so it’s really cold back home, I hear. we’re colder than the north AND the south pole rn.

the strathcona refinery recently attracted the attention of blogTO and quatsch didn’t even have to look at the article about the STRANGE MYSTERIOUS LIGHT IN CANADA she was just like ‘oh its the refinery it does that’ 

cbc says that the extreme temperatures just make it look bigger than normal but its fine

What Sleep Deprivation Does To You

*a video filmed with a shaky hand approaches a closed door in a dark hallway. the camera focuses on the doorknob, which jiggles a couple times while a quiet static can be heard in the backgound. the door finally opens, seemingly from no outside force, showing an incredibly messy room with a twin sized bed with a loft taking up most of the right side of the room, the only illumination coming from what seems to be red LED lights in the loft, 'Cradles' by 'Sub Urban' playing in the background. the camera approaches the loft, revealing Ottawa in a bathrobe sitting cross-legged with a laptop on her lap, back towards the camera. her hair is an absolute mess. the camera drifts closer to show her typing out 'What Sleep Depri-' but the same static can be heard again, making Ottawa jump. she turns and starts to speak but the video cuts off suddenly.*
