Callout of myself

I’m making this post in light of recent events and just my work as a whole.

As you all already know, I’ve written some pretty explicit shit.

At first I did it to drive the mature nature of my work and to let my mind go mad, not wanting to be limited to regular warriors standards, wanting to do something different, but time and time again, I’ve realized this was a dangerous way to go about it. Not only is it triggering but just horrific in its explicit form.

I’d like to remind everyone that I’m currently rewriting my fic due to these issues. I’m trying to be better and want to make that clear without speeding through the writing process.

However I do know that’s not enough and not an excuse.

I’m sorry to the people I’ve made uncomfortable with my work. I’m sorry to the people I’ve triggered with my work. I’m sorry to my younger viewers.

I’m trying to go about my work in a less triggering way and will be looking into sources for help (if anyone has any recommendations let me know) as well as censoring and as many trigger warnings as possible if needed.

No, I’m not deleting my fic. I won’t run from my mistakes but I will learn from them and do better not just for myself but for everyone who has taken the time to read and can enjoy my writing despite all my misgivings.

Wally Warren darling:Since he’s quite literally the man in charge and he’s Winnie’s dad he’s the most important person in his late teenage life since Winnifred was in foster care before he joined the family although while he was indeed adopted he and Wally are very much blood related and he got to inherit and join the family by default even though Winnie was hesitantly willing to join in…like as if he had a choice

Howdy and Barnaby 💙the uncles💚:both of these guys are now officially his bodyguard’s now as well until the day Winnie gets his own bodyguards uncle Barnaby is like that one crazy uncle who despite being a jokester is literally the biggest bad influence you’ve ever met while howdy is very calm and collected plus he would probably die for Winnie especially since the boss would probably kill him if he ever left him to die for any reason so of course he’s loyal to him

poppy: is the only mother figure in his life right now since his bio mom passed away a longtime ago and she is exactly the kind of mother he needs right now even if she is easily scared in fact he doesn’t even mind at all

Julie and sally:loves the both of them as his aunts granted Winnie isn’t necessarily experimenting on but he is secretly wishing that she would let him barrow her surgical tools or at least a needle due to him being fascinated by them and the potential for violence he can use them for as for sally…he just adores her energy and her explosives

frank and eddie:Winnie and frank are not necessarily close especially on Winnifred’s end however frank is actually surprised that he came from a foster home and wasn’t a preplaned heir to the family as for Eddie he doesn’t mind him although Winnie finds it odd that they kept him around and wonders if he might ever leave from time to time

Robbie and the doc:He absolutely loves robbie as a wacky uncle and is one of the many reasons he realized he was definitely destined to be a man and was a strong source of reassurance other than howdy and daddy dearest (Barnaby doesn’t know he’s transmasc and not a cis boy) although he hasn’t met the doc at all yet daddy dearest says he’s not allowed to just yet

Heads Up

You guys will be seeing more AU ideas popping up. The main reason being is I make to sure I have a copy of my personal notes just in case Google Docs glitches. A good chunk of my stories gotten corrupted so I'm still recovering them.

For Wrathful Idol's Madness Reborn side, please know that some of the action will be a bit more gruesome than my other stories. Whenever a gory section pops up for a chapter, I'll give you guys a warning and when it ends. None of the characters are going to get mauled but monsters or OC enemies won't be safe.

If I do write the BloodEclipse pairing, Sun Wukong x Hank J. Wimbleton x Macaque, it'll be written in side chapters instead of the main story. This is for folks who want to read the story without a ship over their heads. Oh and MK is going to be a bit messed up before we reach canon.

I will be adding MK's current age on the main Wrathful Idol page for particular chapters. The other sides of Wrathful Idol will get a drawing of their respective ward and their idol together. It's why I haven't given an update for Majora's Bane yet.

I will be writing headcanons again soon. Been suffering from writer's block and my life going haywire doesn't help. I might also be moving in the near future as the state I live is becoming too expensive and dangerous to stay anymore. Especially the streets as a family riend died from a fatal car crash cause no one cares about managing the speed limit.

For anyone living in Britain or any place pertaining to it, I suggest you guys stalk up on food, cash and supplies now cause an economic crisis is coming. Queen Elizabeth's funeral alongside the upcoming coronation are going to be expensive. It cost 13 million just for the prince's funeral alone.

okay so!!! holds up roughpatch he's very fascinating to write because he is unflinchingly loyal to cryptid, probably willing to die for them, but isn't quite sure why part of this is definitely because the two hold a close bond, as they literally "woke" up together (aka when subcon became cursed [a whole ass thing i should explain at some point] they discovered each other first) part of this is also because roughpatch has very rough (haha pun) memories of being alongside someone who had the same soul/energy as cryptid, but can't remember their name or face, and knows that he also had a different name/face back then other than that, he's very much the clyde to cryptid's bonnie: while cryptid is the one who usually plots things out and decides what they should do next, roughpatch is the one who actually physically executes them oh also he's the only one who has seen what is under cryptid's hood, but also won't tell out of loyalty

however, there is more things about their backstory and how it intertwines, but it's sorta spoilery and mentions child neglect and paranoia so be warned as you head under the cut oh also uh. i have a VERY different interpretation of how snatcher was when he was alive. aka he's. not the best person. so just be warned of that going forward

so back when he was alive, Roughpatch was a simple kid named Edward Beck. well, "simple" is a bit of a stretch, because he was one of the nobles who lived in the mansion alongside his parents and, of course, the royals. it was. an open secret that something wasn't really. right with the marriage of the royals. both parties were extremely cold to each other and only seemed to slightly warm up when around their children. but that was rarely seen, as the prince turned king, Henry Turner, ended up going into law school and became scarce at the manor (with some theorizing it was on purpose to avoid his wife), while the princess turned queen, Vanessa Turner, buried herself in paperwork as she grew paranoid at every little thing that anyone did leaving the two children, Hailey and Alice, uncared for by their parents, forcing the staff to instead take on care for the children and, because Edward was around the eldest child, Hailey,'s age, he was assigned to make sure they were entertained and the two became quick friends, becoming as thick as thieves and creating a bond that lasted. but then the cold came. one day, as the two were playing with the local children, a sweeping cold emanating from the manor blew over the land, freezing all the inhabitants but as edward was frozen, his only thought was "why couldn't i have protected her more?" … … rough patch then woke up as he is today, with fuzzy memories and the urge to protect the eldritch creature that he woke up next to. and they formed a partnership that would never end.
