I don't think anyone who believes Arya is focused on revenge has ever actually read her chapters, it's just been one long game of telephone where people repeat a take they heard so they can pretend they know what they're talking about

Characters baring a mouth full of sharp fangs as show of aggression is top tier but can we talk about how sinister a flash of smooth square omnivore teeth can be. The implications therein? The difference between facing a carnivore vs a member of the terrifyingly, aptly named 'opportunistic eaters'? The fear of being on one's menu, the knowledge that you are on the other's - no matter what you are. The inherent danger of a threat display where there are set rules to avoiding harm turning into a hunt on a dime.

Anyway, thinking about Nikodemus and how beautifully all of this translates into his supernatural setting...

You have to "Hang in there"!

#guss who's late (it's 1AM im my timezone LOLOLOLo)? #Had little time so I kinda rushed it... #Also tried (emphasis on “tried”) shading #it looks... eh but this daily task I assigned myself serves (lol) to get better at digital art. #Didn't know in what pose or scenario to draw her in so I decided to use the “Hang in there!” posters with cute cats #fits Mae in my opinion #She's my (and a LOT of people) motivational poster cat (if that makes sense) #truly relatable in a special way #she's soooo flawed #and I saw myself a lot of times during the game (which is problably a bad thing? idk) #that's why the Bea route is my favorite #where she's at her “worst” #at least for me... #She's also REALLY hard to draw! #Forget what I said about Angus because she takes the 1st place #can't get her eyes and expressions right (for some reason) and she's the most expressive character in the game! #Also her chaotic energy! One of the reasons Roo, root of all evil was able to influence Lucifer so much was she preyed on his isolation, and feelings of resentment at being punished , the apple wasn’t the first time he’s caused trouble just the big one / straw that broke the camels back;

When he was being put on trail and punished and seeing his friends his family turn against him, no one arguing for him , she used that , saying she was his real only friend offering help when everyone was offering judgement .. and he took her hand , he took her words her advice her power and mixed with it his own.

They in his eyes became the scapegoats , they combined their powers and he chose the one person with power that was showing something other then judgement towards him, welcoming the darkness . He had someone on his side for once .

Using her strength for the war, he became the first angelic being to kill another angelic being . And he didn’t stop at just one. The fact that angels can kill eachother that they have weaknesses , their blood can possibly be deadly to eachother ,was reveled to Lucifer thanks to Roo , and Heaven did their best to hide it , it’s why the exorcist had no idea they could be killed .

They couldn’t risk another Lucifer .

mulder is so funny because he has a deep crushing underlying desire to be believed but doesn’t want scully, the closest person to him, to comprise herself by believing so he gets upset when she believes him. but when phoebe or diana believe him (naturally, because that’s their belief system too) he’s almost addicted to it, like it’s blinding. it’s so validating and important and touching to be believed, even at the cost of true acceptance.
