It is not everyone who enjoys the cooking process as some will consider the cooking process as being boring as they will be repeating the same procedures over and over and this makes it to be boring. For them to see it as being a tiresome process is because they will be forced to look for food recipe anytime they will want to cook and maybe they do not have the enough time to do so.  For those that view cooking as a tiresome and boring activity for then to indulge in then they can as well choose to do food prepping as this will save them from doing cooking on daily basis.  Food Prepping is the process whereby a person gets to prepare several kind of foods at the same time and store them for the purpose of sustaining them for some period of time. This is to great importance to the people since they will get the chance to cook different kinds of food and at the same time.  Those that cook on a daily basis they not only get tired with the cooking process but they will also get the kitchen dirty whenever they are through with the cooking process. If a person choose to do food prepping then they will be able to keep the kitchen clean as they will not be visiting the kitchen on a regular basis because they will have already prepared the food to serve them for a while and there is no need to get to the kitchen.  
Food prepping is also essential when you want to keep the utensils clean, after you have prepared food and put them in a clean container then you will only be needed to take them and eat this saving you the energy and it will help you reduce the amount of utensils that you will use for eating.  Those people that do not have enough time then this means that when you do food prepping then this means that they will save on time that they could have used to go to the kitchen on a daily basis to cook their meals since they would have prepared several meals that will be able to serve them for a while. With food prepping then this makes it possible for one to be able to avoid disease that arise due to hunger issues, you will have access to ready food that you had prepared earlier and thus you do not have to stay hungry waiting for the time or get the recipe so that you can cook and eat. Food prepping will help the person to save on cost that they could have incurred in the process of getting food ingredients and spices in a regular basis since you can just visit you can and get your prepped food than ordering them on regular basis.

Gegrillte Putenbrust mit Oliven und Broccoli Die Kartoffeln in der Schale 20 Minuten kochen lassen. Gießen Sie das Öl aus den Oliven und sammeln Sie es. Die Putenfilets mit Salz und Pfeffer bestreuen und mit den gesammelten Öl abbürsten. Schneiden Sie die Kartoffeln in vier Teile. Das restliche Öl im Wok erhitzen, die Kartoffeln, die Zwiebeln und die Paprika anbraten, gelegentlich 10 Minuten lang rühren, dann werden die Kartoffeln gekocht. Fügen Sie die Knoblauchzehen aus der Schale der Oliven hinzu. Schneiden Sie die Oliven (Hälfte des Behälters) fein. Broccoli in reichlich kochendem Wasser 6 Minuten kochen.
