She stared at the photo of the woman. “Misa Arakawa, as a woman and fellow CEO, I respect her, dare I say, I admire her. Of course I’ve heard of her, you’d have to be genuinely an idiot to have not heard of her. In my case, we work together, E.L. Medical Co. and Arakawa Tech Industries are business partners, not only that but they have supplied us with the much needed technology to help with our manufacturing. Despite our partnership, Misa and I don’t talk much unless we’re in a meeting, and even then, I could tell right off the bat that she’s not too fond of me…that, and she told me that straight to my face, I’ll admit I was caught off guard and when I asked why, all she did was scowl at me and told me that ‘anyone who is associated with Chuuoku doesn’t deserve to breathe the same air as her’.” She rolled her eyes, “So that’s what’s got a stick up her ass, I don’t think she realizes that not all of us have it as easy as she does and sometimes you have to do things that you’re not proud to do to ensure that you stay at the top, if she has a problem with my affiliation with Ritsuko then she can suck it the fuck up, I’m doing what’s best for my company, I suggest she mind her own business and do the same.”

Chizuru Tenjo

Miho frowned at Chizuru’s photo. “How this woman managed to be let go after doing something as heinous as what she did is beyond me, what even shocked me more was that Misa actually hired this woman.” She shook her head. “I was actually in attendance when she attacked her own sister, that had to be one of the most horrifying moment I had the displeasure of witnessing, I was glad when she was arrested and sentenced to prison but it pissed me off more to know that she was let go due to “good behavior”.” She glared at nothing in particular. “”Good behavior”, my ass! I saw the look in her eyes when she stabbed her own sister! (They looked like Ritsuko’s) She had no regrets for what she did! Why, I bet she’ll be glad to do it again when she gets the chance! I cannot even fathom wanting to hurt my own sister not to even mention wanting to take her life! I-“ She suddenly cut herself off, eyes wide as she suddenly remembered something. Sighing heavily, she shook her head as she slowly walked off away from the camera.

Junko Tetsuya

She raised an eyebrow as she looked at the photo of the assistant. “I’m acquainted with Junko here, to be honest, she’s much easier to work with than her boss. I know that’s sad to say that working with an android is easier than a human being but it’s the truth, and yes, I do know that Junko is an android, Sumire had told me when she first saw her and also to mention that we also have an android as the mansion as well, this might sound biased but I am more fond of Aiko than Junko.”

“What in the hell are you doing, Misa?” She frowned. “I know for a fact that she hates Chuuoku as much as my niece, maybe even more so don’t you think it’s counterintuitive for her to be participating in a tournament created by them. I know that is hypocritical of me to say that but I’m only in this to benefit me and my company, there is nothing I could see that would benefit her. Chizuru, on the other hand, I can understand seeing as her sister is in a division team and as for Junko…I honestly have no idea why she’s here.”

Miho had to admit, she was surprised upon who she had gotten for this whole Secret Santa event she and many others were forced to participate in but she figured that it could be worse, she could’ve gotten that whore from Saitama or Misa from Koto Division. Oh well, no use worrying about it now, what was done is done and she could only hope that he enjoyed his gift.

“HOLY FUCK!!”

That was the only thing that came out of Tasuku’s mouth upon seeing the gift that was addressed to him, his jaw dropped to the floor and his only good eye looked like it was about to pop out of his skull.

In front of him were two items, the first a collection of shot glasses on a miniature table very similar to that of a roulette table you’d see at a casino and the other item was a briefcase filled with cash money, $150,000 dollars to be exact. There was a small black card with gold writing as well.

‘Kawanoe Tasuku-san,

I hope things are going well for you and your sister, I wish you both a very Merry Christmas, please take care and Happy Holidays.

— Kobayashi Miho.’

"Tasuku, what are you yelling ab... what the hell is this?!" Sanyu asked, upon walking into the room.

"What's wrong, San... what the...?" Ming asked, also stopping as she looked at the gifts Tasuku had in front of him, particularly the money. "Tasuku, what is this?!"

"This, my dear sister, is a roulette table filled with shot glasses, and a briefcase filled with approximately $150 grand." Tasuku answered, a smug look on his face.

"Yeah, we can see that, smartass." Sanyu asked, scowling at her friend. "What we're asking is where did it come from?"

"Oh, that? Kobayashi-san sent it to us!"

"Kobayashi... you mean Miho-san?" Ming asked.

"The one and only!" Tasuku answered, smiling a toothy grin.

"Well, that was very kind and generous of her. We'll have to write her all a nice 'thank-you' letter once we're done."

"Yeah, yeah, maybe later." Tasuku said, waving her off. "Right now, we need to be more concerned with spending this money!"

Tasuku was about to lay hands on the briefcase, but felt his hand getting slapped, making him pull it back.

"Ow!" He exclaimed. Looking up, he saw the glares of both women, which only made him respond in kind. "What the hell, you two?!"

"That's my line! You want to waste our money on gambling when we should be saving it?"

"Saving it? ...You want to keep it locked up a bank? This is $150,000 we're talking about here!"

"Exactly. And we should only be using that for emergencies! No frivolous spending or anything like that!"

"Oh, come on, Sis! Live a little, will ya?"

"...How about we split it three ways?"

