Third Person POV

(Y/n) and Kyrell had been out playing in the snow for hours, building snowmen, making snow angels, having a snowball war, dancing, and most of all, just having fun with each other. Kyrell made one last snowball as the two youngsters decided to return inside as the cold was becoming too much. The icy winds penetrated their thick coats, through the layers of clothing, all the way inside to their skin. “Let’s go inside and make some hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows!” (Y/n) said with a silly smile as she looked up at Kyrell, the boy got lost in her beautiful eyes that stole his heart long ago. The girl looked up at the boy whose smile was irresistible and bright as the sun. “Yeah, come on!” Kyrell said as he turned around and pretended to run toward his house. (Y/n) ran after him, not wanting to lose, pushing herself to run faster, ending up ahead of the boy. Kyrell took his chance, throwing the snowball he had made just a minute ago, he hit (Y/n)’s back, laughing out loud. (Y/n) stopped, turning around, glaring at the laughing boy, trying to seem mad but after only 3 seconds she began laughing too.

After they had laughed like maniacs for a short moment, they went inside the house. “Um, I think I’m gonna jump in the shower a little quick, one of your snow attacks got inside my jacket, do you also want to shower or are you fine? Cause if you want to shower you can go first,” Kyrell blushed as it almost seemed like he was inviting (Y/n) to shower with him, something he would love to do someday but not yet. “I think I’m fine, I’ll just stay out here and prepare the hot chocolate, and I’m choosing the first movie!” Kyrell let out a fake whine at the thought of (Y/n) choosing the movie as she often chooses horror movies or really bad movies, but he was fine with it as long as he got to spend time with her.

And so, Kyrell went to shower while (Y/n) rummaged through his kitchen to find everything she needed for the hot chocolate. After a few minutes, she felt herself getting colder, the hours spent outside in the snow finally getting to her. (Y/n) didn’t have any warmer long sleeves with her other than her thick winter coat, which would be too warm to have inside. (Y/n) went over to Kyrell’s room, walked inside, and opened his closet, finding his 100 hoodies on display, taking her favorite one, and putting it on. Then she returned to the kitchen, to finish the hot chocolate.

Kyrell hurriedly got dressed after finishing his shower, feeling a lot better now. He jogged out to the kitchen, finding (Y/n) singing and dancing along to some music as she was putting marshmallows on the cream in two cups, filled with hot chocolate. Kyrell didn’t notice the hoodie she was wearing until she turned around scream-singing the lyrics to the song at him. He looked her up and down, finally noticing the familiar hoodie that covered her upper body. “Is that my hoodie?” (Y/n) looked down a little shyly, chuckling a little awkwardly. “It was cold you know,” Kyrell just laughed, he felt a little ashamed at how much he liked seeing (Y/n) in his clothes. His heart skipped a beat at the thought of her borrowing his clothes if they ever dated. “It looks good on you,” (Y/n)’s cheeks reddened even more at the compliment. Choi Kyrell, if you only knew how you make me feel.

“Come on, let’s drink the chocolate before it gets cold,” (Y/n) said as she took her cup, running over to the living room where she had chosen a movie for them to watch. Kyrell took his cup and followed after the girl that he loved so dearly both as a friend and more. He put his cup down on the table, glancing at (Y/n), noticing that she still seemed a bit cold. “Here, put this on,” He took the blanket that hung on his side of the couch, putting it over (Y/n)’s legs. “Thanks, but what about you? There’s only one blanket,” She said, a cute pout on her face tempting Kyrell to kiss her. He may not have done it in real life, but he sure did in his dream world.

Halfway through the movie, the two cups were empty, and both youngsters felt warmer and tired after their day as they lay on the couch. (Y/n) kept glancing at Kyrell from the corner of her eye, trying not to make it obvious. He looked so good with his hair a bit messy after his shower, his eyes frantically moving around as he focused on the screen, and the way his skin was glowing, he looked like a god in such an ordinary setting. (Y/n) moved a bit closer to the boy, Kyrell noticed her movements, turning his eyes from the movie to his best friend beside him, giving her a questioning look. “I’m still a bit cold,” (Y/n) said, it was a lie, she wasn’t cold, she had both Kyrell’s hoodie and the blanket covering her, but she knew that her friend would do anything he could to help her if he believed she was cold. “Come on closer then, we can share the blanket and some warmth,” He smiled widely at her, excited at the thought of cuddling with (Y/n).

Through the remaining half of the movie, the two cuddled on the couch, (Y/n) rested her head against Kyrell’s chest with one of his arms around the girl’s shoulders. The blanket covered their legs as they silently celebrated in their heads at the feeling of being so coupley. “Ky,” “Mm, yeah?” Both of them whispered lowly, afraid that if they spoke normally, the moment would be ruined. “I think I’m in love with you,” Kyrell’s heart began beating faster. “What?” (Y/n) took a deep breath before she sat up. “I said I think I’m in love with you, but it’s a lie, I don’t think I am, I know I am,” Kyrell’s smile grew wider and brighter than ever. He reached out and pulled (Y/n) down toward his chest again, (Y/n) was surprised to find herself pressed tightly against him. “I love you too, and I’m not ready to let go of you yet so get comfortable, I want to cuddle for a year,” (Y/n) giggled before she moved around a little, making herself comfortable as Kyrell put on a show in the background. Playing with his girlfriend’s hair as he closed his eyes, reveling in the feeling of holding the love of his life.
