This is at Mistaya Canyon with a view to the South and West. For this image, I loved the river flowing through the glacial valley...nature in action over the eons of time. I know many talk about their piece of heaven being this city or tropical beach. This setting in the mountains is it for me, whether Alberta, Montana, Alaska, Colorado...any place there's big, huge, magnificent mountains!

Okay so in the soul stone war we have the option to lie about our age to a romance who's been flirting with us and annoying us by calling us kid, (we can choose to be a very young adult btw) and we have the option to mess with them since we look so young, by telling them something like "oh yeah I'm still technically a kid but hey not like you care right?😘" they look horrified and start turning green until we start laughing our a** off saying "you should have seen your face! Serves you right for calling me kid!😈" so question how would each romance react to that kind of prank (assuming we look younger than we really are). Dunno I just find it absolutely hilarious and cathartic when we can be a total a**hole right back at our lovely ro's for teasing us so much. Sassy mc for the win!!!!

Smoking and being a regular on a treadmill or stationary bike are kinds of incongruous. Wouldn't you say? This clip highlights some outstanding talking exhales, wonderful examples of the rarely seen "residual" exhales, superb light-up, hard core dragging and some top-notch, powerful exhales. These 7 new BSWs look scrumptious; they look divine; they look delightful. They are seductive, sultry and sexy. "She shines among them," the video's narrative proclaims. Two of the five reviews on the website on the first day of its release made mention of Nerea -- in glowing terms. Maybe we have a star in the making here in Nerea. She is already gaining fans within the Greater SF World Community. Another long one I'm afraid, but I have a lot of thoughts on this.

I still get the feeling that they're stalling with Aaron. Nothing has really happened as far as progressing his story since SSW. He's angry and mean, and sometimes we see the real him underneath and then it just repeats. They've had Chas disowning him twice already. If the spoilers for Jan 1 are not misleading, she's happy to see him for New Year's in the pub after cutting him out of her life this week. And we know none of this will be over until the fight with Cain is done.

In the meantime, it's just a bunch of back and forth of the same thing! And it still bugs me so much that Aaron lives somewhere we can't actually see. He just pops up at various establishments in the village, even though he supposedly hates everyones guts.

I was hoping yesterday's episode would give us a clue or something for the Boxing Day spoiler, but nothing happened that wasn't already in the magazines.

Did Dawn going into labor trigger any memories for Aaron about Seb or about how much he wanted kids a few years ago? And who he wanted to have kids with?

And again, we can't get any insight to what Aaron is thinking, becsuse he doesn't talk to anyone about it and we can't even see how he acts when he's at home. Does he sit in the dark? Play video games? Look at photos of Liv? Drown his sorrows? Listen to Adele? Are the italian mafia still after him? We have no idea, and it sucks.

Sometimes I wonder if the plan is to give him the Mill back, but then it feels weird that they redecorated it in Caleb's style... Other times I dread that they will move him back in with Chas next year, and set him and us back 10 years in time. Either way, they can't keep him in an invisible flat, whether Robert returns or not.

The strangest thing in all of this is they haven't teased a story for Aaron at all for next year. They've teased an incident, the fight, and that he will be in Chas' story.

Elena has been smoking for 25 years, encouraged by women in her family. Started as an 8 y.o and she is 33 today. A real heavy smoker!

ELENA IS NOT ACTUALLY SHOWING OFF 2 AT ONCE!

Lighting-up two cigarettes and smoking them, not offering a friend to share -- and not purposefully trying to make a scene -- is not her ordinary deal as a smoker. Yet she does do it from time to time. It just occurs to her as a natural function of her habit. She has been a hungry smoker for 18 years at nearly two packs daily, with seven years warming up to the habit by beginning as an 8 y.o. and sneaking cigarettes from her mother's packs!

Every heavily-addicted smoker who has been at that level for years does have a story. This post provides a little background and, we hope, captures some of the flavor of her habit! We can see that she loves smoking cigarettes; it defines her; to a measurable degree, her cigarette smoking defines her essence, punctuates her personality! (And, yes, this is fodder for another post of her on lostlighter23; these posts go hand-in-hand!)

This is what Elena said of her smoking in her first SSW video in June 2009:

just thinking about how goated the robron proposals were. like the lead up to numero uno was aaron being like hehe don’t go anywhere ur stuck with me and robert being a dick like huh u want to marry me sounds like a serious commitment ! and aaron just being a grump over the fact that robert thinks it’s kinda laughable and then wants to toast to not getting married because he really doesn’t want to ......... sike ! and this is at a funeral reception by the way. and then they have this deep important conversation and aaron says he loves robert for the first time since they were officially together. and then ! ssw happens and aaron wakes up and is like YEAH ! first thing he says as his own mum is looking down at him crying over his body. just yeah, cool u did angrily shout that u wanted to marry me and i did freeze and miss the pile up in front of me and i did have the audacity to say what’s that for when u shoved a ring in my face but YEAH I WILL MARRY U and then scare u again by nearly dying AGAIN. flash forward and these idiots are trying to propose to each other again and inadvertently ruining the other’s plan and when they do get round to it aaron’s like BITCH IT’S MY TURN U ALREADY SHOUTED IT AT ME BEFORE REMEMBER? and it’s just like ?? the clear want and desire they both had about marrying each other ....... how obvious it was after years of denying their feelings for each other .............. superb