At Sanyu's leader suggestion, both siblings grew quiet, looking at her.

"I mean... I'm no math guru, but... $150,000 should split evenly in three, right? That way, we can all use our own share how we want."

"...Yeah, that works!"

"...I guess so. I still think it would be better to save it all up, though."

"Oh, come on, Sis! I want to buy some stuff here!"

"Yeah, there are a couple of things I'd like to purchase as well that I couldn't before, Ming."

"Fine, fine! We'll split it." Ming conceding to her friends, tired of their whining. "But fair warning: if either of you blow through your share, don't ask for any of mine."

"Got it!"

"I'm pretty Tasuku will blow through his before the day's over."

"True."

"I will not!"

With that, the three friends were now proud recipients of $50,000. What a joyous day for the three of them.

...Though Tasuku was just happy he could do shots in a roulette table now.

"Another CEO? I wonder if she's anything like Kobayashi-san from Shinagawa. Both seem like very demanding and high-profile women. ...Not that there's anything wrong with that, of course! Society needs more women like that! ...But then again, don't we have a lot of those already in Chuohku?"

Chizuru Tenjo

Takumi sighs at the photo of the former ballet dancer. "Like Ryu-san mentioned, I'm a bit confused exactly on how to deal with Chizuru-chan. When she returned from her three-year sentence, she was met with hostility and isolation from her peers. I can tell this bothered her as she responded in kind with insulting and hurtful words. I've done what I can to keep it from escalating, but students will be students.

Relationship: Family - Aiko Shinomiya

Sumire Shinomiya (17 Years Old) - Aiko’s creator. Aiko has nothing but love and devotion towards her “older sister” and is thankful for giving her life and a physical form to experience said life. While some may call her love for Sumire “blinding”, that still doesn’t stop Aiko from coming to her defense and stay ever so loyal to her as she knows the truth of what happened that caused Sumire to become the way she is and is one of the few people that has ever seen the “real” her. In turn, Sumire completely adores Aiko and treats her as more human than machine, she fully sees her as the little sister she never had and often gives her upgrades with the best and finest materials she has. Though while not yet confirmed, it is believed that Aiko and Sumire’s sisterly bond has given Aiko the gift of sentience.

“Malphas” / “Masuzō Shinomiya” (6 Years Old) - The first of Sumire’s inventions and Aiko’s “older brother”. There is virtually no information on ‘him’ as ‘he’ is often seen as a mechanical spider always on Sumire’s person but one can notices that Sumire cares for ‘him’ a great deal and treats ‘him’ with as much love as she gives Aiko. Aiko has as much love for Malphas as she does with Sumire and is the only person that can fully understand ‘him’ without the need of ‘his’ morse code, she often refers to ‘him’ as “big brother” and is sometimes seen with ‘him’ when ‘he’ is not with Sumire. Malphas is overprotective over Aiko and has even convinced Sumire to make ‘him’ an android body to scare away any ‘suitors’ she might have including a certain hacker in Ikebukuro.

“Seir” / “Seizou Shinomiya” (3 Months Old) - Sumire’s latest creation, the newest member of the Shinomiya family, and Aiko’s “younger brother”. After much begging and pleading, Sumire finally caved and made her a “little sibling”, one that she loves and cherishes with her whole entire being, she’s dedicated to her newfound purpose of being the best big sister she can be to him and hopes that he too can gain sentience through love just like she did. In turn, Seizou looks up to Aiko and follows her around, almost like a smaller shadow and treats her with upmost respect. Much like his older brother, there is no information regarding him as no one, not even the members of Scorpion Den knows that he exists and is kept within the confines of Sumire’s lab and the Kobayashi Mansion.

Junko Tetsuya (7 Years Old) - An android created by Misa Arakawa, 3rd Member of Koto Division’s Toxic Love, and Aiko’s actual “older sister” due to being made out of the same materials but have completely different coding thanks to their respective creators. Aiko and Junko have only interacted a few times much to Sumire’s dismay, with Aiko very curious about the older android and is more than open to a friendship with her.

A.D.A. / Ageha Shinozaki - Aiko’s sister-in-law and one that she loves very dearly, even though they started out as friends, their relationship had always been considered to be sisterly and now that A.D.A. had gotten married to Malphas, it just made their sisterly bond all the more official. Aiko looks up and idolizes A.D.A., wanting to be just as sweet and kind yet respected and taken seriously as her as she continues to grow, they often like to spend time together, whether it’s shopping or doing each other’s hair and nails while complaining about their troublemaking brothers.

A.R.K. / Aruto Shinozaki - Aiko’s brother-in-law and one she respects. It always throws people in a loop to find out that these two not only know each other but also somehow get along, they don’t interact much but they do have a mutual respect for each other. Aiko treats A.R.K. similar to how she treats Malphas, even calling him “Big Brother ARK” at times, however, they sometimes get into shenanigans together which they like to reminisce and laugh about afterwards together.

A.M.U. / Amane Shinozaki - Aiko’s sister-in-law and one she absolutely adores. Aiko finds A.M.U. adorable and much like with Seizou, she also dedicates herself to being a good big sister to A.M.U., even joining Malphas and A.D.A. in helping both her and Seizou become more human like. She also enjoys having another sister around as well as someone small enough and somewhat near her age to dress up with.
