where you slept, cook and train on the island. You glance at your bulging food supply and smile.

"Time to bring Pyhia some of these then." You get some meat from the supply and go to where you anchored your boat.

You bring out your notebook that is full of notes on the island and mumble to yourself.

"Habitat is really just forest everywhere. But why does it have thunderstorms with no clouds? A god? Also, almost all of the animals taste the same except the herbivores. Haven't been attacked by them so I haven't eaten any of them." Before you knew it, you were already at your boat and you were already stopped by Pyhia from going into the sea.

"It's not that simple, Empress." Gloriosa sighs then glares at Hancock making the Empress flinch. "You finally noticed after Luffy left, huh?" Hancock trembles at that and slams down her hand on the table.

"That's besides the poi-!"

"That's exactly why she left!" Elder Nyon looks down on the ground. "You really don't deserve this letter but I promised that kid." Elder Nyon brings out your letter for Hancock and places it on the table. "Read at your own risk. You might cry." Because she surely did. Elder Nyon quickly leaves and both Sonia and Mari follow her out of Hancock's office.

"Elder Nyon-"

"That sister of you two really pisses me off. A week. She noticed after a week! She doesn't deserve Y/N!" Elder Nyon huffs as she leaves the palace.

Both Sonia and Mari agrees quietly with the elder.

Hancock is left alone with your letter. She looks at it and sighs as she picks it up.

Why didn't you just stay? Why did you leave?

"You liar." Hancock mumbles as she tears open the letter. The Empress handles the letter with care as she confirms that it's your handwriting.

"Dear Hancock,

If you're reading this letter then that must mean I'm dead."

Hancock flinches at that and her hand trembles at your words.

"No. Just kidding. It does mean that I left though. It's been more than a decade since I met you. That moment still lives on my mind. I wonder if you still remember that I made you a promise to stay by your side, no matter what. I'm sorry."

Hancock trembles at that. So you did remember that promise. Even though it was made more than a decade ago.

"I never intended to break that promise. Just like I never intended to fall in love with you."

Hancock lets go of the letter and clutches her trembling right hand.

"I'm sorry. I truly am. I left because I still intend to see through that promise when I come back. If you'll let me. In any case, I just need time. I'll come back to you, no matter what. Just ask Elder Nyon if you're ever curious on my condition. I doubt it though. Just hold the fort for a while for me. I'll be back and help you again. I'll be back and suppress my feelings, I promise. It'll be like the old times.

I wish that Luffy will love you back.

Hancock quickly puts the letter on the desk as her tears keep falling down her face.

She made you leave. She lost you.

Even though you promised the old times, Hancock knew that it'll never be like that again.

That you'll change. That's why you left after all.

She sobs again as she imagines you being cold and just really working under her.

No more jokes and gentle reprimands. No more rough waking up. No more training while grinning. No more delicious dishes or horrible failed experiments. No more eating together and laughing together.

She sobs even more at that.

"Should I name this island?" You mumble to yourself and smile.

"Yup! I decided! Inameru!" You stand and smile.

"Inameru Island! You'll be my home for a year!" You shout and smile as you sit down.

"Ohhhh! This guy can actually stretch like me!" Luffy says admiring his actor stretching his arm to hit Buggy on the screen. "Does that mean there is another devil fruit like mine???Two kings of the pirates??" He gets closer to the screen.

Nami hits him with one of Sanji's pans. "Calm down! I can't see my beautiful actress's stealing skills!" She complains watching closely how her actress steals the keys to free herself.

"Luffy,these are just special effects. He isn't a power user." Sanji sighs placing Luffy on the couch. "I'll be right back. I'll bring you popcorn. " The blond man leaves to make some popcorn.

"Isn't that your grandpa,Luffy?" Robin says watching a scene where Coby is trained by Garp.

"Oh no! This is terrible!" Luffy watches the screen closely.

"What???" Chopper replies hiding behind the couch already trembling in fear. Robin grabs him using her devil fruit abilities, putting him next to her.

As the show moves on with the next episode,the pirates see the kiss between Usopp and Kaya.

Sanji's cigarette falls off his lips."That's not fair!" He snaps as he raises his voice. "He can get a woman and I can't?"

"Woah! Usopp! You never told me you kissed Kaya!" Luffy says looking shocked at the screen.

"You were there,Luffy. That never happened. It's just an added scene." The ginger girl sighs giving him a disappointed look. "And you." She turns around at Sanji. "Stop yelling or I'll break your own pan in your face!"

"Yes,ma'am!" Sanji shuts up taking a seat next to Chopper.

"So this is how you got Merry. No wonder she was so special to Usopp." The deer looks at the screen smiling.

"This episode is about Zoro's past." Usppp says looking at the screen. "So there's something we don't know?"

Zoro's eyes widen at the moment he sees Kuina.

"So even Moss Head pulls a woman? How unlucky she must have been..." He pouts in jealousy.

He quickly gets up ready to pick a fight with the cook."I'll kill you." Zoro's gaze darkens. He takes out a sword.

"No swords when we're watching TV!" Nami yells at him with authority,like a mom would to calm her child. "Put it down. "

Zoro sits down again. "I don't understand. Why do they have to show this on screen?" He is clearly annoyed.

"Some people find it entertaining. I mean, look at those idiots crying." Nami points out at Usopp and Luffy crying and hugging each other.

"Zorooo!" Luffy cries. "I am so sorry! She was an amazing girl!" Usopp sobs loudly. "What a good man our Zoro is... He is fulfilling their dreams"

Zoro facepalms himself turning off the TV. "It's enough for today." He gets up and leaves to his room.

"What got into him?" Chopper looks at him leaving. He is clearly worried about his crew mate.
