Not good but ok. #and now I’m back in my fucking rut #I had a panic attack last night #and I’ve spent most of today either crying or stuck in executive dysfunction #and I haven’t studied nearly enough for my math final and I hate myself for it #I feel useless #and I’m stuck sitting here knowing that even if I get through this it’s only gonna get worse! #I’m going full time next semester (the thing that. yknow. made me suicidal the first time) and winter break doesn’t seem like a reprieve #only a delay of the inevitable #and it doesn’t even feel like Christmas anyway so what’s the fucking point #I’m a worthless idiot who probably isn’t gonna fail math but is gonna do just poorly enough that it’s embarrassing to be struggling so much #why do I want to die. I have an 80. sorry I haven’t been active this week, first week of working has been busy and exhausting but fun and exciting! mentorship has been going great and I’m getting back into the swing of surgery and seeing patients! in less than 2 weeks, it’ll officially be me seeing my first ever patient as a doctor, but for now I’m really enjoying mentoring with some great doctors to learn more as a doctor!

So a couple weeks ago I ended up watching a bunch of Chenford fan vids on YouTube and became OBSESSED with them and that’s what ended up finally getting me to watch the rookie. (side note I already had a huge celebrity crush on Eric bc RJ from wildfire so its weird that I hadn’t already watched it but I digress.) Anyway so I ended up binge watching the entire series up to the current episodes in literally like a week and a half and now the show is on a three week hiatus and I don’t know what to do with myself I can already feel myself going insane!! How am I supposed to manage without them how did the rest of y’all do this for FIVE YEARS?!?!

But I am so happy I finally decided to watch this show bc while it’s definitely got its ups and downs and things that could’ve been done better it’s such a great, fun relatively well rounded and balanced show and it’s so nice to watch. Usually with ensemble casts there’s usually a couple characters I could care less about and while I definitely still have my favorites I do genuinely enjoy everybody on the show. But give me Tim Lucy Nyla and Angela any day of the week and I’ll be a very happy camper!!

Having just watched the show in its entirety in such a short time everything’s kinda blurred together but it’s all still so fresh in my head and there’s so many things I wanna talk and scream about ESPECIALLY CHENFORD!! They have easily become one of my top favorite ships of all time because they are glorious and I cannot wait to see them finally admit they’re in love with each other!!

And I’m also questioning just how many embarrassing photos Tim and Lucy have of each other and can Angela please make a slideshow of all of them to play at their wedding reception when they finally do get married!!

Whatever — I want to complete them and knock ‘em off my list. There’s so much to go through and it’s tiring - #- when you see piles that you swept under the rug. But that’s why I’m working on completing them and have a clean slate to work on again. #Won’t break chronic procrastination. But it’ll get me doing something. Little by little. #And will reduce the blow for my fatigue. In general for anything really. And this definitely isn’t some ‘new year new me’ mantra that ends #- in a couple of days. A whole year dedicated to what’s important is good enough for me. Of course you can start whenever and at any time. #But I consider this a journey. Means I have to show something for the month.
