Wednesdays starting July 19 - 1PM to 4PM

🖍 To apply to workshops or request for more information kindly email: workshops(at)maxthemutt(dot)com  CONSTRUCTIVE FIGURE DRAWING is designed to give the student the ultimate versatility in drawing freehand figures - meaning the ability to draw the human figure in any pose imaginable and from any and all ‘camera’ angles. Using a drawn mannequin form the course teaches the student to ‘construct’ rather than copy the human figure and do so without the need for a live model or photo reference. This critical difference in approach will grant the student total freedom in their drawing skills and in turn will lead to greater sureness of line and improved confidence in their overall drawing abilities.

🖍 To apply to workshops or request for more information kindly email: workshops (at) maxthemutt (dot) com For our Children's Summer Camp this year, MTM College will be offering two Online workshops: 🖍Intro To Comics : This beginner-friendly comics camp will focus on drawing comics for storytelling! Through the Children's Summer Camp, students will have the opportunity to lay out a story in pictures and frames, learn where to place speech bubbles for ease of reading, and how to make their own short comic from start to finish all while utilizing the often overlooked element of defining the space where your story takes place. 🖍Intro To Animation : In this workshop, students will learn the basic principles employed in cartooning and animation! These principles will include line of action, form, squash and stretch, anticipation, arches, and more! These concepts will be taught using a variety of exercises relating to each topic. We finished with a flipbook project that will encourage students to use these principles and showcase their own creativity.
