Something stuck me last night, has it been confirmed or mentioned if Robert's ex, Denise (mentioned in the Spirit Of Christmas) is Dennis's mum? (it was mentioned about him dating her in the radio special).
The name play of Dennis/Denise amuses me too much for it not to be done on purpose 🤣

Expectations.
Another christmas time
and people put on their best faces.
Swear some shone.
Others?
Guess you know how people look
after a long hard year.
Anyway, let me tell you
about this guy who did his very best.
Let's call him L. .
Average guy, just another Loman, if you know what I mean.
One for whom a smile, even a tired one, was important.
As he drove home after a long working day - guess what - there's that well-shaven voice on the radio.
"Hey folks. Gettin into the Xmas mood?"
"Definitely not."
That's what L. wanted to say.
But no chance.
The voice just keeps talking on and on
almost hypnotically and - you know -
L. finds himself in the parking lot
of a supermarket and knows what to do.
He goes shopping.
First some storage boxes. Good to close.
Better safe than sorry.
Then perfume for his wife.
Gingerbread and candy for his kids.
A little something for everyone.
Walks the aisles to the sound of muzak.
Feels like dancing.
Lighter than he had in a long time.
Like in a dream or in - trance.
Eventually he buys himself an advent calendar. Big and expensive.
"Man's gadgets."
And a big cigar, he wanted to smoke right away.
He lights it just outside.
Enjoys the scent on his long way home
until it slowly dissipates.
Finally he sees the signs of his hometown.
Inviting houses. Well - some of them.
Pulls into the driveway. His house dark.
Remembers that his wife left him.
With the children.
Without a word.
Many things unsaid.
Silently he turns off the engine.
Gets out.
Opens the trunk. Looks inside.
"Things are not like they used to be."
He says. "Way Smaller. Cheaper.
Even the scent has gone."
He says.
"Guess next time
i gotta buy better
boxes... "

After half a month has passed, the new video in time for Christmas is here! But one thing's for certain: who's to say what the true meaning of Christmas really is about?

Fact #1
The two shorts that predated South Park, "Jesus v.s. Frosty" and "Jesus v.s. Santa" were released in 1992 and 1995 respectively.