Kirishima finally did it. I was so happy when I ssw him saving Mina. This shows that he’s grown from the kid he was in middleschool, into an unmoving mountain. Also Mina’s trauma isn’t talked about enough. Gigantica was the monster she was against in middleschool when she was saving her friends. This just shows that all people are hiding something inside, no matter how happy they seem to be.

I love their friendship with all of my heart 🫶 They rely on eachother. Also kudos to Mina for keeping the fact that they went to middleschool a secret when Kirishima requested it. And also for not prying to much into the details when Kiri changed the way he looked!! We all need a friend like Mina or Kirishima in our life, and if you don’t currently, you’ll deffenitly meet them

Just want everyone to know that both Samsung ADCs (referring to SSB and SSW era) have won Worlds. Imp and Deft finally have Worlds skins together despite being 8 years apart.

Now you may be asking, “Rex, why is the fuck is this important ?” Well, if you’re unfamiliar with old LoL let me give you my knowledge.

(Disclaimer : I may get some details wrong or leave some out because well…I was 11 when Deft debuted so I haven’t even heard of League at that point and I only learned this back in 2020.)

Now why Imp and Deft ? Well…

Okay, y’all get the idea.

But why where these two so close ? Well ! Simple, they both played in Samsung, except Imp played in Samsung White and Deft played in Samsung Blue ! Despite being two different teams it was technically one huge team, the players basically lived together and just did everything together. Deft was the youngest between both teams and naturally became the target of affection by like 9 different men, Imp being the main one lmao. (Remember how I said in a prev post that Deft was the closest with the youngest players from 2020 DRX ? Yeah, this is why.)

As you can tell by most of these pics Imp was the one to initiate most of the touching and hugging, well ! Fun fact : when asked about Deft during an interview he said something along the lines of this (not exact quote), “When I first saw Deft, I thought that I was probably gay…” 👍

He famously once said that he wanted to win so badly that he wanted to see Deft cry. Surprise surprise, Deft indeed did cry during Worlds 2014 Semis when SSW beat them effectively ruining their run and basically cursing Deft to never win semis (because he never won past quarters), until recently. Imp then went ahead and said that he felt horrible for making Deft cry.

Overall, the two of them were super close. Deft’s aloof personality combined with imp’s fierce personality was a really interesting dynamic and one i will always look back on and love. I leave y’all with these two screenshots.

Exploring Mesa Verde National Park with a Park Ranger Guide by Mark Stevens Via Flickr: While at the Soda Canyon Overlook with a view looking to the south-southwest to the Balcony House in Mesa Verde National Park. Which drew me into this image and setting was the park ranger lead tour of this dwelling. I wanted to capture that view of the park ranger giving information to the group in the tour while pulling back on the focal ;length to include the entirety of this national park setting. From where I was located to the Balcony House, I measured on Google Maps as being about a quarter mile.

So Aaron is out there holding grudges from 2017, huh? Now I really need him to run into Wendy next, because there is no way he would be fine with her. Has Aaron seen Vic yet? Wonder how he feels about her...

On another note, looks like Aaron is stuck in the c-plot. They chose to bring him back at the exact time they are launching all their big stories. (We know they called Danny early in the year, but waited specifically until SSW.)

Do they even have a clear direction for Aaron, beyond the 'shock return'? With that long a time frame to think on it, they should have been able to come up with something big/good for his return. Can they be stalling until after the birth of a certain baby? That would be acceptable.

And Aaron's next enemy will be Kim, where can that possibly go, story wise? I guess Aaron could twig something about Craig...

EMMERDALE fans will get a real cliffhanger as the soap’s love triangle reaches terrifying new heights. An ITV crew was spotted in Yorkshire filming scenes for a dramatic clifftop car crash. It will involve characters Chloe, Mackenzie and Charity and will take a horrifying turn. Chloe — played by Jessie Elland — is left with her life hanging in the balance, while Mackenzie, played by Lawrence Robb, and Charity, by actress Emma Atkins, appear to make it out before the red car plummets over the cliff edge. Viewers will be left wondering if Chloe gets out alive. But that seems unlikely, as the car went off the cliff with a red-haired mannequin inside.

but i'm howling - this is the white crash of the robron and rebecca bullshit all over again. Mack and Charity will end up raising Reuben then.

But just think how fucking insufferable Kerry is going to be. "I'M HER MAM!" maybe she'll fight Mack over custody of Reuben.

And we can kiss any Matty/Amy focus goodbye if they kill off Chloe. Matty will probably be cleaning tables at her funeral.
