Been thinking a lot about Star Wars “Resistance” lately. I fell in love with many of the characters, this one in particular. Griff Halloran. Imagine being a regular TIE fighter pilot and just going to your post as usual because the station is under a mild threat from some rebel fighters and then you and your partner are stopped in the middle of the hallway by Darth Vader who tells you to come with him and provide cover fire while he does all the heavy lifting.

Rant aside, this is the helmet of a standard TIE Fighter pilot during the reign of the Galactic Empire. Due to the TIE Fighter's cheap design, without life support, insulation, hyperdrive, shields, etc, pilots had to wear specifically designed suits just to keep them alive. The First Order would later fix some flaws of the TIE Fighter, but overall it is not a great vehicle. As for the helmet aesthetically, it is freaking cool, and I am so happy with how it turned out
